And another classic is probably everything around Castiel breaking free from Naomi's mind control in 8x17 and everything leading up to the season 8 finale. Generally I think s8 is great for both Castiel and Destiel stuff and if I remember correctly (it has been a while don't sue me) Hunter Heroici is also a fun one if you have the time for it xD

Generally it has been a while since I last watched Supernatural, but I am currently in a rewatch in s1 so I cannot wait to finally get to the Destiel and Castiel parts! So my memory gets refreshed 👀

2. I just rewatched Demonology again and I wrote some dialogue today where Emily shows up at his place after walking through the snow at the end of the episode because she wants him to know the truth about her too. And I want to explore his POV here. They haven't known each other for too long, he isn't divorced for this long and just in general, he plays most things very very close to the vest. So I'm looking forward to writing that yearning for her as he acts all calm and collected. That fic will be canon-compliant, so there will be no kiss, just a little add on.

7. before I got my new laptop and switched to using Ellipsus to write (by the way, that program is awsome!) I used Comic Sans because I read an article, that the silly font helps the brain relax, so you actually write more. Now I'm using Literata, which is the standard font in Ellipsus.

9. I acutally don't know! I took breaks between working on Sin to Win to finish off other stories, but maybe work time was four days or something? Procrastination included, of course. ;)

Tired Loid Episode German dub!

Yeah that's my preferred title for that episode. Penguin Park what Penguin Park

After Yor thought about how much and how long doctors work, she said "The poor guy" about Loid. Oh Yor you have no idea XD

Hhhhnng every time I rewatch that episode I try to suppress my whumper side and try to not focus on Loid's grunts of exhaustion at the beginning. Every time I fail.

Right before getting into his apartment block, while thinking how he never gets any time to rest, Twilight thinks to himself "Selbst Schuld"... which means "My own fault", practically thinking how it's his own choice to tire himself like that, since he knows how much his spy work requires yet he keeps doing it. It was interesting to add that recognition there.

When the neighbors were gossiping about how Loid must be cheating, one of them said "Men are pigs". Like whoa tone it down a little ok

Seriously though I like noticing the little things they add in. Like later, when the Forgers were just about to leave for the aquarium and Loid was seconds away from collapsing, it went like this:

Yor: Loid, I'm worried. You'd better rest. Loid: I'll live.

Again it's just an interpretation of the story (and even the anime is itself an interpretation since it's an adaptation of the manga) but it's interesting to see how different ones can add stuff but keep it in the same tone. Like, Yor was obviously worried in the original. But it does hit differently for her to voice that worry, and for Loid to actually acknowledge it a bit (an "I'll live" sounds a little more acknowledging than an "I'm alright" because with it Loid recognizes he should actually get some rest, but prioritizes putting up a front for the neighbors and keeping the mission safe).

Right outside the apartment when the first neighbors saw them, they said "We don't usually see you three together" and Loid replied "A lot happened this week but today we're going to the aquarium!" Homeboi has the excuses ready at any moment lol

When the Forgers were walking down the stairs to the underground train station, Anya said "Choo choo!" ADORBS.

After inviting the neighbors to join them in the aquarium, Yor thought "A normal family should get along well with their neighbors. Loid is certainly proud of me!"

No-one tell her.

Anya, thinking: Papa is having a crisis.

I love this episode. I love here how Anya decided to help him with the mission. Who knows how long it would have taken Loid to locate the target penguin if it weren't for her. I think his exhaustion even was having an effect; clear-minded Twilight would have surveyed the enclosure and pretty quickly spot the penguin that couldn't swallow water. But tired as he was, and stressed with trying to keep the pretense of a happy family man in front of the neighbors, it was all weighing down on him. Good thing Anya was there and so happy to help.

