My recorder cover of Zlo v Nauglamíru from Pád Doriathu, lyrics by Františka Andršová (Aredhel), and music by Filoména Dominová.

The descant recorder (high notes) is playing the sung lines, and I wrote new harmonies for the tenor recorder (low notes) to play underneath them.

(please excuse the timing mistakes, playing to a recording is not one of my strength, and also the cat trying to song along hahah)

I inexplicably decided I needed to write songs and I’ve been saving up for a shed to convert to a studio.

I’m starting to accept that I will never get my studio. Even if I did I can’t leave the house without help. It would be too expensive to make it accessible so I’m working with what I got.

I bought some noise canceling foam pads and some rubber cement. Made a little audio reflector yoni to put my microphone inside.

Completely stepped up my vocal recording!! I still felt I could do better. This reflector is great for portability but finding the right proximity is hard.

Meet mega reflector! It’s big enough to put over my head. It rests on my shoulders and does a full 360 sound blocking.

I works best when I use it like a tube. I clip my microphone inside, put my face in the opening and sing. Gives me much more consistency in my volume control.

Run time is about 9min12sec or so.

Tried to make sure that audio levels were good. Going to try and keep these to 3 days a piece (given there I think are like 36 or so days in story mode?). But yeah, hope ya enjoy and all that jazz!

General feedback is always appreciated! Still learning and whatnot so let me know if something doesn't work or if it does!

Also does anyone know if/where I could find the audio files used in the game? I check the folder and all that but couldn't find any audio stuff; just thought it would help add to the sense this is taking place IN the game world. But I get if the developer wants to keep that stuff away from grabby hands.
