#BC PNP Concept

For the author ask: #12 & #23?
12. Are there any tropes you used to dislike but have grown on you?
Very early in this fandom, I actually thought that I was only ever going to write PNP interfacing and would never write sticky because it didn't make sense, or at least if I did, it'd just be in PWPs and nonserious stuff, never in a plot fic. 😂😂 Can you imagine? Honestly, a lot of the "tropes" I used to dislike (or not understand the appeal of) but now like are kinda kink-related, but that's a little off-topic so maybe...
Honestly, I'm struggling to think of tropes whether for Transformers specifically or for my writing in general. I don't know that I really have an answer for this one...
23. What’s a trope, AU, or concept you’ve never written, but would like to?
I have an "Adaptus-Pharma survives the finale of LL" AU as well as a "Pharma gets away with the plague at Delphi" AU that I've already talked about or mentioned on here, so I'll try to think of something else.
Thanks to some discussion on the Pharma server, I've felt some itches to write another survival/resource scarcity fic in the lane of For Once, Nothing is Burning. Technically, FONIB was meant to satisfy that survival fic itch, but I've always felt like I could do way more with it. For one, FONIB is on a very small scale of just two people, and for two, as grim as the situation is, I don't think the MegOP situation there is super dire (or maybe I just underestimate how scary it is since I'm the author and know what happens).
Would like to try it particularly in a wartime context where 90% of tactics revolve around logistics. In IDW1 we even have canonical plot events like Skorponok blowing up the last energon refinery on Cybertron (Monstrosity) and Cybertron being permanently destroyed by the war (Stormbringer), even Shockwave predicting an energon shortage pre-war, but canon never really does anything with that. We're told that there's resource shortages, but nothing ever is really shown with it.
Then again, I'm not sure I'll do anything along those lines any time soon considering an author I like is already doing a survival oriented Tarnma fic series (mind the tags) and another one I like is currently planning one. And idk, something about that particular kind of horror/angst (yknow cannibalism, starvation, dying of preventable illnesses, slow death of the species) is really depressing to me, so I think I'll just let those authors/friends take care of it. I have enough angst on my plate as is lmao.
Oh, I also have a Shattered Glass Pharma idea that's just sort of sitting in my head as a concept that exists and I haven't done anything with bc my interest in SG is very selective (Pay Unto Evil-verse) or I just haven't found an appealing way to spin all of IDW1 into a mirror universe (I read the SG series done by IDW-- not the older one by FunPub-- but didn't care for it much).
#squiggle answers#i feel so bad like yeah i have ideas and thoughts but it's hard for me to summon them when asked#also i went on a several months long hiatus this year during which i switched my OTP and main blorbo#so most likely there's some old MOP things i wanted to write but forgot about and are disappeared into the void#or lost in my drafts folder#that and i think ideas in my mind exist in one of two states: none at all#or a single thought that explodes into a whole AU/longfic idea (or at least a fully formed and outlined PWP)#also i spent my early days in this fandom so disappointed by the fact that no one was writing what i wanted to see#that i kind of like. well. everything i'd like to write is something i've already written#bc only my writing is what satisfies my urge. if that makes sense#i'm a bit detached from the fandom so i don't really think in terms of tropes or AUs or things i want to see but havent#i either have an interest/idea or i don't#dunno if that makes sense or is on topic at all

What You Need to Know for the BC Business Plan if the BC PNP Regional Pilot is Your Chosen Entrepreneur Pathway
If you are looking for ways to immigrate to British Columbia, Canada on an entrepreneur pathway, Regional Pilot Program is your best option. With a winning BC Business Plan in hand and adequate funds in your pocket, the Regional Pilot program can prove to be your ticket to BC, Canada.
BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration - Regional Pilot
The BC government has initiated a Regional Pilot Program to attract entrepreneurs from around the world to set up new businesses in the regional communities of the province. The idea behind this Entrepreneur Pathway is to boost economic development at the regional and communal levels. In addition to this, this pilot program will also aid in evenly distributing the benefits of immigration across the province.
As regional communities participate in the Regional Pilot, they come with the best knowledge they hold, regarding economic development priorities and local business environment. Therefore, it can be favorable for the foreign entrepreneurs to work hand-in-hand with the local communities to gain from their knowledge and build their businesses successfully.
Significant Characteristics of EI-Regional Pilot
The two-year BC PNP EI-Regional Pilot is a new immigration entrepreneur pathway that offers additional advantages over the basic BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration category. These rewards are –
Active role of Communities – The participating communities play an active role in supporting the foreign entrepreneurs in settling and starting the businesses. The help from local partners and existing networks in the community make it worth starting a business in the regions situated more than 30kms from the cities.