In the second part, where Anya is playing with Mr. Chimera and Penguinman, as she plays Director Chimera ordering Agent Anya, Chimera tells her to show their new agent their "Gebeimhasis"... which is a mispronunciation of "Geheimbasis", which means "secret base". The subtitles didn't include the mispronunciation, which was a shame. It's cute to hear the words she messes up. The "ooting" equivalent in the dub is "Spagierzang" instead of the correct word "Spaziergang".

Right outside Loid and Yor's rooms, Anya thought how in there she could find the perfect "Bombs that go boom". I love that attention to keeping Anya the little girl she is <3

X-Men rewatch part 4

Next up was X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Now this one I had actually seen before, and very much enjoyed, but it is so much better having watched First Class as well. Funny that. XD

I love me some time travel shenanigans, and this delivered. The dystopian future was really rather grim and I'll be seeing those images in my mind for a while yet I imagine. :/ The sense of inevitable doom was strong! I ended up watching this over three evenings, so perhaps that's given it more impact than it would usually have. And I felt they did a really good job tying the present with the past here.

Random thoughts...

OMG! I did not see Erik actually killing Wolverine coming. I feel like that was a line crossed, and I'm interested to see if that plays out in the last two films of the younger generation. I mean I guess we see that plenty in the original films, but in that case it was always with the hope that things might improve - it's a lot harder to watch things going in the opposite direction. And just how isolated Erik is now - that can't be good.

I didn't remember how the main plot played out, but I love that Mystique created the opportunity for a positive ending, although I'm a little unsure why she didn't just let Erik carry on? Might have to watch it again. Oh noes. Was she wanting to reduce the number of casualties but still get Trask, or something else?

I have enjoyed how Mystique has been a much more important and well developed character in these films so far than in the original trilogy. Makes her feel less like the exotic naked woman thrown in for fun which it kinda felt it was to me in the earlier films.

And Charles. Beautiful heartbroken Charles. I loved his story. While I'm not entirely sure they sold the reasons why quite well enough, it was clear that the last few years had NOT been kind to him. I loved his exchange with Erik on the plane. And I can very much empathise with the desire to block it all out and stop caring so much - and to have a means of doing that, that also coincidentally allows you to walk again - it would have been irresistible.

I thought the conversation with his future self was a good way to push him along the right track and to tie the two eras together. But man, does the message of holding on to hope and working for something better ring differently in 2024.

And I'd forgotten that the impact of these changes meant that Jean was still alive. I did very much enjoy Wolverine walking stupidly around the mansion working out what was going on after he woke up, and his conversation with Charles at the end. Sometimes you just need the soppy ending.

The whole thing with Peter breaking Erik out of the Pentagon, I'd forgotten about that. I've seen that video clip floating around on Tumblr so often now (the one where he rescues everyone from the mansion) that I can't recall if I've actually seen the movie that's from now (I don't think I have because I think I've now seen all the ones I remember). But the rescue scene was just great fun. And the short line about his Mum telling him his Dad had similar powers now meant something to me where it would have gone over my head in 2014.

I am in very real danger of falling in love with another bunch of characters with tragic backstories in films from the 2010s. Sigh. If there's anything equivalent in modern media that I'm missing, please do let me know so I don't have to catch up on it in 10 years time, eh?

(finished) Notes on an Execution - Danya Kukafka: Still excellent, still thinking about the ending

(in-progress) The Great Transition - Nick Fuller Goggins: I got this from the person who runs the horror book club I go to. The blurb compared it to Station Eleven, perilously high praise, but I'm weirdly enjoying it. Weirdly because I was afraid the structure would get annoying and weirdly because it's doing a bunch of things I usually find annoying but I'm not annoyed? I think it's because even though there's a lot of social justice themes, it never really feels like the characters are lecturing at the reader. Like there have been some scenes where characters are lecturing other characters - but so far they've all felt like they were more about revealing about the characters and their relationships rather than being like 'see, I know about solidarity, look how good a person I am!' I also really like that the exposition is being given through one of the POV characters (a high school student)'s essays, which have comments from her teacher and the comments are all PERFECT - and sure enough the author's day job is as a teacher. XD

