“Looks like Bart was at the Dodger’s game yesterday,” Ralph, Bart’s identical twin brother, thought.
Ralph absolutely murdered that construction worker last month. There was no doubt about it. He was trespassing on the site of a future ten-story office building, had climbed to the fourth floor unseen, and when confronted by a contractor, pushed a steel beam suspended by an unmanned crane toward the guy, who proceeded to be struck by the material and fell into the basement cavity, head first. He died. Ralph even called 911 and reported it anonymously.
But Ralph, who was 16 and had his whole life ahead of him, had helicopter parents who persistently insisted that their children could do no wrong. They hired the best criminal defense attorney in the tri-state area to represent him.
And this attorney - who alleges he is supposedly smarter than anyone in the field - mistook Bart for Ralph. Bart was at the Dodger’s game. Not only was Bart at the Dodger’s game, Bart was the ball boy for the Los Angeles Dodgers, so he was on the field, picking up a foul ball to hand to the umpire while Ralph was simultaneously committing a felony. It was like something out of a sitcom.
Ralph flashed his parents a look. They widened their eyes at him, as if they’d known this lawyer was going to attempt to claim that the twins are actually just one person. Their eyes told Ralph to go with it. The lawyer must not know, he thought, in order to have plausible deniability. After all, the big thing separating Ralph from Bart was a freckle on his left butt cheek, and he would be amiss if the court asked him to pull down his pants to produce that identifying mark to the jury.
Ralph — who was, by the way, sitting on the stand — looked around the courtroom, not listening to the lawyer, waiting to see if anyone in the audience had also identified the mistake. Only a handful of people knew he was a twin, and since the video footage of Bart just so happened to be his first day on the job as the ball boy for the Los Angeles Dodgers, those who knew he was a twin probably believed it was him. That said, Bart was currently, while Ralph was in court, picking up balls to hand to the umpire during the Los Angeles Dodger’s Tuesday afternoon game against the Arizona Cardinals. If anyone realized that, this would end even worse for Ralph. Bart would probably lose his job.
“Excuse me?! Are you paying attention? I asked you a question, Ralph,” his lawyer shouted at him.
Ralph shook his head. “I’m sorry. This is overwhelming and I got lost in thought. What did you ask me?”
The lawyer clasped his hands together at his lips, sighed, then pointed to the screen. “Is this you in this video?”
Suddenly none of it mattered. Ralph realized the lawyer did not know. His parents eyes softened in defeat, knowing he would not lie on the stand. Ralph silently shook his head and whispered, “No, actually. It’s not me.”
The lawyer stopped, flabbergasted, and a little bit angry, for he had just spent the last 15 minutes trying to prove that Ralph was the guy in the video, so he couldn’t be the murderer.
Suddenly the courtroom doors burst open and Bart, equipped in his Los Angeles Dodgers uniform, with a big “BB” on the back of the Jersey, was standing there.
“Ralph didn’t do it! He shouted, running up the aisle. He got to the half wall dividing the audience from the proceedings, pushed open the wood gate swing-door, and with a voice as thunderous as the crack of the home run the Dodger’s designated hitter smacked that day, proclaimed:
“It was me! I did it.”
Bart was smart. He knew all he needed to do to clear Ralph’s name was fabricate plausible deniability. Doubt was all that was needed to procure an innocent finding, and from there Ralph could not be tried again. If Bart was put on trial, Ralph could admit to it then. Both names would be cleared.
Even a mistrial from a hung jury would delay the state from taking Bart’s beloved sibling away for at least another year or so. This was also a very real option, as the boys had identical fingerprints and DNA.
Cries of shock and outrage rang from the jury and the audience, only to be silenced by the judge’s gavel. “What is this? Counsel, approach.”
Bart joined Ralph on the stand while the judge conversed with the two attorneys. It had come to their attention that neither attorney was aware Ralph was a twin.
When the judge released the attorneys, the prosecutor approached the twin’s parents and had them arrested for interfering with a criminal investigation. It was mostly for show, but their fate was dependent on the outcome of the trial.
Ralph’s attorney returned to questioning him. “So you have an identical twin?”
Ralph nodded. “This is Bart.”
Bart tipped his baseball cap to the jury. He was instructed to sit at the defense table, for it would be his turn next to swear in and be questioned.
“And you never told us about him before because …?”
“Because you didn’t ask,” Ralph quipped, garnering a chuckle from the jury. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to confuse or mess up the case proceedings. I guess, I assumed my parents already told you.”
