As a Padawan in the Jedi temple, Obi-Wan grows up, learning the Jedi way, eventually being chosen by Qui Gon Jinn.  He becomes his apprentice, and they go on various journeys.  This continues until Qui-Gon’s untimely death, at the hands of Darth Maul. 

J E D I  K N I G H T 

As a promise to his dying master, the newly knighted Obi-Wan takes on training a young Anakin Skywalker. As he grows and gets used to being a Knight and handling his own missions, he’s handling being a master to his young, complex Padawan too.  Obi-Wan tries to be the kind of Jedi Knight that is understanding, fair and doesn’t react emotionally. 

J E D I  M A S T E R

After Anakin is made a Jedi Knight and the Clone Wars begin, Obi-Wan is officially a Jedi Master.  During the war, he is also a General, with his own Clone Army. As a Jedi Master, he has a seat on the Jedi Council and is often called the Negotiator.  He tries to handle things the best he can, despite the fact that it is not always the easiest to do so. 

I S O L A T I O N 

The Clone Wars are over, and Anakin is dead. Obi-Wan had to kill his brother (or that’s what he thinks).  He had to help hide his children from the new head of the Empire.  The Jedi have mostly been killed and he himself is in isolation, hiding away, since Jedi are still being killed. He doesn’t use the force and works with his hands.  He’s extremely broken, lonely and grief-stricken.

K E N O B I  A N D  B E Y O N D

10 years after his fight with Anakin on Mustafar, he discovers Anakin is alive, only he is now Darth Vader. After a run-in, he sees that he is basically a cyborg. He is trying to protect Anakin’s children, but it seems Darth Vader is extra obsessed with killing him.  He just is trying to figure out how to get through life, now.  After the events of Kenobi, he moves out of the cave and tries to get used to life as Ben Kenobi, while still watching over Luke, most to Owen Lars dismay.

A  N E W  H O P E

More time has passed and he’s settled into things, as an older man. He’s known to every one as Ben known, Obi-Wan not even a name that he recognizes, most of the time, anymore. But, he gets a message that Leia needs help and he knows he’ll have to help her. It’s also time to teach Luke about the force, all while being careful, how much to tell him about his father. 

F O R C E  G H O S T

After Obi-Wan’s death, he becomes a force ghost, providing counsel to Luke and others who can communicate with force ghosts.

I N T O  T H E  F U T U R E

Obi-Wan did not fall to Darth Vader, in A New Hope and continues his life. He is not sure if he would want the responsibility of training Luke. He is too old to have a Padawan and he knows that he is a risk, due to his connection to Vader. But, he teams up with the Rebellion and continues to help where he is needed. He can still fight and he can counsel when needed (Canon Divergent Verse)

BIOGRAPHY:

Obi-Wan Kenobi was a Jedi, who was the apprentice of Qui-Gon Jinn, the master of Anakin Skywalker, and a respect Jedi Knight and Jedi Master. He served as a Clone War General, during The Clone Wars.  He was labeled the negotiator, since he could often negotiate conflicts.  

As an apprentice, he helped Qui-Gon Jinn, in various different ways, learning from him and he even ‘killed’ Darth Maul, after he killed his former master, and promised a dying Qui-Gon that he would train Anakin.  In his earlier years, he also fell in love with the future duchess of Mandalore, Satine, but remained loyal to the Order.

  Training Anakin was not the easiest for Obi-Wan. The two were only ten years apart in age, and Obi-Wan at times, could be a little harsher than he probably needed to be, but he cared deeply for Anakin.  Once Anakin became a knight, they still were partners, in the battlefield and in missions, not often found, without the other.   Eventually, he became a Jedi Master and was appointed to the Jedi Council, though he didn’t always agree with them.

The hardest thing that Obi-Wan would go through, was when Anakin fell to the dark side, and he was sent to deal with him.  They had an intense duel on Mustafar and though Obi-Wan managed to overtake Anakin by dismembering him, he would not say that he won, in any way.  He figured that he had killed Anakin.  Due to the Jedi purge, he went into exile, and kept an eye on Anakin’s son Luke, for a distance.  

