the B2082, Stone in Oxney in Kent by Adam Swaine Via Flickr: The B2082 is a rural B-road in southeast England.B2082, Isle of Oxney Isle of Oxney is the name given to an area in Kent. In the 13th century, the island was part of the coastline bordering what is now the Romney Marsh. During the 17th and 18th centuries the River Rother silted up. Today the former sea and river channels are low-lying land (Rother Levels), leaving the former island as high ground, but still retaining its name. Places on the Isle of Oxney include Wittersham, Stone in Oxney and Stone-cum-Ebony.