Community Referral – These communities play a key role in referring the foreign entrepreneurs to BC PNP for work permits. A well-written BC business plan is required to convince the communities to invite you for an exploratory visit so that you can present your business idea. If your business aligns well with the economic priorities of the community, your chances of gaining a work permit increase multifold.
Community concierge – The BC PNP has a designated person in place that supports the communities with all the information regarding the immigration program. This concierge service of the BC PNP not only supports but streamlines the whole process of the entrepreneur pathway.
Registration Pool – A well-laid BC business plan can be truly significant in gaining a referral from the participating communities. The foreign entrepreneurs referred by these communities are then placed in a distinct registration pool with prioritized applications.
BC Business Plan for EI-Regional Pilot
If you think you have a business idea that can work well in a community set-up, far from the larger cities, EI-Regional Pilot is your Entrepreneur Pathway. However, the participating communities are stringent when it comes to meeting foreign entrepreneurs. They reserve the right to meet only the potential aspirants who qualify through their official intake process. So, if you have an impressive BC business plan ready, your chances of getting an invitation from the participating communities increases.
The BC business plan for EI-Regional Pilot must focus on –
Business goal and objectives.
Economic development priorities of the participating communities.
Creating immense employment opportunities.
Benefits the local community at large.
With BC PNP temporarily pausing the entrepreneur immigration program under the basic category, EI-Regional Pilot is the best lucrative option for the entrepreneur pathway.
In nutshell, starting a business in the regional communities is low on cost with minimal eligibility criteria of net-worth and language proficiency. As an entrepreneur, you just need an invitation from the participating communities to get the ball rolling. Get in touch with an expert to chalk out a well-structured and thoroughly researched BC Business Plan and book your ticket to BC, Canada.

Cloe+ Collection Overview
I decided to give Cloe’s hair a shot before completely writing her off for that ugly rooting, so I straightened and gave the hair some wave/body and then tucked the front of her parting back in an attempt to even out the thin-ness and give it some balance.
She’s definitely not terrible, but her facial flaws bother me too much to consider sending this one out for a reroot or keeping her in my permanent collection. This is the one that Amazon CS told me to keep (or dispose of...lol) and I returned the last replacement for yet another replacement Cloe (So....Cloe #4) and after I get a perfect one, this girl’s head will find herself in a gift package for someone that might be able to use her. (will keep her arms and clothes tho) Thoughts on the line below the cut.
My overall thoughts on this line are still forming, since I haven’t been able to enjoy them in their best state bc of the constant exchanging I’ve been going through, but my overarching thoughts so far are: -I hate the body, I’ve hated the 2001 torso since I was a teenager and it’s frankly the worst choice for this line or any line, period. Nothing looks good on it. I would have preferred the Pixiez torso hybrid with 2010 legs and Movie arms (which Hayden/MGA did know about during the conception of this line...so idk why they chose 2001) but since that torso has a smaller chest and would therefore limit compatibility with older dolls, I’d pick the Kiani body as THE choice to be the standard Bratz body going forward, since it has a nice shape and rotational hips rather than hinges, with Movie arms added on, while fitting 2001-body clothing perfectly (better than 2001 does even lol) and the legs are gorgeous. -They fucked up the skintones. The heads are all standard Bratz skintones, but the bodies are all wrong. Cloe and Jade’s torsos are like bright reddish pink and the hands match their heads, Yasmin’s entire body is bright fucking orange, Sasha’s body is slightly more olive-toned than her OG body so I won’t be able to use her arms (though I’m willing to accept this because she has the most subtle and pretty skintone of the line and she looks good as-is). Yasmin’s skintone is the most annoying because there is no subtlety to it, it’s just blatantly orange, and her shoes won’t match any other dolls.
