i love genshins dragons and dragon adjacents so much okay. I love my dvalin design but i’m not too sure on Apep rn, i’ll hopefully draw more of the dragons someday

What about a genshin event where Furina and Neuvillette go to Sumeru? Maybe as a way to improve diplomatic relations, since both Sumeru and Fontaine had a change in their governments?

Just Furina having fun, meeting Nilou and Nahida while thinking of enrolling in the Akademiya (she can be classmates with Hatguy in Vahumana), almost getting adopted by Faruzan, going shopping with Dehya and Candace....

As for the diplomatic meetings, it was just Nahida and Neuvillette drinking tea while Wanderer, Cyno and Clorinde acted as bodyguards. Neuvillette decided that Nahida did nothing wrong and gave up on judging her. The sages are being drowned, though.

They also take a detour and meet Apep, who is much nicer this time around. Mostly because she finally found another dragon sovereign. And that's how we get more dragon lore!

Apep decided that Focalors is the only archon that she likes.

Also Neuvillette has a new target: Dottore. He talked a bit with Wanderer and Collei and Sumeru almost flooded.

My Genshin Impact oc :3

His name is Apophis. I created this guy when Inazuma was released and well, then in Sumeru his whole character was connected Apep because Hoyo gave Apep almost the same backstory that I did for him 🙈

So, he's basically the same person as Apep but escaped his corrupted body when he (and basically Apep) consumed Al-Ahmar and Forbidden Knowledge. After that he hid among humans and took name Nahla. He worked under Rukkhadevata (who he was in love with) as her High Priest. For the next years Apophis tried to heal himself completely and reconnect with Apep.

Also after the Archon War Apophis made a deal with Rukkhadevata. She gave him the power to decide the posthumous fate of her people, in return for giving her back his land. This way Apophis got a status of God of Death and a save place for his children in Sumeru.

It's a really short summary but maybe later I'll do some little comics or something. If you have any questions, just ask :D

My super, definitely original character Apophis

Apophis is an unofficial student of Charon. Dead, but not quite, he travels to Shang Tsung’s island to collect certain artifacts for his mentor. When he collects Kenshi’s blindfold, he notes that Kenshi is still alive (aka his body being possessed by his ancestors until the physical body can heal enough for Kenshi to fully possess it once again).

However, while under Apophis’s care, Kenshi does die —sending the two to Charon. However, with some quick thinking of the ancestors and Apophis, Kenshi is resuscitated to life (magical elixir mayhaps).

The two take refuge with Charon while Kenshi healed, Apophis completing tasks for Charon as payment.

They come into play in MK11 when Hanzo comes to Charon for aid, where Apophis and Kenshi assist taking down D’Vorah and Grandmaster Hasashi’s poisoning.

Wraith Hanzo takes Kenshi with him to the Gardens in order to prove his word to him while Apophis continues to assist Grandmaster Hasashi and Charon for preparations.

ANYWAY

I LOVE the dragons. absolutely ADORE them and I love Apep but I'm also sad we don't get to see what she looks like in game apart from her shadow so I decided to draw her.

In my eyes she's like Te Fiti from moana

It's confirmed she used to be emerald green then something something deserts then she had to adapt and became a sandy colour. So I'm going off that. I like to thi k before she was covered in foliage and plants and looked like a living piece of the forest. And then there was the desertification and she had to adapt

This rendition is more of the result desertification. I'll get to how I think she looked before. She does still have her glowy spots I just couldn't be asked to draw them