(finished) Light of the Jedi - Charles Soule: still not my favorite, but it does pick up once you get past the first part. I think the narration of that action goes on for a bit too long and doesn't leave much space to take in the characters or setting because so much is happening, one thing after another. But, as I said last week, infinitely better than doomscrolling

(in-progress) Into the Dark - Claudia Gray: Ok the thing about Light is that I didn't really care about any of the deaths in it....until this book made me care. I think Gray is just a little bit more adept at character writing, I really started to fall in love with the High Republic and its characters in this book. I am sad though, given I'm probably going to have to skip Midnight Horizon to avoid getting derailed again, this might be where Reath and I part ways. I ended up loving Reath so much! But alas! Midnight Horizon was not my cup of tea, so I will have to say farewell.

I watched 2 episodes of Foundation and precisely 30 minutes of Severance before I fell asleep last night (I was just really tired because a certain Void Creature had me up at 5AM, not Severance's fault), so idk which I'm going to continue on with. Hell House LLC II: The Abbadon Hotel (2018) and Hell House LLC III: Lake of Fire (2019): This is such a bizarre series because the first is slightly above-average found footage, the fourth is actually surprisingly scary, and the middle two are SUCH hot garbage, but. Completionist. I have seen them all now. The best scene in the third is with the cultists/demons scuttling around and I realized why it makes me laugh, they remind me of the wraiths in What We Do in the Shadows XD

Dune Part 2 (2024) - I SAW DUNE AGAIN IT WAS STILL GOOD. Aside, is Austin Butler in something the Youths (TM) like? Because I only know him from the awful Elvis movie I suffered through last year. The girl selling my ticket was like 'yeah I've seen it twice as an audience member and then I keep going up to the projection room to watch the duel because Austin Butler *heart eyes*' and I was like.....him? Really? Are the kids just horny for Harkonnens? I have questions.

video game update: I'm unstuck on cult of the lamb! I had the run of my life and got past the underwater level, it was great.

Tell us about your fav show! What gets you hooked? What makes it special? - What are the good and bad points of the show? The plus and minus? one of my faves is def cyberchase! Despite knowing it's for kids in elementary/just learning math, I always come back to binge the whole thing every now and again... at least until around season 6 or 7, lol.

Initial Intrigue

I think what gets me hooked about it is the va work- it feels like everyone has a personality and is having fun in their over-dramatic roles, making me want to continue watching to see and hear more of them.

What makes it special to me are the lessons/problem-solving techniques each episode provides for education purposes, believe it or not. They live rent-free in my brain in the sense that I can easily depict in my mind which episode I'm thinking about or want to watch just from the main math adventure alone. It helps that i've binged the show more than five times as an adult, XD. Also, I think the accompanying For Real segments are special too, as the real-world examples help drive home the lesson in your head and are almost just as prominent when trying to remember the episode for me.

General Aspects

The good parts, I think, are the writing of the characters and the setting of cyberspace. The kids, while they sound annoyingly expository at times because educational kids show, each of the main three have a personality that is shown through the mistakes they make, how they speak to each other when emotions and stress are high, and how they usually approach problems. I'll always remember matt is a sports kid because of that one scene in Whale of a Tale in which he corrected Glowla's addition by referring to friendly numbers and making a ballpark estimate. And that's just one instance. And for cyberspace, the way the sites exist gives many possibilities for future cybersites for the utmost creativity.

Some of the bad parts is that the show can get hand-holdy in explaining the math, leading to becoming annoyed when the answer is obvious and ends up being stretched out to pad the runtime, on top of when the show's formula stays the same. Speaking of, the show is a mix of episodic and continuing previously established continuity, and can lead to inconsistencies with characters and plotlines (par for the course on many shows to be fair). Sometimes this resets them and other times it's just plain stupid given the context of the show on a back-to-back viewing.