-The shoe sculpts. Now I personally PREFER for them to utilize one sculpt more than once and I don’t want there to be a unique shoe sculpt for every doll in every line, I think that’s a waste of sculpts especially because so many Bratz shoes are pretty versatile and can be altered with pant and designs very easily, as well as the issue of skintone matching since the feet pop off. I don’t think they utilized enough of the sculpts Bratz has done over the years and executed most of the shoes poorly. Yasmin’s ‘boots’, for example, could have easily been a pair of these boots or these boots in a dark magenta and flocked, with lace socks and it would have been a prettier/better translation of the sketch while also staying consistent with the collection. Yasmin’s second shoes should have been the Feelin Pretty heels (even matches the sketch closer than the Classic heel), Jade’s first boots should have been the PnP boots rather than the RA boots (which we’ve also seen, with that exact paint design, several times already), and switch out either Cloe or Sasha’s Classic heels for something else entirely, like more boots. Maybe those cute timberland fakes in a different color. Also they fucking destroyed the Feelin’ Pretty sculpt with Jade’s second shoes. The printed fishnet and the flame motif with the straps is just too much and really overpowers the sculpt (which btw was only used in ONE collection bitd so two pairs in this line would have been swell- especially if they used them for Cloe’s 2nd outfit instead of Jade and got rid of those fugly fishnets and flames) The fact that they used one shoe four times and remade an exact version of a pair of shoes we already have seen a billion times makes the entire shoe wardrobe of this collection feel very unfinished and poorly thought. I can only use, like, four pairs of shoes in this collection and the others are unoriginal or don’t match any dolls (Yasmin’s orange ass)
-The designs are (mostly) lame as fuck. I feel like, especially since Bratz haven’t been OG Bratz for a very long time, that they should have referenced the previous lines to make sure we were getting something new and consistent with the quality we’ve come to expect. We’ve seen several pleather bralettes already and there’s THREE in this line (we’ve seen a lot of pleather too, even), Jade’s first top is a bland PnP Meygan top and we definitely didn’t need TWO identical mesh bodysuits in this line. The clothes don’t seem to be well-rounded, just like the shoes. The quality is really lacking in some places too; Yasmin’s jacket has no inner lining (would have been a stunning piece otherwise), Sasha’s jacket is really weird and not at all what it should be (tho it is pretty well made), Cloe’s second outfit is poorly tailored especially the pants (tho her first outfit is incredibly well made, the best of the line actually), Sasha’s second dress is massive and those panels on the sides are ugly (shame bc it could have been a nice piece otherwise), Jade’s skirt doesn’t fit that well (mostly bc of the body they made it for), etc etc. And let’s not forget the fact that every studded piece, has studs falling apart in seconds. Jade’s pants and Sasha’s pants are sub par in comparison to the exquisite denim pieces we’ve gotten for Bratz in other eras, with realistic stitching and ‘thick’ denim with real belt loops and pockets and just going the extra mile to really push that ‘’Real clothing but mini’’ vibe. The chokers are very nice, Cloe’s first outfit is INCREDIBLE, the hats are very nice, Yasmin’s second outfit is the second best outfit of the entire line, the bodysuits (while there should only be one) are well made, Yasmin’s 1st top (while a poor translation of the art) is cute and versatile and Jade’s white T-shirt will be a big staple piece for collectors and is very well made. The Faces- I like all of the facial screenings on these dolls, not much to say there. I think Yasmin’s lip color should have been more subtle and Jade’s shine dots are wonky by default, Sasha’s lips are smaller than the rest but otherwise I like all of these screenings. The Hair- The rooting patterns are bad. This isn’t a QC thing, this is a design flaw; all of the dolls have thin rooting patterns, Sasha and Jade’s partings are very short and none of the dolls have dense rows under the partings or dense rows in the back, Jade’s thatched bangs are terrible and her space buns look like antennae because they’re smushed underneath her hat. Will have to send all of my keepers for reroots and that pisses me off because MGA knows how to correctly root hair, and these 50$ dolls are basically bald. -The Price. This price is really fucking high considering how little we got and how little they seem to have thought about this collection’s design and quality. If they fixed all of the things I mentioned above, this line would be worth 50$ to me. Higher quality denim, more diversity in clothing pieces and shoes, thicker hair and fixing the skintones would have made this a solid collection and I would have paid 35-50$ happily. But with the collection as it is, I feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth. Cloe and Sasha basically share two pieces (mesh bodysuits and pleather bralettes), Yasmin’s ‘boots’ are hideous and her second ones don’t match any other dolls (And she won’t match any other shoes), both pairs of Jade’s shoes are a travesty and Cloe’s heels are very been-there-have-70-of-that. The QC- a joke, garbage, terrible. I shouldn’t have to return a doll four times to get a good one, and the studs on these pieces shouldn’t be falling off. MGA had over 2 years to get this collection going and they started production in August when they should have started in April, instead they rushed at the last minute and sacrificed the QC to get stock on time.

British Columbia Entrepreneur Immigration Stream
British Columbia PNP offers a future entrepreneur a number of unique business opportunities, allowing experienced business people to become permanent residents of Canada, allowing them to invest in OR to manage a viable business on the market and likely to provide significant economic benefits to the province of British Columbia.
Westernmost province of Canada, British Columbia is well known for diversification in culture and economic stability. Canada's third-largest city, Vancouver, British Columbia, is considered to be one of the most prosperous provinces in Canada. The province has a stronghold on natural resources, particularly in the fields of forestry and mining.
British Columbia offers potential industrialists a wide range of resources, low taxes, an established and well-regulated financial system, competitive operating costs, a competitive labor multinational enterprise, and a fiscally responsible government.
For businessmen wishing to immigrate to British Columbia, the Entrepreneur Immigration stream provides an immigration pathway to these entrepreneurs who want to invest and actively manage an existing business in the province.

