You had that one soulmate au for Cor/Nyx and I wonder how it would continue.

Because I think this is the first fic I've seen where it's Cor who wants to start the relationship and not Nyx. At least, that's the impression I've got from reading it - that Cor is willing to look for his soulmate, but Nyx really really doesn't want one.

Nyx is very, very conflicted about his soulmate. It's not that he dislikes the notion in general, just that his is a Lucian and a soldier? That's a fact that's hard to breathe around some days. So he would never seek them out on purpose.

Now Cor? Cor has always been to loyal and dutiful to Regis to leave and look for his soulmate. Because he would have to leave, since they're obviously not from Lucis. Galahd is far and not the friendliest place when it comes to being Lucian. For Cor it has always been 'there are more important things going on than looking for his soulmate'.

But once Cor knows they're close? That they're Kingsglaive?

Not that he has any real plan of approaching his potential soulmate, mind. He's very aware of the fissures of tension running between the Kingslglaive and everyone else.

leonie's got a skajllion different bows and skills bc of course i'm gonna spoil my favouritest girl! but man i'm SO lucky i pulled multiple linde-sara duos while trying for khadein nino, bc in my excitement i totally messed up when inheriting remote sparrow and def/res smoke and forgot to pre-inherit a regular def or res smoke so she could learn the highest level of each, so she ended up with remote sparrow and... regular res smoke 3. so i had to chomp a second linde-sara, so now she has surge sparrow AND def/res smoke AND the Very Useful For Her spd/res far trace.

took a while to decide who to pass ganglot's skills to, but i think echidna was the best fit to take advantage of all four inheritable skills (quick riposte 4 is a bit redundant with her high spd but eh, more damage reduction) and i badly needed a good fe6 unit for limited hero and resonant battles lol. who am i to pass up an excuse to finally +10 and more frequently use a hottie like her even if she's a character whose game i've not actually played.

and yayyy now vanessa! they added this latest rearmed right after the fe8 banner specifically for her, obviously, and i was able to get her all the max skills thanks to a spare hel and my only jill (which was a painful sacrifice but she was +res and i'd rather wait for a better one to train). still need a few more merges and the SP to also learn atk/spd push 4 as an alternate to distant counter before she is truly unstoppable but heeheehee

also MAN i need to be better at playing arena assault more consistently bc i am so refining stones broke and i still need to upgrade echidna's and vanessa's weapons. i could drown in divine dew but regular stones? nope

Ari & Leo (Sleepless Nights snippet)

Summary: It’s another sleepless night.

Pairing: Alpha!Ari Levinson x Omega!Reader x Leo 😉

A/N: This drabble is part of my Leo & Alpha verse. It’s the third snippet of their story.

“Shush, Leo. No!” Ari groans as the huge dog tries to get back on the bed. He grabs his collar and fights with the dog. It’s no use. Leo is too strong and heavy. “I said no! They are asleep and wake if you…”

It’s too late. Leo jumps onto the bed to check on your newborn babies. Ari Jr. and Leonie just fell asleep, and he wants to make sure you and your children are safe. The huge dog sniffs at your babies, purrs, and curls around them to protect them.

“Leo, we talked about this. That’s my job,” your alpha sighs deeply. Before your babies were born, he ordered a huge bed. It’s now big enough for you, him, and the pups plus your dog. “Not cool, Leo.”

Leo doesn’t move an inch. Not when Ari pokes his back, nor when your alpha scolds him again. “Fine, have it your way.” He’s too tired to argue with your dog or fight the furry beast.

Your alpha took care of your babies the whole night to give you a few hours of sleep. He fed your babies, changed the diapers, and walked around the bedroom, holding them in his arms to help your babies fall asleep.

Ari climbs onto the bed to lie behind you. He wraps his arms around your body, hoping he won’t wake you. You immediately wiggle in your sleep to press your body closer to Ari.

