I've had this joke in my head a while that I'd yet to have the context to share which is basically that, yeah, Vander has no concerns about Jayce's intentions with Viktor. Because Jayce looks at Viktor like Viktor personally hung the sun and moon in the sky. He is however slightly concerned about Viktor's intentions with Jayce sometimes. Because Viktor looks at Jayce like he plans on Jayce not being able to walk by the time they're done.

Jayce doesn't have a poker face, he wears his feelings very openly and earnestly even when he's trying to hide it he can't fully manage it. And whenever he looks at Viktor his face immediately softens and he's a besotted sap again.

That specific comment is partially Vander trying to be romantic. Because I don't think he ever looked at Silco as adoringly as Jayce does Viktor (oh he loves Silco, absolutely, and doesn't know what he'd do without him, but Vander's gaze has always been a bit more hungry, a bit rougher, than Jayce's with Viktor). And it earns him a scoff and a comment to knock it off but okay, yes, Silco does see what Vander sees. That still doesn't mean he's letting the Piltite off the hook that easy.

Well, according to a canon height chart i saw, it goes Engineer (as the shortest), Pyro, Scout, Soldier, Spy, Medic, Demoman, Sniper then Heavy (as the tallest)

So, in conclusion, Sniper is taller then Medic by 11 inches 😁

Question: How did you bring up bottom surgery to your doctor? How did they respond, and do you have any tips for people who might be anxious about bringing it up?

I have been wanting to bring it up to a doctor, but I've been too afraid. I'm worried they'll say no, or act like I shouldn't want it for whatever reason (ex. the unfortunately common misperception that transmascs don't get/need bottom surgery). I don't know anyone else irl getting phalloplasty, and I still struggle with feeling ashamed about how bad I want/need it.

When talking to your doctor bring it up less as a question. Say "I have been researching this and looking into studies and I have been doing the work and I am serious, this is something I have been thinking about for awhile and need to be happy with myself in my skin". Ask them what steps they can help you with to get you going in the right path. This helps the doctor feel you are a lot more serious, they know at this point you need it, it's less a conversation of persuasion and more of a conversation of information.

I was very straight forward with my doctor, I came at him like an information tornado, and also I remember trying to explain my disconnect between my brain and body. I actually had to teach my family doctor about it. (With that don't be surprised if your family doctor does not know much, they are general practitioners, so they may know it in a very general term).

Pro Tip: email a clinic about generic information on the procedures and bring that information with you, it's proof you have put thought into it, and that you are serious about pursuing your transformation.

This is big and brave and I am proud of you. Just take some deep breaths, maybe try to talk to a trusted person and work out the kinks in your speech prior to the appointment.

It's better to be fully prepared, sound confident, and show you have knowledge about things like how you know it will be painful, mentally taxing, and it's a huge procedure. Be realistic with your expectations.

So it's less of your asking them if you can have the procedures, and more "I need them, to be okay in my skin".

I thought it was said that way to make it clear Russia is the aggressor, not Ukraine, but if there is a reason it’s bad than obviously I won’t use it!!!!! The answer is actually in your question. RUSSIA is the aggressor, and not just merely personally putin, the pathetic cowardly thug he is. Russia has been doing it for ages and never stopped, way before putin was president or even born. In the moderm history, after the break up of the USSR, russia has led multiple wars, in Moldova, Georgia, Chechnya, way before putin came to power. Putin is a symptom of the problem, not its cause. He is a product of the russian imperial culture, which was never looked at critically and processed by the society and was just glorified instead.

The term "putin's war" implies that all of this is solely only putin's fault, as if it's personally putin committing every single atrocity known to man. It's "russia's war" against Ukraine. It's not just putin, sadly.

oh, absolutely. because hate is easy, much, much easier. the fact that jc always had that option and never took it to heart says a lot about him. Personally? No, not really.

This is part of their livelihood. Traveling to all these places is not cheap. They love their fans, sure. But if they did it for free, they would not be able to do these Cons so frequently. And most certainly not the Europeans ones. It would drive them bankrupt.

I'm not sure what you mean by "a lot of money", their autographs are very affordable as far as celebrity autographs go, and have remained so for many years now. They hardly have had any price increases, given how everything has gone up, and they have kept their fees very affordable.

Plus a lot of people see a great value on their signed photos. Not only because they have played these characters that everyone loves, but also because they are very welcoming of the community and they do not act like your stereotypical stuck up celebrity.

1. Is it possible to have your skene's glands hooked to the phallus to be able to ejaculate still?

Okay, so from what I've read and what I have previously researched it seems that the only difference between radical free flap (which is a donor site) and using your abdomen as a donor site are:

Typically Abdominal Phalloplasty (also called birdwing procedure) does not include the connection of nerves which means the loss of some tactile function (feeling / sensitivity so if that is important to you look for a surgeon who can or consider using a skin flap/ donor site) however there is one exception to this issues with Abdominal Phalloplasty and that is getting a procedure called Radial Artery Urethroplasty. This is when a small section of the forearm is used to create the urethra and a nerve is harvested with the flap so you can urinate standing and have more pleasurable sensations. Without nerve connection (radial artery urethroplasty), some tactile sensation can be expected but not all the way to the tip of the phallus. Sensation from your clitoris/ pre surgical phallus (whether buried or unburied) since it is preserved and can be directly stimulated. From the sources and images I have seen, they look in the correct placement to me, also having a higher phallus is not mentioned in anything I remotely found.

Some surgical teams offer Urethroplasty (aka urethra lengthening procedure) as a secondary procedure for Abdominal Phalloplasty, using tissue from the forearm, mouth, clitoris, labia or vagina. This procedure does not require a vagenectomy(for those interested in keeping their vagina).

The abdominal flap is a type of procedure procedure called "pedicle" which means that part of the skin/ tissue graft is left attached to the original site—versus a free flap that requires microsurgery (surgery that is small and time consuming eg.connecting the nerves). This makes the AF procedure shorter.

So now let me answer your questions,

1. From what I have read it seems to be a very similar procedure, from my research I would say it is possible (this is not stated in any of the information I am finding, but given the similarities I would assume so, but this is not a 100% solid answer. I will look into it deeper and see if I can get anything to come up about it. So this is not a solid answer, but it a conclusion I have come up with.I apologize I can't give you a rock solid answer. And about ejaculation, I want to mention that the amount varies person to person. And to ejaculate from the tip would require a urethraplasty.

Edit(2): the glands also important for urination and biological hygiene. to have the fluid (ejaculate) the scenes glands produce, to lubricate the urethra for the passing of urine and helping "push bacteria out", with that said it makes me feel more confident with my yes, but that may be a question I may need to reach out for to be 100% sure.

2. Yes, you can get an erectile device :D!

3. Every source I found said that it would be three procedures if you wanted: radial artery (to urinate standing), and for erectile devices. One surgery per step is typical, you need to heal between each surgery. If you didn't want to urinate standing, it looks to be still two procedures if you want an erectile device. Recovery for the initial surgery is less time by half at least.

4. Yes, from what I have read most surgeons let you pick your size (given there is only so much tissue they can work with).

EDIT: Also I believe the first source has images of how the procedure is done, and after images! So you can see what one looks like!