Personal Aspects

Now what I personally like about cyberchase is what I have mentioned above, but more about the characters rather than the lessons. The show's pretty batshit crazy and interesting depending on what episode you're on, and I think the tone is balanced well for dangerous leaps of faith and Matt making fun of Jackie's overly-dramatic ass. It feels like I'm in the adventure with them despite not being a character myself, as in feel the energy of the scene, and I think that's neat.

The thing I personally don't like is how the voices of the characters change over time because of the change in vas, but I can understand that- it just sucks as it takes away my immersion a bit on every rewatch. Also, I didn't mention the elephant in the room but it's an objectively awful thing about the show- or at the very least, majorly disliked by fans including me. I didn't specifically mention it, but it popped into your head, didn't it?

Later Expectations

While I don't remember what baby-faced me thought of the show at the time of first watching it, I can tell you my thoughts on catching up on a few season 9 episodes for the first time. I was def making fun of it in the first half, ngl. And then I was starting to remember the episodes, and realized I had already seen them before but forgot them. I think around the Digit food pyramid episode was where I was enjoying the writing to the point of laughing at varied points because of things I hadn't noticed before (but also because I had a new appreciation for healthy foods a while back and totally wanted to eat that salad when I saw it again). So despite that season not being about math (will always be butthurt about that), it was better than I expected on rewatch. Doesn't mean it was good, because I'd still watch the earlier seasons any day, but I wouldn't be upset at the thought of watching them again.

Detective Conan Rewatch 471-486

Oops I forgot to write my thoughts down for a few days again

The uncontrollable rental car was actually top tier tho. I'm used to the single ep anime originals being fairly straightforward but this was unique and the characterization was great. We see Kogoro's best side and action hero dad Tagaki and a really smart trick pulled by Conan to save them all. I really liked this one.

Shinichi Kudo's childhood adventures is super cute! It's really nice to see babby Ran and of course Shiinichi. I almost wish we had more of their past and how they fell in love and the development part of all that but I get why we don't and the snippets we do get are cute. We get to see dad KID too which is fun (and babby Kaito too!) However as my friend pointed out this ep does feel like it confuses the nebulous timeline somewhat? Yukiko's been retired from acting for some time now so her still actively studying from Toichi is odd? Maybe? Maybe it's just her hobby now I dunno.

The love of lawyer Eri Kisaki is funny. It's super simple, especially for anyone who owns a cat but it manages to be great regardless. Ran really nearly assaulted a man 😅 well I'm sure Eri could have gotten her off the charges but still

Bad luck grand Prix is well it's an average episode, i certainly didn't think it was bad but it felt like a regular old episode with nothing super standout. I do like the occasional cases that are Kogoro and Conan hanging out all family like though it's sweet.

Genta's certain kill shot was fun! Mostly because my friend saw the title in advance and we've been choking about Genta's upcoming murder plan for a while XD the actual case is still pretty neat tho, although as usual the English is a little rough. I wouldn't say its common but you probably want imp or pixie to describe a mischievous kid not elf. I also kinda agree with Kogoro that it was mean to point at Genta and call him a murderer poor kid.

Real 30 minutes is an odd case. The time... didn't feel super relevant? The character designs were neat though and Conan and Haibara teaming up is always good.

Three days with Heiji Hattori! My boy was back for some more cases and they're fun ones. The first is neat because it feels like they reiterated Conan's trauma regarding cornering a culprit, almost feel like they could have focused on the impact of that ending and what that means to Conan and Heiji more but eh, it was neat to have it still. As for the detective Koushin I really enjoyed it! I've been looking forward to it a lot since reading that manga chapter and having a gathering of detectives is fun, the culprit is great too, I can see why she's so well liked. It's also great to have Hakuba here too although I gotta admit that yeah he seems pretty Sus of Conan, or perhaps just nice about it who knows. I liked the whole sequence at the beginning regarding the backstory too. And finally Heiji did really great! I like how they show how he differs from most other detectives we see who stand back and observe with methodical coldness by being emotionally invested, always having hope for possible best outcomes and willing to come across as wrong and act to gather the evidence he needs. I love him and this episode did a great job of showing why <3

Yellow Alibi is a sad case with a dumbass for a culprit. Who on earth murders someone on a beach and then tries to hide the fact the murder happened on a beach? Has this man never been to a beach before? You never get all the sand off my god.