The application will be evaluated on a number of factors, such as:
Business and/or work experience;

Adaptability; and,
The business proposal, which includes your proposed investment and number of jobs created in the province
In order to prioritize the applicant with the highest impact and align the program requirements closely with those of the province's economic priorities, the BCPNP has reviewed and updated the program requirements for the program. This is done by introducing an Entrepreneur Immigration stream under BC PNP.
The Entrepreneur Immigration Registration (EIR) will help BC provincial immigration officers to prioritize candidates with the highest potential for success. Once all the requirements have been met, applicants will be invited to apply under the Entrepreneur Immigration stream at regular intervals, depending on the program's processing capacity. British Columbia will able to make faster decisions when finalizing a candidate's application and ensures that will be no excess of a number of applicants in the pipeline for processing under the program.

If subsequently, the candidate is invited to apply, he will have to submit a detailed business plan. BC PNP will consider enrollment to start a new business, buy an existing business, partner with an existing business, and partner with a local or foreign entrepreneur to start a new business.

Are You an Entrepreneurial Canadian Thinking About Emigrating to the United States? Consider an EB2 NIW Business Plan for Your Entrepreneur Pathway!
Are you running a successful business in Canada? Are you contemplating your options of expanding your entrepreneurial wings to the United States? If yes, why not consider the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) immigrant visa for your Entrepreneur Pathway.
What is EB-2 and National Interest Waiver (NIW)?
EB-2 is an immigrant visa preference class that facilitates employment-based permanent residency or green card in the US. One particular classification, the EB2 NIW, may also be an option. Qualifying under NIW can save the foreign nationals from the lengthy labor certification requirements. Although NIW fast tracks the whole process, the foreign nationals must meet certain stringent standards to utilize this as an entrepreneur pathway.
The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has established a 3-point test for all the foreign nationals who seek immigration under EB2 NIW Business Plan.
Eligibility Criteria
The USCIS has made a few clarifications in 2016 thereby making it easier for applicants to complete the eligibility process. Firstly, they have to meet one of the following criteria –
Must have an advanced degree like PhD, Masters or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in the related field.
Holds exceptional skills in the field, which are above the basic level met in the Science, Arts or Business field.
These criteria are somewhat straightforward but the next part can be a major challenge to the foreign entrepreneurs.
National Interest Waiver (NIW) Process
To dodge the cumbersome process of labor certification, foreign nationals especially those seeking an Entrepreneur Pathway, must prove that they meet the requisites of NIW, which are –
The prospective business idea has considerable benefits and is of national significance.
The applicant is in good shape (experience & skill wise) to take the proposed business idea to next level.
Waiving off the job offer and labor certification will work in favor of the United States.
EB2 NIW Business Plan
The best way to put all these 3-points together for the entrepreneur pathway is to create a thoroughly researched business plan. An EB2 NIW Business Plan must incorporate statistics, research studies, and official projections to prove how the products/ services you are planning to offer will benefit the US people at large. In addition to this, your EB2 NIW Business Plan should encompass –
The structural framework of the business to showcase the job opportunities that it will create for the locals.
Determine the possible and achievable business goals and how your background and experience in the field will help set-up the business.
Your past success of the business idea in Canada coupled with recommendations from your clientele, government agencies and business partners further validate your ability to replicate the same in the US.
The USCIS wants to see how a new endeavor is going to help the locals. So, they often find employment perspective for local Americans as a matter of great importance. They also must be satisfied that the business is of national importance and that you have the ability to execute the plan successfully.
These aren’t always easy things to prove. With the help of a professional expert possessing ample knowledge of the United States Immigration and writing business plans, it becomes easy to prove your case. For these reasons, it is advisable to seek out an immigration lawyer and an immigration business plan writer. Together, these professionals will allow you to prepare an application that will increase your immigration case approval!

Ways an Ontario Business Plan Should Differ from a BC Business Plan
Ontario and British Columbia are known as a land of opportunities, built by years of hard work of immigrants. So, if you are a prospective immigrant thinking of starting a business in Ontario or BC, opportunities are endless. However, you must know that having a business idea and a goal to achieve is meaningless without a well-written business plan. While they may appear the same on the surface, there are some important ways that an Ontario Business Plan should differ from a BC Business Plan.
Multiple Options to Start a Business in Canada
Now that you have a wonderful business idea, have you thought of how you want to attain that business? Ontario and BC, being business hubs, offers many lucrative options for starting a business. These are –
A new start-up that you want to start from scratch, developing your own products/ services and building a new clientele base. It will need funding and time to reach Return over Investment.
Buying an existing small business is another option. It can be a bit heavier on your pocket than a new start-up. Nevertheless, it can be turned around into success much faster with your experience and business acumen.
