OKAY. NEW SOTO CHARACTER INTRO TIME.

Meet Stephan Corsello~!

Former street urchin kid turned into the most scholarly sneak-thief you've ever met. He grew up picking pockets on the streets of Garenhoff and daydreaming about what fantastic magical goodies could be sealed away up in the Wizard's Tower (and what those magical goodies might be capable of).

It had always been a dream of his to be able to properly case the place. Make off with a few trinkets or a powerful relic -- nothing too noteworthy. He didn't want to pick a fight, after all. He'd just never had the chance to properly study magic and feels that artifacts are the closest he'll be able to get.

That was, until something happened to the tower, and the elementals ran wild.

As it turns out, he's not from our Garenhoff. He's from the fractal Garenhoff that spilled out of the Mists. When everything in his life upends and suddenly goes pear-shaped, he gets the bonus crisis of his entire concept of reality being overturned added shortly thereafter.

After being helped to safety by Wayfinder Arwn, and beginning to put together bits and pieces of what's happening around him, he insists on joining her to help other refugees of the shattered fractals. Now, as a new and somewhat inadvertent recruit to the Astral Ward, he accompanies her through the events of SotO to learn more about the world he came from, the world he's now in, and hopefully help stabilize the Mists.

He's got some serious lost puppy energy, and his lifelong dreams of daring adventurous capers are helping him... postpone a bit of the existential crisis of processing the reality of his existence. He can get to that later, when there aren't demons to worry about, right? Right??

Equally for Chanyeol, once Arwn had plunged himself deep onto his length and taking it all inside of him, the detective let's out a satisfied and throaty groan as he throws his head back, a hand reaching up to grip and squeeze at his chest while his other hand squeezes hard at Aren's rear, delivering a hard spank intending to leave a nice red handprint for the fey to remember of this moment. "I'm that case, what would you like me to wear next time?" asks the detective before being silenced by those soft lips.

There was a hungry groan and a lot of tongue in this kiss, as he grips on the sides of Aren and begins thrusting upwards while he rides him, showing off his own dominance as he begins to add his own rhythmic beat to this ride. All while his body glistened and glowed in the light thanks to the sweat from the two, tip leaking as he neared his climax with harsh pants.

"Maybe wear something a little more revealing next time and we can arrange that. I hate nothing more than having such a pretty man hide behind all of those unnecessary layers. Not to forget, to work hard you also need to relax well. Think of it as a welcoming break that will be refreshing, a good kind of distraction," he replied cheekily as he pushed down, taking all of the hard length in.

There was a very small flinch on his lips but Aren learned to swallow the first moment of pain. He spread his legs properly, his hands resting against the shoulders of Chanyeol as he started to roll his hips, making sure to make deep thrusts both of them would feel. He leaned down for another kiss, moaning into them without any hesitation.

For Tal, Exordium is a gift from Aurene during her ascension. That's why it has its particular crystalline iridescence, but in a distinct blue like her brand used to be. Why its underlying shape is so similar to the greatsword Arwn had forged for him before. She brands over his sword in that precise moment. And Tal hears her voice once more in his mind as she does. Time flies fast but still the atmosphere that settles amidst four of you remains the same. So dense you feel like every inch of your body is bathed in honey.

It’s awkward.

Awkward as hell.

Conversation stirs here and there yet it never exceeds the parameter of the weather on this fine evening. Shared glances, accidental touches, the tension was so heavy you’re mind fully convinces yourself that you’re trapped in a room with no air.

You stood up from your chair, excusing yourself to get fresh air from the outdoors. Your eyes soon made contact with Jay’s, averting them towards the door outside, a clear sign for him to follow along.

You knew that you both were a hindrance to Heeseung and Karina. You figured if you and Jay disappeared for a few seconds, maybe the two would be brave enough to strike a conversation without any doubt settling on their hearts.

Jay saw the way your irises glanced between him, Heeseung & Karina, and the door. He knew what you meant. The boy waited for a few seconds before excusing himself and trailed behind the path you took.

Unbeknownst to you, Heeseung and Karina both shared a knowing glance as they notice their dear friends going towards the same direction.

“(Name) he’s not even good for you.” Of course, those were the first words Gyuvin said when he walked up to you.

You stood close to your best friend, Zhanghao. You exchanged bewildered glances, unsure of how Gyuvin could have such a strong opinion about someone he barely knew.

“Well, I wouldn’t know since you ruined my chances, Gyuvin.” You crossed your arms, a tinge of frustration lining your voice as you challenged Gyuvin's bold statement.

Gyuvin scoffed and gave you a sly smile.

“I was just helping you out.” He says, glancing over to Zhanghao, eyes begging him to leave, and so he did. Zhanghao didn’t want to hear the bickering anyway.

“You made the only person I like to walk away,” you said with annoyance and disappointment. As you watched Zhanghao disappear into the library, you couldn't help but feel a surge of frustration towards Gyuvin. He kept adding more reasons onto your list to hate him.

Although you were always upset, events like these made Gyuvin happy, and it made his day. He cherished these moments, the ones where you two were alone, away from the prying eyes and opinions of others— Aka, known as his friend group, the ones who pray for his downfall with you. Every. Single. Day.

Liking you this much was selfish, and Gyuvin knew that. He didn’t care, though. He couldn't care less about what others thought. He was set on you.

“So you’re just going to give me attitude because I ruined your chances with Jungwon?” Gyuvin questioned.

You rolled your eyes and leaned back in your locker, contemplating how to respond. You couldn't deny that his unwavering dedication to you was both endearing and infuriating. But holy shit, you wanted to scream at him for making you look pathetic in front of Jungwon.

Taking a deep breath, you fought back the rising frustration and shot Gyuvin a withering look. “Yes.”

“Well, I would say sorry, but I would be lying.” Gyuvin shrugged, his cocky demeanor oozing from every pore.

“I know.” You stared at Gyuvin, feeling irritated at his audacity. “So, love me?” The boy says as you paused, unable to believe his nerve.

"Love you? No Gyuvin.” You let out a bitter laugh, shaking your head in disbelief before walking off.