“Well, Ralph, you said this isn’t you in the video. Should we assume this is Bart then? Or do you have a triplet?”
“It’s Bart.” Ralph squirmed a little.
His attorney sighed and waved dismissal. The prosecutor had already questioned him, so they also waved dismissal.
The judge released Ralph to the defense table. It was the prosecutor’s turn. He called Bart to the stand.
Bart put his hand on the Bible and swore to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, “so help me God.” He sat down and the prosecutor began asking questions.
“Where were you at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday, June 5?”
“In the batter’s box, sir, as you can see in the video.” Bart’s answer was curt and coy. He was toying with them.
“Then why would you burst in and shout that you did it?” the prosecutor continued.
“Because you can’t prove that I didn’t do it.”
“But you just said that’s you in the video?”
“Yes, it is. But you also can’t prove I didn’t do it. Like Ralph’s, my fingerprints and DNA are all over the crime scene.”
The prosecutor glared at Bart, realizing what he was trying to do. “Your honor, let the record show the witness is trying to confuse the jury by establishing doubt.”
The judge shrugged. “He’s not wrong,” he mumbled, though it was unclear whether or not whom the “he” in the statement referred to.
The prosecutor sat down, and the defense attorney stood up.
“Bart, I apologize for not knowing of your existence until now. It does appear I mistook you for Ralph in this video. You boys do both look so similar — do you have any identifying marks that would clearly identify one of you? A birthmark, freckle, tattoo?”
Bart snickered. “Ralph has a mole on his butt.”
Ralph turned beet red. “Please do not make me pull down my pants in front of everyone!” he shouted through wet eyes.
The defense attorney gestured for everyone to calm down. “That wouldn’t have been known from either the crime seen nor this video so that’s not necessary, Ralph. However, Bart is correct in the sense that there really is no definitive way to tell which boy was at which scene. I move for dismissal on grounds of insufficient and unsubstantiated evidence.”
The judge furrowed his brow and frustration and said, “No. One of these boys killed somebody. We know that much. We just don’t know who. Perhaps we will leave that to the jury. Motion denied.”
It was time for the jury to decide. They were excused to their room to determine if Ralph was guilty or innocent beyond an unreasonable doubt.
The thing is, the twins had several things going for them. For starters, the jury was mostly retired people with bad eyesight, so the defense was relying on confusion there. Second, the defense was mostly old ladies, whom the twins hoped would sympathetic to the handsome teen boys even if they did think Ralph did it.
The other key factor is Ralph never actually issued a confession, but Bart made a spectacle about creating a false one.
Would anybody think it beyond an unreasonable doubt?
The verdict was back within the hour, which surprised everyone.
Ralph was free. Bart’s plan had worked. The boys greeted each other with a big hug. It was over.
You are in court for murder, when your lawyer shows a video of a sports game with you in the audience and proves that you are innocent. However despite having the ticket and the claims of having gone to the game, you actually did commit the crime and have no idea what you just saw on the video.

There's a fire hazard zone in California and if you're building new in it you have to use concrete block but our son says it's not enough and it really isn't if you use concrete block he says that you should use minimum terracotta roof and those concrete tiles if they meet the fire rating of hot Amber being landing on your roof and he doesn't think so and we don't think they do and you have to wrap the wood at the soffit with metal now I'm seeing this happen and people say that the metal sometimes heats up and catches on fire so it's not sufficient for those areas so he will say that and people said it doesn't work that great and even fire treated so you have to have concrete roofs and concrete walls they don't cost as much now they're somewhat costly but our son says sometimes it's less expensive you can get a concrete panel house it's precast it goes up real fast and then precast is not inexpensive but it takes less time and less effort to install and sometimes it's a wash on casting place concrete walls usually cost a lot of money no they're cheaper than the precast and stronger and highly suggested they're not cheaper than wood frame and he says they might be and he knows his stuff he says a wood frame house to have the famous it's just a framers frame it it's a 4,000 ft house is around 15 to $17,000 and the materials are expensive the amount to about $20,000 for just the wood frame not the foundation when you cast the wall and he knows from doing it the foundation contractor charged he didn't charge much for the walls at the westboro the edition it's like 4,000 a little less and our sun cast the floor inside and but you can cast walls like that in California for about $10,000 you get the house and then the plank on the roof is really about 15 grand so you save about $10,000 and you save your lives it's structurally solid and significantly stronger we recommend terracotta for the roof it's not as impact resistant but it can withstand massive amounts of heat and ever land right on it concrete has a tendency to pop a little bit and the shingles that they make out of concrete don't work as well and you have concrete