First time using Tumblr so I hope I do this right. 🥲 This piece is just a silly little reference to the 2D clone wars show. Even though it’s technically not cannon, I imagine Anakin would still eat bugs because he’s crazy. Also added Obi-wan’s line because it was funny and I couldn’t leave it out.

He's done! Anakin is done!

It's so far from perfect and I forgot so much of how these paints work but it's done and he's beautiful and I'm so happy!

In April I was having such a hard time and I met Hayden at a convention and I was so sad at the time that I didn't have my own work for him to sign, something special.

Between that feeling and friends pestering, I finally started making art again, and a few months ago I thought if I could sell art at conventions, I would need a kick ass backdrop, and started painting this.

I'm gonna still need to make a lightbox, but this alone makes me so so so happy.

He's beautiful.

Now I just need to find some wealthy patron to pay for me to just paint these all day long as I shall be quite happy.

Anakin Skywalker and Obi Wan Kenobi! Drawing two of my favourite characters from the second Star Wars trilogy. Of course, they’re so iconic.

I’m not sure when I’ll draw more sketches! I’m so full of commissions and I’ll be attending a con this month! I’ll comeback asap! In the meantime, if you have characters suggestions- feel free to drop the names!

Anakin has 𝘺𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘦𝘺𝘦𝘴, but he is not a Sith (Ventress style); there was no duel on Mustafar, but he went against Palpatine's dictatorship. He 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧, but then again after the Clone Wars no one was clean...