Mountain Witch's cutlery is a simple little case but well presented, the weapon was neat and the kids were cute.

The vanished policeman was also a cute little simple case. Not much to say about it other than that tho.

Whereabouts of the dark photograph is fun because the crime differs which is neat every so often. Also those two guys will probably never commit a crime in their lives after that experience XD

Beckoning cat from left to right is simple but hey it has cats and Conan and Haibara teaming up which is nice.

"He looks good in every situation from every angle, and is somehow always the most dominant person in the room even when naked and muzzled in a horny cage" EXACTLY LOL, the actor was born to play a vampire. His whole aura in every scene is simply perfect.

I keep rewatching that scene whenever I need a laugh, "I only let him win because he was my jUniOr... he must be looking at me from some dark corner now, mocking me" and Situ just standing right next to him XDDD But seriously, I loved the brothers backstory too! I think I know most of it by now, only 4 eps to go unless there's another reveal in the finale. And you were so right about the Andrés-Sergio age gap thing, and I also love that Shen Zhiheng is helping in his crazy plans (even going to prison again!) just for his lil bro's happiness :') Sure hope nothing bad happens to them. It's also very cute that the second the truth was out he keeps calling him "dage" <3 (and does Shen Zhiheng call him the equivalent of little brother? or is he only saying brother in general? the captions aren't too clear)

I did get to the part with Mr Mo and I didn't know that! never going to see him the same way now LMAO. I'm also kinda dreading finishing the show, I don't want it to end lol, I've grown attached!

Hard AGREE. He was perfect as a vampire, can't think of anyone else who'd fit the role so perfectly. It's not about the looks or the acting, it's about the #aura.

re: the rest: That scene lives rent free in my head, it just gets funnier and funnier over time. Shen Zhiheng was yelling for SO LONG too, just ranting in the void while Situ stands there like :) I should probably double check, but I remember in the original mandarin, the line goes, "he must be looking at me from some dark corner now, LAUGHING at me!!" XD

Glad you liked the backstory as much as me :D The exact same age gap is insane asdasdf I had that exact same feeling when I got to the last four eps too, anon, ah. I didn't want it to end, but alas!! Fair warning: the finale is a mess, or at least the version they released was. But at least we now have each other to discuss it with :'D

SAME, I loved that so much- Shen Zhiheng acts so annoyed with him, but actually consistently loves and spoils him, and is once again going to jail with the people who swiss cheesed him twice because Situ asked him to. Andres core. The immediate switch to Dage was adorable too. I love Situ so much- he played that personality between adorable and cruel, and adorably cruel so well XD

(Shen Zhiheng usually just calls Situ by his name or a general "you" because he's the older brother, but there are some parts where he does literally refer to him as "little brother" Didi. While smiling and being very soft overall of course :D )

I didn't know that about Mr. Mo either LOL, and when I found out, I could not unsee it. I'm happy to have gotten you into this show, anon! It was a fun ride with lots of hits and misses, but enough hits to keep us strung along haha. At least we got attached to it together XD It's been a long time since I was so into the vibes of a show and this one really got my attention!

REVIEW

I loved this episode!! I thought it was amazing :D. There were a lot of great plots going on (okay right now for Eddie's I'm just confused and mad at him but that's besides the point xD it was wild so I'll count it as good because entertaining lol, it better go somewhere good though I'm also counting it for that), but Jennifer absolutely CARRIED this episode :O :D. Girl is an icon <33. And of course so is Maddie :') 🥰🥰. Henren may be committing crimes (as in they might be crimes) but we love them xD :D. Lol xD. All these idiots on this show I swear lol. But ah, I love them <3. Maddie and Chimney were not idiots this episode though to be clear they were icons <33. Anyway xD. Some really interesting plots, great storytelling all around (that's just what my brain decides to say just go with it ik it's kinda strange), and some great moments for everybody even if they weren't really in a main plot today :D. Also I'm stressing about Bobby o.o some really cool moments there too. But yeah, great all around!!