under and we don't ever suggest putting the rolled rubber crap you want to just use regular paper and that doesn't burn too well it will burn but there's other things they can put in California for a new code and you have to use strapping but use fire treated strapping for the roof tiles a lot of people say you should use metal the temperature won't get hot enough to melt it and it's true and they do use metal runners and it's highly recommended and you screw on the tiles and screw on as much safer and it's recommended because of the winds out there now the only thing to consider now since you have your code you can use CME walls in a crowded solid concrete roofs and you have to use a certain fire rated solid tile you can't use asbestos but you could use the concrete or the terracotta a concrete is impact resistant but does not much impact in most of these storms it's a little bit but it's just ember and they don't go down fast and they're not heavy so we're helping with the code a little bit but the area is a question so there's been wildfires in the past recent 30 years or 40 years and that's not too long and they happen all the time to the whole place and the new code will help and it can be all over the place and it can be it really does Santa Ana winds are what causes it and it drives the whole place out it's all sudden California Nevada Utah and Texas that whole area there is prone to wildfires all of it and parts of Colorado Arizona yes and you could label that whole area needed to use precast concrete or captainplace concrete or solid grouted block and it's due to the multitude of disasters they have they're more earthquake resistant they are much better in storms and they have a lot of thunderstorms and fires are fireproof and floods they do much better
That would help if they wrote a new code for that area and it can start in California in that area that got destroyed our son says too when you do a roof in that whole area you need to do it in tile he said there is a type of tile on the roof or concrete or ceramic tea That's very effective like the terracotta and it's real Stone and the fake stone is just concrete real Stone works extremely well in fires you won't find very many things except terracotta that works out well it also withstands impact better and it also is lighter than terracotta it's not really thick but it works and you would have to wrap your wood they could come up with a code for that but it's for renovations but all the new construction or if you're taking your whole roof off and you have CMU walls you'd have to grout all of the whole all of it and you'd have to put a concrete roof on and the price difference you don't have to have it's cheaper to use the concrete and a lot of people can reconstitute but they don't really do well it's not that much concrete by comparison to bunkers it would be like five five star 60x20x20 and that's it for all of Southwest America and people can do that without much effort and some people know how to reconstitute and use it for other stuff so they rip out the foundations of the former house and they use it elsewhere and it saves concrete and that's probably you know maybe one 15th of the usage so it's really it would be helpful this fire was devastating and some people died on the video looks old take me to church but it hasn't happened and it's in the UK it's the victims we're almost killed and or lost people they don't go out there cuz their house burned and they want to get rid of these two and it is about the demons because they're trying to release them and these guys aren't after information they caught him and they can't stop them and they show up all the time and it's so damned annoying and finally someone other than also being annoyed they're gross and they're stupid and they don't really live here anymore and they have this idiotic plan that children have and they're going to be killed shortly it starts to war with those people and bja is not there in that area no he was and he's fighting them too and the people are very lucky yes they're not really big but they are joining up with him and he's becoming useful the pseudo empire too is going after those two groups and what an incident and boy you two are stupid you have people confused and now they're not and the ship has to leave on top of we have an update coming up and yeah Jimmy Carter is included

How to Handle Emergency Roofing Issues in Arizona
When an emergency roofing issue strikes in Arizona, it’s essential to act fast. Arizona's intense heat and unpredictable monsoon storms can lead to sudden and severe roof damage, putting your property at risk. Whether it's a leaking roof, storm damage, or unexpected wear and tear, understanding how to respond quickly can prevent further damage and costly repairs. This article provides practical advice for handling emergency roofing issues in Arizona.
1. Why Emergency Roofing Services Are Crucial in Arizona
In Arizona, the risk of roof damage from intense heat, storms, and high winds is ever-present. The dry desert climate can cause materials to dry out and crack, while summer monsoons bring sudden rains that can flood roofs. Because of this, emergency roofing services are essential for addressing issues before they become larger problems. A delay can result in structural damage, mold growth, and extensive water damage to your property.
Emergency roofing services provide quick solutions that address immediate issues, preventing further complications. Whether it's repairing leaks or reinforcing your roof after a storm, timely intervention is critical.