Taking a common job, he stuck mostly to himself, a broken man of who he once was. After finding out that Darth Vader was in fact Anakin Skywalker, he and Darth Vader had several more run-ins, before Obi-Wan decided to stop living in such squalor and tried to live somewhat of a normal life.  But that would change again, when Leia would need help and he would finally tell Luke about the force.  

This time when he faced Vader, he wouldn’t survive, but it was due to him sacrificing himself, so that the others could get away. Still able to communicate from the other side of the force, he still counseled Luke.

BIOGRAPHY:

The son of Shmi Skywalker, raised a slave in Tattoine, that should be all there is, right? It's not that simple for Anakin Skywalker.  He apparently is the Chosen One, the one who is going to bring balance to the force. Taken to become a Jedi by Qui-Gon Jinn and later trained by Obi-Won Kenobi after Qui-Gon is killed by Darth Maul, Anakin is going to be a Jedi.   The thing about Anakin is something that originally made the Jedi council pause. Anakin's midi-chlorians waere high, higher than any Jedi ever.  But, they relented and he was to be trained.  During training, he butted heads often with his master, due to his own stubbornness but still saw him as a father.   As a Jedi knight, he had no fear and could be quite arrogant about it, and was reunited with Padme Amidala, who was now Senator Amidala.  Protecting her allowed them more time to grow closer, which would lead to a future that he couldn't let anyone know. But, Anakin did have fears.  He had fears, anger, things no Jedi should, and in the end, it would cost him those he loved, and also, himself.   After a duel with Obi-Wan after Anakin had sworn loyalty to the Sith Lord to save Padme, Anakin lost his limbs and became more or a cyborg, the menacing Darth Vader. As Darth Vader, he had no mercy.  Anakin Skywalker was gone, it seemed.  There were instances, times he met certain people, that he would show some humanity, who he really was overcoming the monster he'd become, but it wasn't until his own flesh and blood came, that things started to change. In the end, he did bring balance to the force.  But, his road was a long one, and he had suffered and done horrible things. (This is left vague on purpose)

Anakin Skywalker is a slave in Tattooine, along with his mother, Shmi.  He builds things for fun, like speeders, droids, etc.  His life doesn’t seem like it’s going to change, until a Jedi comes and starts talking to him about going and being a Jedi (FC: Jake Lloyd)

Y O U N G   P A D A W A N

As Anakin trains with Obi-Wan as a boy and grows into his teenage years, he tries to learn the rules and codes of a Jedi, while missing his mother and dealing with all of the things that he is told Jedi deal with.  He is stubborn and the fact that he is good at so many things doesn’t help keep him humble.  Adolescence is hard, but even harder when becoming a Jedi. But, he excelled at everything he tried. 

J E D I   K N I G H T

As a Young Jedi Knight, Anakin Skywalker has been given the task of protecting Senator Amidala, which is harder than he thought.  He is supposed to keep her on Naboo, but the nightmares about his mother won’t go away and Padme is so stubborn.  It doesn’t help that he is falling in love with her, but Obi-Wan keeps reminding him to keep his thoughts under control.  He knows that things are complicated and the young Skywalker is starting to have more secrets than before, as the battles start to grow, as the Clone Wars begin.

H E R O   W I T H   N O   F E A R

The Clone Wars are hard. They are exhausting.  Anakin Skywalker is known as the Man with no Fear.  He is not one to admit that he has fears. He handles things with a natural swagger and confidence, but that doesn’t mean that he never worries.  He is constantly in battles, and he is hiding something from everyone.  

Y O U   U N D E R E S T I M A T E   M Y   P O W E R

As Senator Palpatine keeps whispering in Anakin’s ear and his dreams grow worse, Anakin starts letting his thoughts grow darker. Obi-Wan refuses to understand, the council won’t make him master and he can’t go to them about this.  Palpatine is offering him things he did not know were possible. But, they could mean making choices, ones he could never take back, ones that could cost him everything, including everything good about him.

