Where is all this Black Jason Todd discourse coming from?! Because, last time I checked, headcanoning Jason as Black is not exactly all that popular. Unless I'm missing a huge subset of his fandom; I've yet to come across the mob of He Did Nothing Wrong girlies who are deadass that Jason anti's swear run Butstan Twitter/Tumblr.

#ive been rewatching episode 7 like its the only thing on youtube and made note of many things #first off. the solver can only have one host. nori mentions skyn wants to kill off all the other solver hosts (with the dds) and disregards #the idea of both uzi and doll being its current host when they get chased #plus the main solver possessions only occur when skyn is out of the picture (the fightt in ep 7 is only after n decapitates “tessa”)#solver uzi is possible too but i dont count her cause she doesn't have the yellow #personal theory is that its more an instinctual response to overheating or something and not full on possession #second off nori calls the solver cyn. how does she know that name #cyn was on earth and only showed up to copper 9 recently and i presume nori's been here her whole life #it probably wasn't the other dds cause none of them made it down and they're all more savage beasts #since cyn specifies n's team retained their personalities and that makes me think the other teams didnt #also also we should've immediately questioned tessa arriving in the same type of pod as the mds when they were revealed to not be sent by j #im running out of characters also the people who dont like when i use tags like this can bite me #murder drones #murder drones nori #artori? that sounds cool #ill probably just stick with nori though #i have so many solver heart refs now #art #episode 7 #murder drones episode 7 #murder drones episode 7 spoilers #using the same black for shadows as my lineart doesn't work when i have to draw thin things over it #murder drones spoilers

I went as Black Canary (again) for a Halloween party last night and I am so grateful to the one (1) guy who walked by me and said “…Black Canary?” when literally no one else recognized my costume. I was so happy I just screamed, which was actually very in character for Black Canary in hindsight.

Elrond with dramborleg

"His hair was dark as the shadows of twilight, and upon it was set a circlet of silver; his eyes were grey as a clear evening, and in them was a light like the light of stars."

This drawing was for @armenelols and @polutrope post about elrond using a family heirloom "dramborleg".

Oh boy I had so much fun.

My main thought while painting this was " what would be different about elrond?"

And the answer is alot but a the same time nothing.

Elrond is in a way a sad character he kind of lost everything and the only constance in his life is the heralded past of his ancestors/family and friends.

He almost can't remember his parents but he can read about them even maglor is ,despite being a kindslayer, described as strong imposing and a mighty warrior.

His own brother,who chooses mortality,is a revered king!

This elrond that I depicted here is not the lord of Riverdale. Not married yet.

This is a elrond who will stand between evil and his folk.

Just like his ancestors did.

He is holding a legacy of strong unrelenting men who did change the tides of war who done the impossible no one else did before them!.

This is also elrond who found out that his brothers legacy Numenor is at the bottom of the sea - because of sauron.

This is a elrond who becomes a lord for many different kind of elves because he is a different kind of elve.

Ok so sometimes I see people claiming Oda originally planned for Law to be evil. Did he actually say that? I can't find much on it

Videos like this might've been the culprit behind this rumor. Law being 'named after a brutal pirate and allegedly had terrible rumors about him', doesn't equate to "Law was meant to be evil." No matter how canon-coded it seems, something can't be called a "fact" unless there's a legitimate reference. So far, Oda has made no such statement about Law.

The video used a draft image to back the point that Law was depicted as "scheming and manipulative" during Punk Hazard, taken from OP magazine vol. 8:

Sanji's dialogue, roughly: "Your strategy is to go head on against Doflamingo and Kaido, and to weaken Kaido's military strength, isn't it? And we're *in it together* because we believe the outcome benefits us, as well.

What are you planning?

I don't mind going ahead (to Zou), but I won't leave my friends in danger."

It's not from Punk Hazard, it was Dressrosa.

Not to mention in both draft and finalized versions, it was Sanji cornering Law, not the other way around. IMHO it didn't add or subtract much from law's character as we already know him.

It's very likely that Law was planned to be (more) morally grey and manipulative. But inflating it as Oda's statement makes it a misinformation. This fandom sadly has a lot of these, thanks to engagement farming content creators.

#how I wish Oda REALLY shared those type of fun facts but he rarely talks about Law. why why #I think his plan for law was to make him a chaotic neutral ex-crew from the donquixotes #who had a twisted fascination with observing pirate squabbles #his objective wasn't the treasure one piece. he had a score to settle with doflamingo #which he kept hidden from his crewmates #he somehow knew doflamingo was a celestial dragon and thus saved luffy who was a “D”#but by the time he appeared in marineford - oda's vision with law's personality began to change a lot #and by the time he reappeared in PH it was a lost case. luffy sees him as an ally for life #and who is oda to judge someone when luffy calls them a good person #alright that's enough speculation #I already wrote a theory about Oda's development of law's character but I'm assuming you've seen it?#this answer could be shorter but I'm running my mouth ^^;#one piece #trafalgar law #black leg sanji #asks #mine

Typing this in so much pain. Currently in one of my teammates car. She offered to drive it over, blast the heat/seat warmers and give me a place to recoup. Of course I wasn’t gonna say no.

FIRST MARATHON COMPLETED. Been looking forward to this for quite some time. The training wasn’t perfect but I felt ready. Felt confident AF through the first half. Legs definitely started screaming after that but we kept pushing. My goal was sub 3:30 so I am happy to have met that goal. I just didn’t expect for it to hurt so bad!! I remember seeing video of people post marathon trying to walk down stairs and thinking, “hm i get it, it’s far, but does it hurt THAT bad??” Yes. Yes it does.

…can’t wait to do it again someday
