Arshi Khan became popular post her stint in controversial show Bigg Boss 11. She has created a huge fan base for herself. She is quite active on Instagram and keeps her well-wishers updated with her whereabouts. She has yet again made headlines and this time it’s about joining politics. Arshi is now following the footsteps of Shilpa Shinde and is all set to join Congress. The actor has confirmed the news and according to reports, she will be joining as the Vice President of Congress in Maharashtra. This is a new phase for the actor and she has said yes for the position being offered to her. 

Arshi told India Forums, “Yes I am joining Congress as Vice President of Maharashtra, they have offered me a post that is the reason I said Yes. Also, the party needs youth people who are outspoken." A while back, she was limelight after she claimed to have been approached for a movie alongside Prabhas. In an interview, she said, “I am not lying at all for the limelight. Bigg Boss 14: Season of slut-shaming and body-shaming

Being the epitome of controversial reality television is one thing and being absolutely in the pits of decency is something else. The fourteenth season of Big Boss has hit a new low. Lacking in authentic drama and seriously running out of ideas over how to hold audience interest, foul language and slut-shaming seem to have become quickfix solutions for the show to stay afloat. In the process, it looks like sordid B-grade television more than ever before.

One housemate after another has engaged in reducing others to dust with insults and verbal attacks.

Lets begin with the controversy's favourite child Rakhi Sawant.

The day she made her entry into the 14th season, she was seen pouncing at fellow housemate Arshi Khan, whom she called a "sasti chudail (cheap witch)" and "bavasir (piles)". Rakhi was also seen making fun of Arshi's body type, saying the reason she wears nighties on the show is because she is carrying a "sofa set".

During the first day of her entry, Rakhi was also seen saying that "Arshi Khan ki ph*t gayi (Arshi Khan is scared)", when she was picking on her during Arshi's fight with former contestant Vikas Gupta.

Soon, television actress Rubina Dilaik and Nikki Tamboli joined the bandwagon in calling Arshi Khan names such as "gandagi (dirt)" and "gandi aurat (dirty woman)".

The men have been no less. Rahul Mahajan in a recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode called Arshi "badtameez aurat in the history of Bigg Boss (ill-mannered woman in the history of Bigg Boss)".

Rakhi too was slut-shamed in the house during her fight with Nikki Tamboli, who asked: "Kya kaand karke aaye ho (what scandals did you commit before coming in)?"

Hurling abuses and venting anger was always part of a normal day at the Bigg Boss house, but it seems like body-shaming is the new gimmick this season.

Nikki Tamboli made some grotesque comments about Rakhi's face in the show. Nikki also claimed during the weekend episode that former contestant Kashmira Shah said to her: "Acche doctor ke paas jaati toh shakal thodi acchi ho jati (If you visited a good doctor, your would have had a likeable face)."

Kashmira retorted: "Acche doctor ke paas jaati toh baatein thodi acchi ho jati (If you had consulted a good doctor, he'd have taken care of your language)."

Apart from using terms like "sadeli (rotten)" and "khajuwi (scratcher)" for Nikki, Rakhi also slut-shamed her: "Mardon ko kone mein leke baithti hai (she leads men to the nooks)."

An upset Nikki too did not desist from mud-slinging. She hit back saying that the audience knows the kind of work Rakhi has done in the last 15 years.

Aly Goni too slammed Nikki during the Sunday episode and called her a "fraud aurat (woman)".

Nikki had previously called contestant Rahul Vaidya "tharki (pervert)", for which she was heavily slammed on social media.

In a recent viral video, Hina, who was earlier slammed on social media for dissing South Indian film industry, is now seen taking a dig at her fellow colleagues in the industry.

It seems that Bigg Boss 11 contestant Hina Khan has no idea about what she is doing inside the house. Not only has she made a joke of her public reputation but also put her career at stake.

Touted as Indian television industry’s one of the biggest stars, Hina, has left so many people in the state of shock with her rude behaviour and “I, Me and Myself” attitude on the controversial reality show.

In a recent viral video, Hina, who was earlier slammed on social media for dissing South Indian film industry, is now seen taking a dig at her fellow colleagues in the industry. Talking about Gauahar Khan’s popularity on social media, the Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress says, “Gauahar ke bahut kum followers hai in fact Mere half se bhi half.” When Vikas Gupta tells Hina that Gauahar might not be that active on social media, she instantly replies, “Even I’m not active.”

Meanwhile, Priyank Sharma tells Hina that he is really worried about the outside scenario. To which Hina says, “You have a PR to handle right? So, wo damage control toh karenge.”

She then discusses actress Sakshi Tanwar’s features with Arshi Khan. When Arshi indirectly says she doesn’t find Sakshi good looking, Hina hints that she feels the Dangal star is cross-eyed.

In fact, Hina doesn’t stop there and goes on to make nasty statement about actress Sanjeeda Sheikh. She says, “Although Sanjeeda is very pretty in real life, she doesn’t look that good on screen.”

Hina’s statements have not gone down well with Gauahar, who in a tweet, has once again lashed out at her.

Soon after the video went viral, Twitter blasted Hina for being a “huge disappointment” on the show.

This session the Ugly Fight on the Set of Bigg Boss

Now Salman Khan's show Bigg Boss is in its 11th season.  This show always in controversy for 11 years now! With each season the controversies increase and the game becomes dirtier and uglier. This season is no less, with fights being the only constant in the show. With celebs and aam admi (commoner), coming together, the show has gotten nastier than its last season.  Let’s talk about the ugliest fights of this season till date:

Akash Dadlani and Priyank Sharma

Akash Dadlani offended Benafsha and the last disapproved. Hina and Priyanka stood firm against Akash`s hostile remarks. Be that as it may, Akash being Akash, turned a hard of hearing ear to them and kept on yelling.

Anyway, this quarrel prompted an exceptional battle between...get this: Puneesh and Priyank! Priyank first lashed out at Akash. One thing prompted another and Puneesh additionally got engaged with a cringe-worthy battle with Benafsha and Priyank.

Shilpa Shinde and Vikas Gupta

A battle broke out in front of an audience; between Indian TV star Shilpa Shinde and producer Vikas Gupta. For everybody who joined the gathering late, Shilpa was the lead in the prevalent Indian TV serial, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai till a year ago, when she chose to clear out. For not supporting Arshi amid her conflicts with Zubair, and consequently establishing the framework for the hostility amongst herself and Arshi, Vikas calls Hina a vamp. Hina`s feelings run from trembling lips and weepy eyes to episodes of outrage and a pointed finger as she protects herself. Priyank Sharma - Arshi Khan

Priyank uncovers that Arshi does her activities in the center in an extremely provocative way and winds up remarking on the time when she tore her garments. Priyank and Hina`s allegations leave Arshi angered and she lashes out at them. Arshi says that she`ll tear her garments since they have a place with her and no one`s dad gotten them for her.
