We all know Druk is Zuko's dragon but we don't know exactly how he gets it (maybe they clarify it in the comics but I don't have the energy to read them lol) but what if Sokka finds the dragon egg??? What if our favorite himbo stumbles upon one of the greatest relics of the fire nation? Imagine the chaos when the "pretty stone" Sokka keeps in his closet begins to move(!) the face of all ministers when the first dragon in a hundred years is born by the hand of a foreigner. Ofc he officially gives the new baby to Zuko and they raise him together, but no one is so foolish to ignore how the dragon has consolidated the power of the new fire lord especially in those detractors who called his government illegitimate for the way the agni kai with Azula ended.
