Concept art of one of the creature designs for Halgaria called a Mudillo.

I mixed some elements between a buffalo, armadillo, elephant, and rhino. I also included some related items. They're the most common livestock creature for their leather/armor, horns, milk, meat & fur. They're very strong too; they carry a lot of supplies on their backs and pull wagons. The name comes from (moo + armadillo). You see them a lot in villages and farms. They roam in herds in the wild and are typically found in grassy plains. This is a basic example of Mudillo armor; fancier versions include their horns added on the shoulder plates. Their leather is very rugged, tough, and bumpy. It's a very accessible armor; a lot of poorer communities have access to this, so they're not totally defenseless.

SCI-FI Spacecraft (2020) Digital painting

I'm still excited to remember when I was 7 or 8 years old; at that time I felt exacerbated passion and wonder for existential issues and how enigmatic the world we live in can be. Added to the futuristic series in television at that time:

"The mechas piloted as combat vehicles, stories of cavalry and innocent love"

I wanted to be part, even in my imagination, of those amazing worlds. And I tried to create my own warships and characters. Over time I grew up and the world changed little by little as much as my mind.

These stories began to fade.

A couple of years ago I found some notebooks from my childhood with sketches and I decided to revive some of them, with better technique and knowledge of digital illustration, to see what I came up with.