I hope the dad is okay with it so it can keep happening, not him find out and stop it or anything <3. It really is good for both of them :')). Anyway, I just love their little family <33. Maddie and Chimney! Y'all the FEELS they were making me feel this episode 😭😭😭🥺💔🥰. Jennifer absolutely ate, carried. She was so amazing :D. But seriously it was heartbreaking 😭😭 and then seeing Chimney support her and listen to her 🥺🥺🥺😭❤️ he is perfect <3. And they slayed so hard figuring out the abduction!! I'm so glad everybody ended up okay :'DD. They really figured that out, ate that for real 🥰🥰. Also the whole thing about the woman in the passenger seat :'(((( 😭😭😭🥺💔💔❤️. So good <333. I'm so glad they have each other <33 :'D. Also that scene with Jee-Yun at the end was absolutely adorable 😭😭❤️❤️🥺🥰. And Chim just looking on with how much he loves them in his eyes :')). Y'all I love them so much <333.

Overall, I really enjoyed this episode! I thought it was super good, and the acting especially was just on point (though of course it always is). It also set up some really interesting things for next time, which, while I'm scared about, could be really cool :O xd. And the calls were great! I'm so glad the main girl from the call and her baby are doing alright <33. They went through a lot but they'll be okay :')). The moment of her seeing her again and then reuniting was just so amazing 😭😭🥺🥰❤️. But anyway, everybody did great figuring it out, and just in this episode in general :'D. Don't know what Eddie's doing though lol, though he did do well on the calls xD.

So yeah! It was amazing, I really loved this episode. Certainly a wild one though. I'm excited and nervous for the next one! This has been my review of. . .

So for the update: the funny story immediately continued with nerfing me with 2.5 days of migraine (fun times, 0/10 do not recommend) and then life got busy and I was still too bummed out to share any drawings or anything.

Good news is that yesterday those 5 shorts got taken down from youtube. Annoying process but it has worked.

if one of those shorts had like million views and rest of them had couple hundred thousand it must be worth it i guess? plus like 5 dmca claims would probably hurt their revenue?

anyway the fun part is that all of this process was in my native language but now the counter claim is suddenly in english (yay customer service? that's very helpful with legal jargon and all) that requires me to send them proof of me taking legal action against them in 10 workdays starting now

so with that I'm not longer bummed out. I'm fucking pissed off.

So you know that I was drawing spiderverse comics lately. Because they are fun to do. And I think people like them. I mean the most popular one has like 4K notes? That's lot for me when I usually dwell in tiny fandoms made out of like 3 people and their dog. So it's nice, everybody is having fun and I'm grateful.

BUT

I just found out that somebody took few of that comics. Cut them up and run the text through ai reading voice and posted it as reels on fucking youtube.

And it's not even that I'm stumped why even turn 4 pictures into video. First time I see such a time wasting thing but ok. People do like different things.

And even lke some effort was done to erase text from speech bubbles so it appears as the ai spews it aloud but it's not even about it

I had pictures taken and posted somewhere else. Usually without credit. At least this time it was credited? I guess I should be grateful.

What fucking gets me is that those comics have several hundred thousand views and few hundred comments each.

Hi hi!!! Omg omg holy crap how is it that we've both decided to rewatch this masterpiece of a show at the same time??