“I dare you to wake them, Leo,” he snarls in your dog’s direction. “We will talk about this in the morning. After I had my coffee and a snack. And with a snack I mean I’ll eat your mommy’s pussy.”

Leo lifts his head to look in Ari’s direction. “Yeah, you heard right. I’ll eat her and maybe I’ll put another baby in her womb. She’s my wife and omega. Live with it, furry beast!”

“Ari,” you mumble in your sleep. “Alpha…”

“I’m here, Y/N. You’re safe with me,” he whispers in your ear. “Only your dog is an asshole. He won’t let me sleep next to our babies. We will discuss his punishment in the morning!”

“Ari, you look tired. I told you to let me take care of them tonight,” you offer a cup to your alpha. “Did they let you sleep for a while?”

The babies were little angels,” he wrinkles his nose as Leo walks into the kitchen to lie next to your feet, “your dog not so much. He wouldn’t let me lie next to our babies. The furry beast gets cocky!”

“Aw, he tried to protect the babies,” you coo and kneel next to your dog. Ruffling his thick fur, you smile. “You’re a good boy, Leo. Mommy loves you.”

“He needs to learn his place. The dog cannot disrespect me, and my position in this pack. I’m the pack leader, he’s the dog.”

“You bought him to protect me,” you grin at Ari. “Leo does a good job. But, if you want me to, I’ll tell him to sleep at the foot of the bed.”

Ari pouts. Your 6ft high and beefy alpha pouts, make your heart melt. “You like him more than me.”

You step toward your alpha to put your hand on his chest. “Alpha, baby. I only love you. You’re the most important man in my life. Except for our baby boy,” you whisper. “Let me handle Leo. He’ll understand that you are the alpha of our pack.”

“Leo, come here,” you pat the foot of the bed. “Look at my big boy protecting me and our babies.” You coo as your dog lies on the foot of the bed. “Good boy.”

Ari lies on the bed and runs his hand over his son’s head. He smiles as you make sure that Leo stays on the foot of the bed. “You should get some sleep, Y/N. The little ones are asleep.”

You sigh. Leo longingly looks at the babies, whining as he wants to be closer to your children and you. “Fine, he can get a little closer.” Ari hates watching your dog whine. He won’t admit it, but he loves the dog too.

Leo slowly crawls toward the babies. He looks at them before lying to their feet.

“You’ve got a weak spot for Leo,” you reach out for your alpha to squeeze his hand. “I love you, Ari.”

“I love you too,” he looks at his babies lie in the middle of your nest, “and the wonders you gave to me.”

Nikolai trowing a halloween party where the theme is "Disney villains" and the price for best costume involves kruge

Nikolai went as captain hook. As the judge he wanted to vote for himself but also will make sure he deserves it

Genya and David were the evil queen and the magic mirror. Genya will say "magic mirror on the wall" and David would say "you are" before she could finish the question everytime"

Nina, instead of having a pair costume with Matthias, Hanne or both, teamed up with Inej and went and Ursula and Vanessa. Inej is not sligthly bothered that she was to be with Nina the whole time in order for her costume to work

Hanne was Prince Hans, Nikolai was glad he ruled out that idea for himself

Jesper and Wylan made the day of Gaston x Lefou shippers. Also when Nikolai said Jesper was "too skinny for Gaston" Wylan argued he had the perfect baritone voice and both sang the Gaston theme just to prove their point

Kaz was completely focussed on getting the price for the kruge. So, for his Hades costume,instead of just dying his hair blue or getting a wig like a normal human being, he light on real blue flames on his head (over a liquid that would stop it from burning his skin) because he is THAT extra and dramatic.