2. Common Roofing Emergencies in Arizona
Several common roofing issues require emergency attention in Arizona. These include:
Roof Leaks: Leaks can occur due to cracks, worn-out shingles, or damaged flashing. Leaking roofs are a common emergency in both residential and commercial buildings.
Storm Damage: Arizona’s monsoon season can bring high winds and heavy rains that tear off shingles, tiles, or even entire sections of a roof.
Heat-Related Damage: Prolonged exposure to intense sun can cause roofing materials to deteriorate, leading to cracks or peeling, which can worsen over time without quick repairs.
Ponding Water: Flat roofs are particularly susceptible to water pooling, which can cause long-term damage if not addressed immediately.
Recognizing these common issues allows homeowners and business owners to act swiftly before they escalate.
3. Steps to Take During a Roofing Emergency
When dealing with an emergency roofing issue, staying calm and following these steps can minimize damage and protect your property:
Step 1: Assess the SituationQuickly evaluate the damage. If it’s safe, try to determine where the leak is coming from or what part of the roof is compromised. Avoid climbing onto the roof yourself, as it can be dangerous.
Step 2: Contain the DamageIf you notice leaking inside your home, place buckets or containers to catch water and prevent it from damaging your floors, walls, or furniture. Use a tarp or plastic sheeting to temporarily cover any exposed areas of your roof to stop rain or debris from getting inside.
Step 3: Contact a ProfessionalReach out to a professional emergency roofing contractor. Time is crucial, and an experienced roofer can evaluate the damage and provide fast, effective repairs. Look for roofing companies that offer emergency services, and make sure they are familiar with Arizona’s unique roofing challenges.
Step 4: Insurance ClaimsIf your roof damage is extensive, contact your insurance company as soon as possible. Many insurance policies cover storm damage, and filing a claim quickly will expedite the process of receiving compensation for repairs.
4. Preventing Future Roofing Emergencies
While roofing emergencies are sometimes unavoidable, there are steps you can take to minimize the risk of future issues:
Regular Inspections: Schedule regular roof inspections to catch small problems before they turn into emergencies. Professional roofing contractors in Arizona are familiar with the specific types of damage caused by sun exposure, rain, and wind.
Maintain Gutters and Drains: Ensure that gutters and downspouts are clear to prevent water from backing up and damaging the roof.
Upgrade Your Roofing Materials: Choose roofing materials designed to withstand Arizona’s harsh climate. Reflective coatings, for example, can reduce heat buildup and help prevent sun-related damage.
Install Proper Insulation: Proper insulation can help regulate temperature extremes and prevent heat-induced roof damage, which is common in Arizona.
By staying proactive, you can reduce the likelihood of emergency situations and extend the lifespan of your roof.
5. When to Call for Emergency Roofing Services
There are times when waiting to repair your roof can lead to greater damage and costs. Call for emergency roofing services in these situations:
Severe Storm Damage: If your roof has been compromised after a storm and you notice leaks or missing shingles, it's essential to call an emergency service immediately.
Large Leaks: If water is coming into your home, don't wait for the next convenient time. The longer you delay, the more extensive the damage will be.
Structural Damage: If you notice sagging areas or large holes in your roof, this is a sign of significant structural issues. Immediate action is necessary to avoid further damage to your home.
6. Choosing the Right Emergency Roofing Contractor
Selecting the right roofing contractor for your emergency repair needs is critical. Look for a company with experience handling roofing emergencies in Arizona. Ensure they:
Offer 24/7 emergency services.
Are licensed and insured.
Have positive customer reviews, especially for emergency services.
Are familiar with Arizona’s unique roofing needs, such as heat resistance and monsoon-proof systems.
Conclusion
Emergency roofing issues in Arizona require quick and effective solutions. Whether it's a leak, storm damage, or sun-related wear and tear, timely repairs can prevent extensive damage to your property. By understanding the types of roofing emergencies that are common in Arizona, taking swift action, and choosing a trusted contractor, you can protect your home or business and extend the life of your roof.
If you're facing a roofing emergency in Arizona, don't wait! Contact Roofing Service Arizona today for fast, reliable emergency roofing services. Our experienced team is ready to help with any roofing issues, big or small.

Decorating Tips After Your Home Improvement In Phoenix Arizona
Going through a home improvement provides excitement and anticipation but also requires and a little patience. What will keep you going during the short time that your home renovation is going on will be the anticipation of being able to plan your décor then implement it.