Entering into a franchise business can offer the best of both worlds. A franchise license comes with a well-established brand and an existing parent company that has worked hard on the marketing plan. In addition to this, the parent company often also lends a helping hand in finding the right location and hiring right people for you.
Depending upon what you decide and what immigration stream you are going pursue, you will have to file the appropriate legal paperwork with the provincial and Federal Governments. In most cases, the immigration application must be accompanied by a business plan, that meets the stringent requirements of the immigration program. It will be an important deciding factor in your entry to Canada.
Importance of Business Plan
Business Plan is a live document that gives shape to your idea and brings achievability to your goals. As Antoine de once said that a goal without a plan is just a wish. Therefore, when planning to start a business on a foreign land like Canada, a thoroughly analyzed BC Business Plan or Ontario business plan is a must. It serves 3 imperative purposes –
To gain an accurate and deep understanding of your business, industry, and potential clientele
To keep the focus on the goals and objectives of your business
To attract investors if you are seeking funding.
A well-written Ontario or BC Business Plan offers a balanced mix of both opportunities and challenges. It begins with an outstanding business idea and moves forward to concrete, relevant, and more focused viewpoints to build a successful enterprise.
How the BC Business Plan and Ontario Business Plan Should Differ
Both provinces offer multiple advantages to businesses. Yet, despite their similarities, there are some ways in which the business plan for each will differ.
Market Research – Market research should always include information on the specific province and locale. This is the way in which the Ontario and BC business plan will vary the most. After discussing the full market in the country (if applicable) you will get into detailed information on where you intend to locate the business. This will have a dramatic impact on your client base, especially if you’re in retail, as well as local taxes and other restrictions.
Program Specifics – Your Ontario or BC business plan will also vary in another significant way depending on what business immigration program you are considering. Both of these provinces have very popular provincial nominee programs (PNPs). If you are applying for the BC PNP Concept or OINP Concept you will also want to consider which types of businesses are ineligible and which industries have a priority.
While it is true the Ontario and BC business plan will be very similar, these are two of the key considerations for how to approach them differently.
Conclusion
In nutshell, Ontario and British Columbia are two of the best places to start a new business in Canada and a good business plan can make it achievable for you. So, prepare a business plan that will help you keep track of your business operations to ensure its best chance for success.
You can always take the help of professionals to write a good BC or Onatario Business Plan, especially for an immigration case. Preparing Your Alberta Business Plan for any Entrepreneur Pathway
Within each province is a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) focused on attracting immigrants that can help fill vital needs. Most PNPs also offer one or more Entrepreneur Pathways. Alberta is no exception. The Alberta version, the Alberta Immigration Nominee Program (AINP) has three entrepreneur pathway options.
A business plan is one of the key components of the application for any entrepreneur pathway in Canada. The three entrepreneur pathways in Alberta are:
International Graduate Entrepreneur Immigration Stream – As the name implies, this entrepreneur pathway is meant for international graduates. If you have graduated from a qualifying post-secondary institution in the country and want to start a new or buy an existing business, you can register your interest to apply.
Foreign Graduate Start-Up Visa Stream – In general, Alberta aims to attract highly educated applicants. They also have this option for graduates of qualifying foreign institutions that want to start a business in the province.
Self-Employed Farmer Stream – Agriculture is big business in Alberta, and they are also focused on attracting farmers who want to start a new or purchase an existing farm. This is only available for experienced farmers who have the existing knowledge to take on such an endeavor.
How to Prepare Your Alberta Business Plan
When preparing your Alberta Business Plan, regardless of which entrepreneur pathway you are applying for, you need to take into consideration the main priorities of the program. In order to improve your chances of your success you should include the following:
Benefit to the Province – The commonality among each entrepreneur pathway is that they are setup to benefit the province. As such, it should come as no surprise that one of the main focuses of your Alberta business plan should be the direct, specific benefit you and your business will provide.
Tying in Experience – In order to qualify for any of these entrepreneur pathways, you will need to precisely tie your relevant prior experience into the Alberta business plan. In each scenario, you must meet specific criteria. You need to make it evident you have prior experience in whatever you are planning to do. You must also show how that experience will tie in to running a successful business in Canada.
Write for Immigration Purposes – You’re not creating a business plan for an investor or a loan officer. You need to consider your audience when writing any business plan but that is especially true when writing an Alberta business plan, or one for any other immigration stream.
Conclusion
The first step before you can create the Alberta Business Plan is to determine which Entrepreneur Pathway you will immigrate under. You must ensure you have the appropriate prior experience to qualify. With that taken into consideration, you must figure out a few things.
This includes how you make your experience evident, how you will showcase the benefit your business brings to Canada, and how you can craft your business plan to specifically appeal to immigration officers. If you can master these items, you will be well on your way to a successful immigration case.