It's usually crazy to me that people other than me remember this xD

Honestly it's such a great and underrated show. I think it actually shaped me as a person dhjsdj like I think I ended up like this because of this freaking show dude xD

I finally finished all the eps today and it's just as good as I remember it. I seem to have a type when it comes to favorite characters and yeah

Waffle is the best I love him so much xD I love the others too, but yeah Waffle is just 👌👌👌

And I didn't realize how amazing and hilarious Hovis is?? He's so good!! I found myself laughing a lot of his remarks and his attitude towards the cats. And the fact that he's voiced by Mo and Gordan by Rob makes me just like wow these guys have actually been a part of my life for longer than i thought. Maurice delivers some very good lines for not just Hovis but other characters as well in this show. He screams so much??? xD

The zombie episode was the one I was "dreading" (not actually) because that ep was the one that scared me so much as a kid that I could not look at the screen and had nightmares for days jghghv like I kept watching the show because I loved it but I was so terrified xD it was a very good episode as an adult though

Now... onto the negatives because there are some...

I'm not sure how old the cats are supposed to be but Gordan's obsession and crush on Human Kimberly is just so disturbing to me. I mean... maybe since they're cats they're technically around the same age as her?? In cat years?? Idk. But the fact that his voice sounds like a full ass grown man and hers sounds you know... like a child because she's a child ...is just so strange. I don't think that was a good decision for the makers of the show tbh.

Another thing that I didn't really care for is how gendered everything is, but I guess that is to be expected for a show at that time. But like Mr. Blik laughing at Gordan for wearing something frilly and calling him a "pony boy" just.. no.

And then there's the series creator who is.... a bit problematic, especially to the lgbtqia+ community.

I also just don't like Katilda's design but that's just a personal opinion

But other than that I adore this show and I would love if they did something with it again (excluding Doug Tennapel)

Relationship Status: I am married, to a lovely MTF potato that I adore more than anything in the world (yes, even more than my cats!)

Favorite Color: I can't decide between turquoise and deep purple, so both? Both is good!

Sweet/Savory/Spicy: Savory! I can't handle spicy much, even if I love the zing it gives, and my stomach can't handle too much sweet (curse you, overindulgence of sour gummi worms and hot tamales!) so I tend to lean toward savory foods!

Three Favorite Foods: it's like you know I can't choose lol! Well, my three favorites are saurbraten, wienerschnitzel, and spaghetti bolognese! It ain't real spaghetti without the meat sauce, and I'll die on this hill!

Last Series I Watched: The Strain! It's Halloween and in between horror movies, I decided to rewatch one of my favorite series ever -- season four doesn't exist though. I'm in charge and I've decided that. I'll happily rant about THAT if anyone wants to hear my completely fair and totally unbiased opinions /s

Last Movie I Watched: The Last Rite. It was...okay? Pretty interesting for a possession flick. Some characters weren't acted the greatest, but I did like it overall.

Currently Reading: This Rotten World by Jacy Morris! I'm a slut for zombies in literature, and this is actually turning out to be a really good book. I'm enjoying it a lot, even if I don't have the spoons to read as much as I want to. Shoutout to Contagion by Erin Bowman for being another one that I recently read! I usually don't do sci fi, but this.... holy fuck this one actually scared me a little. It's SO GOOD

Currently Working On: trying to find a game to platinum (shoutout to my side blog @phantomkit1747 to keep tabs on THAT mess), getting to the newly introduced chaos 100 on Tiny Tina's Wonderland, 100% Batman Arkham Knight AGAIN, and figuring out how to get past my total inability to write for some stupid reason. Am I burned out?? Is it my health?? WHO KNOWS

Dream Trip: ugh, I'd love to go home to Germany and just stroll through the pedestrian zones. In the fall, they're absolutely gorgeous. It's surprisingly relaxing, even when it's packed! I'd love to go visit some more castles too, maybe even just take a drive and get completely lost in the countryside!

Anything I Really Want Right Now: A new tablet -- mine finally crapped out on me, so now I can no longer draw NOR write casually on the couch instead of in my uncomfortable computer chair. I'm saving up for it but UGH BILLS (and doordash, doordash is the bane of my savings account xD)