These few decorating tips will help start the process.
Home Improvement For Your Kitchen:
If your home improvement has been your kitchen then what you will be focusing on mostly is the colors of your walls. You want something that is going to work nicely with the main features of this room. These are your cabinets, counters and flooring. You have some great choices here and most likely the painting is going to be completed by your home renovation contractors in phoenix.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind. If you have a lot of light coming into your kitchen then you may want to stay with the softer colors. Some of the homes in Scottsdale for example have patio or French doors leading off their kitchen and this really allows for some great lighting. If you become too bold with your colors then the natural lighting is going to enhance this even more and perhaps make it overwhelming. That doesn’t mean you can’t go with the rustic tones which really add warmth to a kitchen and gives it an elegant look.
Decorating your Phoenix kitchen after a home renovation gives you the perfect opportunity to declutter. It’s a fresh beginning. Now is the time to get rid of all those kitchen items that have been hanging around for a long time taking up space and never getting used.
Following Your Bathroom Home Renovation
Aside from your bathroom walls when it comes to the paint or finish, you are going to want to add some décor touches. You can accomplish this with items like your towel holders, mirrors, and accent lighting. If you installed a sink that allows you to have some counter space don’t clutter this with décor. At the most, you may want to have a soap holder on this. You can accent a corner of the bathroom with a vase with artificial flowers or perhaps a figurine. Less is more when it comes to this room. To really accent the room focus on the items that have to be there and make sure they complement each other. Your towels will also act as a nice accent as well.
Dining Room Home Renovation
This is a room when it comes to decorating after your home improvement that you have a lot more wall space to work with. The theme that you have built in your house is going to be the main focus. Even if have other rooms in the home that will be going through a home renovation focus on the theme for the room that is completed. No doubt when time and money permits you will be continuing with your home upgrades and you want one room to flow into another.

Stamped Concrete Installation
In the heart of the desert, where the sun blazes with relentless intensity, the need for a durable, aesthetically pleasing, and low-maintenance flooring solution is paramount. That's where stamped concrete installation comes in, a specialty of the concrete contractors in Phoenix, AZ. This technique, a blend of beauty and resilience, is an art form in itself, mirroring the desert's rugged charm. Stamped concrete, also known as imprinted or textured concrete, replicates the appearance of more expensive materials like stone, brick, or wood. It's a cost-effective solution that doesn't compromise on quality or aesthetic appeal. The process involves pouring slab concrete, adding textures, and finishing off with unique patterns that add a touch of sophistication to your property. Concrete contractors in Phoenix, AZ, are adept at this technique, offering a plethora of designs and colors to choose from. They ensure the concrete's durability, standing up to the harsh desert conditions, and maintaining its vibrancy for years to come. Here are a few key steps involved in the stamped concrete installation process: 1. Site preparation: This involves excavating the area to be paved and adding a sub-base layer to provide a stable surface. 2. Forming: Wooden forms are set to shape the concrete. 3. Placement: Concrete is poured, spread, and smoothed. 4. Coloring: Color hardener is applied to the surface. 5. Stamping: Patterns are imprinted onto the surface. 6. Curing: The concrete is allowed to cure for several days. 7. Sealing: A protective sealant is applied to enhance color and protect the surface. In Phoenix, AZ, the art of stamped concrete installation is not just a service but a testament to the city's resilience, mirroring the desert's beauty in every pattern and color. So, when you walk on a stamped concrete surface, you're treading on the essence of Phoenix itself.