Important Considerations About the BC Business Plan for the Entrepreneur Pathway
Business immigration in Canada focuses largely on the province. Nearly every province has their own provincial nominee program (PNP). Within each PNP, most have an entrepreneur pathway, or some variation of one. British Columbia is no exception. The BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration is one of the more popular programs out there. There are several things you need to know about the BC Business Plan that will be required for your application.
Business Concept Before BC Business Plan
There is a very important step to consider before you write your BC business plan for the entrepreneur pathway. First, you have to register your expression of interest (EOI). This EOI is how you alert British Columbia of your intent, or interest as the name implies, to be considered for the BC PNP Entrepreneur Pathway.
During this stage you will provide information about your business concept, as well as personal information regarding your financial situation and professional experience. This information is scored and only registrants with the highest scores will receive an invitation to apply. Your business concept is 40% - or 80 out of 200 points – of your score.
When to Write the BC Business Plan
Now that you understand that the BC business plan is not required for the beginning stage, you may wonder when you should write it. Technically, you can write the BC business plan for the entrepreneur pathway after the business concept. However, it is recommended to write it, or at least outline it, before the business concept.
The reason for this is because if you are invited to apply, your business plan must align with your business concept. Any changes or deviation from your initial concept can result in denial or cancelation of your entrepreneur pathway application. That is why it is recommended to write the BC business plan first. Even if it is not formally constructed, you should have gone through the full business planning process.
What to Include in Your BC Business Plan for the Entrepreneur Pathway
Unlike a traditional business plan, your BC business plan needs to be written with immigration priorities at the forefront. You should have all the same basic sections and cover all the same information. What you focus on will be different though.
The entrepreneur pathway priorities are to benefit the economy of the region and/or province. You need to do this while proving the business is viable and can be successful. That is why you should focus on the following elements:
Job creation – Creating jobs for current citizens and residents is one of the main priorities of the Entrepreneur Pathway. You need to be reasonable, but make sure you create as many jobs as possible.
Economic contribution – The BC business plan financials should make it very clear when the company will begin to generate a profit and the level of profit it will produce. This is what you will pay taxes on and how you will contribute to the economy in a broader sense.
Cultural contribution – One thing to be aware of in the entrepreneur pathway is to bring something to the area that they are missing or need more of. Often, this contribution is cultural.
Viability – If your business fails you won’t create the jobs you promise or have the economic impact you claim. Make sure that you support your idea through the BC business plan so it is evident that the plan is viable.
Stability – Beyond viability, the BC business plan needs to appear stable. The Canadian and provincial governments want to accept businesses that will contribute to long-term improvements and growth. You need to make sure that it is clear the business can make it for the long haul.
Understanding all of the above and focusing your BC Business Plan on these specific elements will put you well on your way to a successful BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration case.

Immigration Business Plans: Vital Considerations for a BC Business Plan in Canada to an EB2 NIW Business Plan in the US
If you are interested in business immigration, you’ll need an immigration business plan. In general, immigration in the United States and Canada can be quite different. Yet, when it comes to business immigration there are some things that are quite similar. This is perhaps most evident in the business plan. From a BC business plan for the BCPNP in Canada to an EB2 NIW Business Plan in the U.S., you need to consider these things below.
You’re writing for immigration officers – Unlike traditional business plans most often written for a business audience, you are writing your EB2 NIW, BC PNP, or any other type of immigration business plan for an immigration officer. Most likely, this person does not have a business background and does not understand complex business models or business jargon. In contrast to other plans, you need to write with a very top-level approach. Make sure your business is explained in the simplest terms and leave out a lot of the underlying detail – and jargon – you might otherwise include.
The main purpose is to bring benefit to the country – On top of writing for the correct audience, you need to write with the correct purpose in mind. You don’t have to prove your BC Business Plan is the best thing that has ever existed. An EB2 NIW business plan doesn’t even have to be super innovative. What a business plan for either country does have to do is demonstrate how you will bring a benefit to the country. Or, in the case of Canada Provincial Nominee Programs, the province.
Under any business immigration program - not just the two examples that are used - the purpose is to enhance the overall country, with a focus on the economy and culture. Your goal through your business plan is to clearly and concisely state how your business will benefit the country. This is most commonly demonstrated through job creation, taxes to be paid, and introduction of new/lacking products or services to a certain area. Write with these things in mind and you’re increase your chances of approval.
It’s better to under promise and over deliver – Going back to issues relating to audience, you need to remember that your BC business plan or EB2 NIW business plan is not being written for investors or potential funders. Going into writing your business plan with these sorts of audiences in mind can actually work against you in the long run. When it comes to an immigration business plan you want to show a reasonable benefit to the country or province but, you should aim to under promise and over deliver.
