Living with anxiety-and trying to be a mom and running a business

I’ve had anxiety for as long as I an remember., When I was younger I hated going to restaurants and I never knew why.. I would get so sick to my stomach and have to run to the bathroom constantly because I thought I would have to throw up..and I didn’t want to do it at the table. It wasn’t until later that I learned that I had anxiety.. and then everything made sense. 

I’m now 33 and only have minimal control over my anxiety. I still get short of breath and panicky in traffic.. I can't be in crowded places (I guess I have social anxiety) I still hate restaurants.. and it has taken such a toll on my relationship(s) and life! I am currently not on medication but I do go to therapy.

When I had my daughter, my anxiety escalated and pressured me to stay home as much as possible. I fear for my daughter’s life and keeping her safe..But I don’t want to shelter her and make her come out like me.. I also stopped working to stay home with her (I was blessed enough to be able to do that at the time) but now, financially, I can’t do it anymore and I need to get back to work.. So I got back into direct sales (you guys know the story). However, it isn’t going well. Which gives me more anxiety about paying bills on time AND providing a Christmas for my daughter AND buying toilet paper. I never thought I’d see the day where I had to choose between buying toilet paper or paying the electric bill. (of course I chose to pay the electric.)

I hate feeling this way, and my plate is overloaded. I need a miracle .