Decorative Concrete Resurfacing
In the realm of concrete services, decorative concrete resurfacing is a game changer, especially in the scorching desert landscapes of Phoenix, Arizona. This process transforms dull, worn-out concrete surfaces into visually appealing and functional spaces. It's a cost-effective solution that breathes new life into your property, with the added benefit of increasing its value. As a concrete contractor in Phoenix, AZ, I can attest to the growing popularity of decorative concrete resurfacing. It's not just about aesthetics; this technique also enhances the durability of your concrete surfaces, making them resistant to harsh weather conditions, heavy traffic, and even time itself. Here are some of the most popular decorative concrete resurfacing options: 1. Stamped Concrete: This process involves imprinting patterns onto a concrete surface to mimic the look of brick, stone, or wood. 2. Acid Stain: A chemical reaction that imparts a unique, multi-toned appearance to the concrete, creating a one-of-a-kind design. 3. Epoxy Coating: A high-gloss finish that protects the concrete surface from damage and extends its lifespan. 4. Micro-topping: A thin layer of cement-based material applied to the concrete surface, offering a blank canvas for custom designs and colors. In the hands of a skilled Phoenix concrete contractor, these techniques can turn any concrete surface into a work of art. The possibilities are endless, and the results are always stunning. As a professional in this field, I've witnessed the transformative power of decorative concrete resurfacing. It's not just a process; it's a creative journey that brings your vision to life. Norman F. Barber General Contractor Los Angeles (Photo taken by Rachel Hughes on April 14, 2024 around Downtown Los Angeles)
In 1912, Norman designed a garage and stable for Richardson, Holmes & Lamb Co., which was constructed by Barber-Bradley Const Co. I'm guessing Barber was the Barber in that company. In the same year, Barber was one of two architects for a concrete store and loft building in downtown Los Angeles for Alexander Meyer, again built by Barber-Bradley. Barber-Bradley were located at 1824 East 15th St. (Southwest Contractor and Manufacturer, Volume 10, Engineers and Architects Association of Southern California, 1912 and Engineering News, Volume 69, McGraw-Hill Publishing Company, 1913). In 1909 they were located at 212 W. 3d. (Engineering World: A Weekly Technical Journal of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, mining and Architectural Engineering and Construction, Volume 5, Engineering World Publishing Company, 1907 and Brown, Charles Carroll. Directory of American Cement Industries, Municipal Engineering, 1909). They filed for incorporation on August 1, 1906 in Los Angeles (pg. 36, Annual Report of the Secretary of State, California Secretary of State, California State Printing Office, 1908). By 1907, they were already working on some big projects, like "erecting a manufacturing plant at 2620 Lacy St." for Talbert-Whitmore Co. (Engineering World, March 29, 1907).
In the 1913 Los Angeles City Directory, Barber is listed as a draftsman who lived at 4342 S Flower (Los Angeles Directory Co., Inc., accessed via LAPL).

In 1917, Barber-Bradley was "awarded the general contract ... for the erection of a brick and concrete school building at West Vernon and Olive Sts. in accordance with plans and specifications by Archt. W.C. Pennell." This year also has the only bid I see Barber-Bradley lost! They were not selected to build the "training quarters and bleachers at the new Los Angeles High School site" Some other projects from this year: remodeling the Eisner & Co. store in the Hayward Hotel building, including all work except for tile flooring and including but not limited to "plate and prism glass and marble fronts, mahogany finish and fixtures;" "repairing the fire damage to the 1-story brick warehouse on San Fernando St., opposite the Southern Pacific freight depot, for the Union Warehouse Company; "fitting up a room at 330 S. Main St. for a barber ship (sic);" erecting a brick and concrete school building on the 24th St. school site; and "alterations to Miller's Theatre at Ninth and Main Sts" such as adding a store room adjoining the lobby and a women's bathroom (Southwest Builder and Contractor, Volume 50, F. W. Dodge Company, 1917).

In 1919, Norman was a 'member' of Geo. F. Barber, Sons & Co, a general contracting business located at 4342 S. Flower St. The other member was George F. Barber, which I am guessing was his father (Southwest Builder and Contractor, F.W. Dodge Company, 1919).
Barber lost a bid to build Inglewood's new city hall building to W. M. Bell (Building and Engineering News, Volume 23, Issue 1, 1923) .
Norman F. Barber was the original owner and contractor of the 2-storey single residence at 2615 N. Commonwealth Avenue (Los Feliz Improvement Association Historical Residential Survey 3rd Edition Volume IV: Streets Beginning with Cl to Cu, Los Feliz Improvement Association, 2019).
There was a Norman F. Barber who wrote "Directional recording of swell from distant storms" with Walter H. Munk, Gaylor R. Miller, and Frank E. Snodgrass, as listed in Scripps Institution of Oceanography Contributions Index Vols. 1-39, 1938-1969.
In 1938, "approximately 25 tons of asbestos per month [were] mined from the Canadian mine, located near Chrysotile, Arizona, under the direction of Norman F. Barber, lessee, Box 1010, Globe, Arizona" by four men. The property was owned by the Globe-Los Angeles Mining Company (The Mining Journal for July 15, 1938).
Norman supervised the construction "of 100 unites for Marble Manor Housing, a Public Housing Authority project in Las Vegas, Nev." (Western Construction, Volume 27, King Publications, 1952).