In most business immigration cases, you’re going to have to renew your work visa/work permit after a year. It is much better to have achieved more than to have to justify and defend why you did not reach the benchmarks set out in your initial EB2 NIW Business Plan or your BC business plan. You should always consider the renewal process when crafting your plan.
It is easy to approach your immigration business plan in a way that can actually inhibit your chances of a successful immigration case. If you have any concern about your ability to write your EB2 NIW or BC business plan in line with the suggestions above, consider hiring professional immigration business plan writers who have established success.

Why you Should Consider the Cannabis Business for your Owner Operator Program
The idea of moving to a different country is deemed luxurious and splendid by most people. The anticipation held when one decides to explore a different space, and the excitement of initiating the process is often dimmed down by the daunting requirements and the minimal immigration opportunities.
Owner Operator Program is an excellent alternative for those who wish to explore the process from a different angle. However, it is essential to note that numerous requirements come with the process.
Steps to Follow in Owner Operator Programs
This program is ideal for foreign investors who wish to get permanent residency by obtaining a work permit first. As such, one of the main requirements for this process is adequate financing and enough assets to purchase a considerable number of shares in whichever business you wish.
Also, you need language proficiency in English or French to help you in operating the business. This program requires one to receive an employment offer as a manager for the company they have shares in. One essential aspect for the facilitation of the process is evidence of experience in the position of management. For the process to be successful, there are several steps one needs to take. These are:
Identification of a business
Present a Labor Market Impact Assessment and a business plan
Wait for the approval. After you this, you get a renewable work permit valid for 12-24 months.
With an Owner Operator Program, you can start the process of applying for permanent residency within the first year of working in the country. If everything complies with the federal laws governing the program, the process takes around six months.
The Allure of a Cannabis Business
There have been massive changes in the perception of cannabis. This has led to the push of legalization for both medical and recreational purposes. While the increase and growth of the industry is meant to offer an assurance of a growing market, it also brings along a saturated one. More people are opening cannabis shops with others providing unique products that are taking the industry by storm.
It is for these same reasons why getting into the Cannabis Business Plan is a great choice. There are numerous unexplored opportunities and growth avenues that need exploration. By presenting a unique brand, you get to enjoy the perks of the industry.
Factors to Consider When Writing a Cannabis Business Plan
The saturated market is an indication of the massive reception and vast target market for the product. You need to ensure that your business is professional and organized to facilitate its growth and attainment of the milestones you have.
Therefore, you need a comprehensive business plan that is concise about what you wish to achieve. Define your company in all scopes from the team in charge of operations, the products you sell, and what your primary drive is. Also, you need to determine who your target audience is and how you plan on reaching them.

Benefits of Alberta Business Plan for an Entrepreneur Pathway as a Farmer
Thinking of pursuing an entrepreneur pathway in farming? An Alberta Business Plan can prove to be your best tool if so. Make use of your excellent farm management skills coupled with your farming experience and get started on your entrepreneurial immigration journey as a farmer in Alberta, Canada. Read on…
The Albertan Government is open and highly supportive of entrepreneurs. Thus, the province has come up with special programs under Alberta Immigration Nominee Program (AINP) to boost farming as an Entrepreneur Pathway. Their Self-employed Farmer Stream is one such program that aims at attracting farmers from foreign countries to purchase and manage farms within the province.
Self-employed Farmer Stream
This stream is open for immigration to Alberta for those who intend to start and establish a farming business. Unlike other immigration programs, this stream does not ask for minimum language and education requisites. Therefore, if you have the skills and adequate funds to purchase farms and pursue farming as a business, this stream may be right for you. However, it isn’t just about funds and skills you can put on paper. The AINP works closely with the Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry of Alberta to assess the applicants. As a result, you must strongly demonstrate that you meet the minimum eligibility criteria. These include –
Academic degree or diploma or training certificate in farm management.
Official document to prove your farm management skills. This can include experience in farming along with financial papers of managing and running an existing farm.
Proof of adequate financial resources to purchase and manage a farm in Alberta. Must have a minimum net worth of CAD 500,000 or documents proving access to comparable funds from other resources to invest in the primary production farming business.
Confirmation from a Canadian financial institution to provide funds for farming operations in the province will be an added benefit.
An extensive Alberta business plan for your proposed farming venture, elaborating on what and how of your farming business will operate and provide benefit.
In addition to this, you must provide proof of a partner, who is a Canadian citizen or PR and intends to invest in your primary production farming business in Alberta.
Benefits of an Alberta Business Plan
The Albertan government prioritises these applications on the basis of growth prospects and alignment of the proposed ventures with the requisites of the Alberta farming industry. Therefore, it is highly recommended to draft a winning Alberta business plan. A well-written Alberta Business Plan emphasises on how your proposed venture will contribute to the agriculture industry – and overall economy - of the province.
