BOOM!!! that was all that Anne heard as she hid behind the barrier. She had been told to stay there and wait for her mentor Jennifer's sign to come. But the moment that she had heard that gunshot was all it took for her to disobey that order. Even more so when she saw Jennifer go down knowing that she had been shot. Pulling out the pistol that was currently attached to her hip she slowly started to make her way towards where she could see Jennifer on the ground. But it's the fact that she saw a soldier standing over her that really made her stop thinking. Without a thought her pistol was pointed at the man standing over Jennifer and she pulled the trigger hitting the soldier right between the eyes.

She made sure he was dead before she rushed over to Jennifer and knelt down beside her. " Damn it where were you hit?" she said as she started to give her the once over. Wasn't long before she actually saw the blood spilling from her side. " Shit." She said as she started to grab the medical gauze from one of her pockets on her chest. " Damn it Jennifer… stay with me." She said as she started to press the gauze against the wound.

How was she not panicking in that moment? Anne was honestly numb to it, She had seen wounds before worse than this. She looked up to check and see if Jennifer was still with her. " Damn it Solider!!! Do not close your eyes you hear me!!" She yelled out at her before she reached to her shoulder for her radio " This Officer Stoke… I need an Evac Stat." She said. And all she could do was hold on till they got there and tried to keep Jennifer awake. " Stay with me Jen.. Help is on the way." She said. @scarfacewastaken