Nadia and Tamar went as Yzma and Kronk. They wanted to go bigger so they convinced Leoni and Adrik (who did it very reclutantly) to be Kronk´s shoulder angel and devil (hey, it was better than the original idea when Nadia and he were Cinderella´s stepsisters)

Alina and Mal were almost disqualified for coming as Peter Pan and Tinkerbell instead of "villains" but they put the case that Tinkerbell tried to get a child killed out of jelaousy and Peter Pan kidnapped children himself and if those are not villains then what ist is?, so not only they got back into the competition, they also made a lot of people question their childhood.

Zoya was sure her Maleficent costume was going to make her the winner, isn't she the dragon queen after all?

Most people tought Tolya came as a raven in order to be Zoya´s companion, but he actually didn't got the theme memo and just wanted to be "The raven" from Edgar Allan Poe

Kuwei was actually close to winning, who would be as cruel and hated as Cruella de Vil?

Matthias actually won by coming as the hunter who killed Bambi´s mom, his price was worth all of the children that cried when they saw him. ("Is not a real deer head!" "it´s from a plushie and i will sew it later") Kaz was not happy at all because how the heck didn't ocurred to him?

Characters: Prompto, Ignis, Nyx Ulric, Cor Leonis

Prompto

The first thing Prompto always does when you come home is to greet you with joy and to kiss you.

He does this today as well,  and his kind and caring nature makes you burst into tears all at once. Oh, you really needed that after that hard day at work. 

You immediately snuggle into your boyfriend's comforting arms and he embraces you. "Y/N? My love, what's wrong?" Prompto is all worried about you and wonders what has you so upset. You don't say anything because your tears won't allow it. Your words are stuck in your throat.

"Did something happen at work?" You nod and Prompto sighs sadly, because he knows you don't have an easy job. Often you come home very sad and exhausted. Loving as he is, he gently strokes through your hair. He stays here with you until you slowly calm down.

He looks down at you with a warm gaze, brushes the tears from your face and gives you a gentle kiss on your forehead. Your cheeks are all flushed, but he thinks that's totally sweet. "Thank you, Prompto. I'm so glad to have you," you whisper as you lean into his hand, which is currently stroking your cheek.

"Come on, Y/N. Let's go for a walk and enjoy the sunset. What do you think?" Prompto knows how good you feel after a walk. And nature especially helps you to calm down. "And after that, we could get some hot dogs? Some fries too? Huh? How does that sound, hon?" His gentle laugh and the soft expression in his eyes is all that makes your heart beat faster. 

It was quickly decided and the two of you head out into nature, walking hand in hand towards the sunset. It is quiet around you. No one to annoy you, no one to be mean and vicious towards you for no reason. Prompto was your angel who knew exactly how to make your heart laugh again.

Ignis 

As you enter the apartment, sighing and dejected, you think about your terrible day at work, which has robbed you of every nerve. But the very next moment you forget everything when you see the many flowers and candles that have been placed in your apartment. Your eyes become wide and you immediately know who has gone to so much effort.

With a gentle smile on your lips, all frustration suddenly falls away from you. The roses are shining in bright red, the candlelight is shimmering so wonderfully. And now, you also notice the fragrance coming from the kitchen. 

"Good evening, my love." Ignis comes to meet you. With a tender smile on his face, and his eyes were filled with love. Love that was meant for you alone. "Iggy. Wow..." 

Gently, he reaches for your left hand as his left hand places itself on your right hip and he gently sways you. As if he wanted to dance. It was meant more as a loving gesture, but you move along in a slow rhythm as you gaze longingly into his eyes.

"This is so beautiful, Iggy. The flowers, the candles... everything. "I wanted to do something special for you." Ignis cooks for you every night, pampers you where he can, but lately you've been so stressed and down that he wanted to spoil you with a special evening.

You kiss him, whispering how grateful you are for his attention. Sometimes you wonder if Ignis is just a beautiful dream. But every time he kisses you, caresses you and touches you, you know he is not a dream.

Cuddling against his chest, you close your eyes and take in his scent. He smells like home, like your personal oasis of well-being. "I love you, Iggy." "Love you too, my love, With all my heart."