The Alberta business plan must be written with utmost care and due diligence. It is an integral part of this entrepreneur pathway and must incorporate –
Thorough analysis of the agriculture industry and farming environment in Alberta.
Illustrating the market needs and demands and how your farming operations will cater to Alberta’s agricultural food needs.
Your experience and expertise in farm management to grow more opportunities over time.
Financial projections to make use of the investment to establish & grow your entrepreneur pathway as a farmer.
Moreover, it is advised to visit Alberta personally to see and understand the farming requirements in Alberta. You can arrange an in-person interview with a representative of the Albertan Government to ascertain your likelihood of getting through under the AINP.
In other words, the self-employed farmer stream is the best immigration option for applicants with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in farming and farm management. All you need is an expert to write a good Alberta business plan, weaving in your experience and skills in farming in the best presentable way. In short, a well-laid-out Alberta business plan is the key to an Entrepreneur Pathway as a farmer.

How to Write a Cannabis Business Plan for a Successful Entrepreneur Pathway
To pave an entrepreneur pathway in the Cannabis industry, you need experienced guidance and a smartly laid roadmap. Entering this highly regulated industry with a good Cannabis Business Plan is the key to success. It aids in sailing through compliance, cost efficiencies and growth strategy in the most effective way. Read on...
Canadian Cannabis Industry
The cannabis industry of Canada is blossoming with each passing year. In June 2021, the industry witnessed a monthly record sale of $319 million. It is expected to touch USD6.7 billion by 2026. At present, dried cannabis is topping the charts in the Canadian market with a sale of $1.3 billion in 2021. On the other hand, the edible cannabis market surpassed a sale of $100 million in 2020. However, it is still a highly untapped segment with immense potential for growth.
Cannabis Business Plan
The cannabis business plan is a well-laid roadmap that leverages your entrepreneurial journey to help improve your odds of success. The cannabis industry is seeding novel prospects to new entrepreneurs. As the industry is taking small steps towards maturity, many changes are happening.
The growth of edible cannabis market is one such positive change that is attracting many entrepreneurs seeking to start a retail cannabis business. in addition to this, the launch of farm gate sales in Canada has open options for small growers. They can now sell their products directly to the consumers. This new step will not only create ample opportunities for small growers to flourish but also help them secure their place in the industry.
Points to Consider in a Cannabis Business Plan
The cannabis business plan is a written prototype of your Entrepreneur Pathway that you can refer to at every phase of the business establishment. Therefore, it becomes imperative to draw a clear picture of your business that makes it clear for you and your clients why they should want to first visit and return to your business. However, it isn’t a simple cut-and-dry process. Being an entrepreneur, you must consider –
Cannabis Licensing – The Cannabis Regulations of Canada has set-up special licenses to permit business activities in this highly regulated cannabis industry. For instance, license for cultivation, license for processing, licensing for analytical testing, license for a retail store and so on. Therefore, complete knowledge and understanding of these licenses are pivotal to apply for the correct one for your entrepreneur pathway. Besides these licenses, compliance with the federal, provincial and local guidelines is a must.
Cannabis Legalization – The Cannabis Act was implemented in October 2018 to control and regulate the cultivation, processing, sale and distribution of cannabis across Canada. The Act aims to keep cannabis away from the reach of youth, and criminals in order to protect public health and safety. Additionally, cannabis businesses need to follow the GMP & GPP standards. As a result, every province has its own rules and regulations related to legalised cannabis businesses. Hence, staying abreast of these legalities helps in drafting a detailed Cannabis Business Plan to back your entrepreneur pathway.
Coordinated Cannabis Taxation Agreement – Under this agreement, the federal and provincial governments co-ordinate to administer and implement cannabis duties. Except for Manitoba, all other provinces have ratified a revenue split of 25/75. It is followed by a cap on the revenue share of federal government at $100 million on annual basis for the first 24 months. Besides this, provinces like Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Nunavut exercise additional duties on cannabis products.
Banking & Insurance – Despite Cannabis being legalised across Canada for recreational and medical purposes, the industry still faces major problems when it comes to banking and insurances. This is a major reason why the edibles segment of cannabis industry is growing at a much slower pace. Banks are apprehensive in working with cannabis businesses and insurance companies do not want to extend their services to them. So, if you have made up your mind to enter this ever-growing industry, get in touch with BDC, Farm Credit Canada and The Cannabis Commerce Association of Canada.
So, if you want to tap into this not yet fully tapped segment and carve out an Entrepreneur Pathway for yourself, a well-written Cannabis business plan is the way to ensure you cover all important considerations to start!