This night you enjoy your togetherness. Your home was filled with sweet words and tender kisses...

Nyx Ulric

Sighing comfortably, you snuggle up against the chest of the king's servant. There is no better feeling for you than to lie in Nyx Ulric's arms. You feel safe and secure.

You've both decided to spend the night on the couch watching movies. After the busy day you both had at work, you don't want to do anything. And it feels damn good to just lay around and enjoy the togetherness.

Your snacks are on the table in front of the couch; now laid out in a totally messed up way, it looks like raccoons have been at work, but that doesn't bother you at all. A little mess never hurt anyone.

"I could get used to this," you mumble as you look at the TV, snuggling up against Nyx's chest. Against his bare, warm chest. Nyx strokes your hair as he quietly agrees. It was more of a low hum, for he was a bit tired himself already.

"Thanks, hon. Movie night was a good idea of yours." Nyx just knew what helped you switch off and leave the daily grind behind. Nyx answered you with a tender kiss. You looked deep into his eyes as your lips slowly parted. Quickly, the movie was forgotten as Nyx gently strokes through your hair again and again, keeping his arm around your shoulder to have you close to him.

"I want you to be okay, Y/N," he whispers before kissing you softly again. You're on cloud nine, Nyx was a very special man to you after all. You love everything about this man. His character, his looks, the way he treats you. You couldn't be happier.

You have a simple life, but the most important thing for you was to find each other at the end of the day, to enjoy your young love and to live it to the fullest. 

His kiss deepens, accompanied by a comforting sigh. "What about the movie, Nyx?" You grin against his lips as you say this, knowing Nyx had something else in mind. "Fuck it. You're way more important right now!" Chuckling softly, you pull yourself onto his lap and this time it was you who gave him a passionate kiss...

Cor Leonis

You are pissed off! Pissed off and frustrated! What do people actually allow themselves? Why are customers so eager to ruin your day? You throw the store key into your handbag after locking the door and hope that you won't have to see anyone else today! After this horrible day, you need a week off to calm your nerves!

Sighing, you run a hand through your hair as you make your way home. You really felt like crying at the moment, because it seems like people have lost all respect.

Cor certainly wasn't home yet and that frustrated you even more. There would be nothing better right now than to enjoy the evening with him. Unfortunately, his work often doesn't allow that. But you knew what was in store for you when you married him. Nevertheless, you made a conscious decision to marry Cor Leonis and you still don't regret it.

When you think of Cor, you instantly smile. You don't care about the customers, because in the end they are not a permanent part of your life. But Cor is part of your life and no matter how shitty a day could be, the thought of being in Cor's arms always made your heart smile.

Just as you thought of him, Cor was standing not three meters in front of you. You were so deep in thought that you didn't even notice him at first. He was leaning against his black car, a bouquet of red roses in his hand. "Hey, sweetheart." You love it when he calls you that. Immediately your mood rises and you smile. "Cor!" You rush to him, Cor's gentle smile makes your heart beat faster.

His tender kiss makes you melt away, your knees instantly go all weak. It's a long and tender kiss. "How are you, Y/N? Are you okay?" he asks as he strokes your cheek tenderly. "Now that you're here, I'm doing wonderful." The roses he brought you are beautiful and you can't wait to have them bloom in your home.

You didn't know Cor had another surprise for you. He doesn't drive the usual route to get home, but instead drives in the opposite direction. When you see the car stop in front of a very classy restaurant, you look at Cor with wide eyes. "But... I  look terrible. My hair and my clothes..." But Cor just smirks back at you, leans out to you and kisses you deeply. You instantly fall silent, returning the kiss of the man you so desire.

"You are beautiful and desirable, Y/N." He leans forward a little so that you're pressed into the seat, and you bite your lips in anticipation, knowing how this evening will end. "And if we weren't in a public place, I'd take you right here and now in my car..." "Is that so?"