I  A M  W H A T   Y O U   M A D E   M E

After nearly being killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar,  Anakin was left to die.  He hated him.  His darkness had overcome him, and he’d done so many things.  Darth Sidious found him and after a long, painful surgery,  Darth Vader truly rose.  After Sidious told him that he had killed Padme, he was truly born.  Vader was finally the new apprentice of the Sith Lord.  How much of Anakin was left and how would he handle his new identity? Sidious wanted any survivors gone.  Vader wanted Obi-Won dead. He could not hide forever. But, that was not all he did.  He became well known in the new empire, making a name for himself, leaving carnage and violence in his wake. It was something that went on for many years, until his son came into his life.  Then, things changed.

G H O S T  A N A K I N

After Anakin finally restored balance to the force, he was able to join his former master and other Jedi in the force.   He sometimes counsels people still, before he is finally able to move on completely. He has so many regrets, so many things that he knows that he needs to make up for.

Anakin and Darth Vader have been heavily featured in the comics and this is a sub-verse tag, for any comic verses, that will likely blend in somewhere else, as well.

A young Padmé Naberrie becomes Queen of Naboo, taking the name Queen Amidala. She served two terms and was loved by her people. That did not mean that it was a time of peace, though.  There were a lot of battles to be fought, internally and externally, during her reign.

S E N A T O R  A M I D A L A 

After serving two terms as Queen, Padmé is ready to leave the crown behind but becomes senator of Naboo. She handles many important things, and is still in danger, constantly. 

S E N A T O R  A N D  W I F E  O F  A  J E D I

After an assassination on her life, she is put under the protection of Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and his Padawan Anakin Skywalker, who she knows, from her days as Queen. Soon, Anakin is sent to guard her in Naboo and sparks fly between them.  She is never one to stay out of trouble and between the two of them, they wind up nearly dying more than once, and marry, all in just a few weeks time. Now, they have the Clone Wars to deal with, her career as a Senator, his new Knighthood and being made a General in the Wars.

The war is declared over. Chancellor Palpatine has declared himself Emperor. Anakin is acting crazy, and is even trying to get her to run away with him.  She fears for her unborn child’s life, and doesn’t know what to do.  Could she run away with him or was she going to have to be firm and risk the consequences? How did everything fall apart so fast? 

L E T ‘ S  H A V E  O U R  B A B Y  O N  N A B O O

Anakin doesn’t have the first nightmare, and the morning after finding out she is pregnant, they disappear to Naboo.  She hides away for the rest of her pregnancy, and has two healthy babies.  Anakin keeps talking of leaving the Order and she really wants him to. She knows that there is a new regime in place, but they have their own happy world, here. 

S H E  W A S  A L I V E 

Padmé suffered greatly, at the hands of Anakin’s force choke, and now she knows that she has to make him think she is dead. Naboo isn’t a safe place for them. So with the help of Yoda and Obi-Wan, she disappears.  But, she doesn’t know if it will work and if Padmé Amidala can truly disappear.

BIOGRAPHY:

Padmé Naberrie, publicly Padmé Amidala comes from the planet of Naboo.  She served two terms as Queen, and was asked to serve a third term but declined.  She did continue into public service and become Senator of Naboo.  She also became the secret wife of Anakin Skywalker, at the beginning of the Clone Wars.  She was not one to sit idly and let things fall apart during the war. She tried to do what she could from the Senate, despite feeling like nothing was working and being separated from her husband, far too much of the time.

Towards the end of the war, she discovered she was pregnant, and once Anakin finally returned, she told him. They were happy but once he started having nightmares that she would die in childbirth, he became impossible to calm down about it, and it would prove a disaster, felt within the galaxy.  When she heard of him turning to the dark side, she went to him and in his anger, he force choked her.  She later gave birth to twins, Luke and Leia, who would prove to be important.  She did not survive.

Padme was strong, independent, handy with a blaster.  She knew how to stand up for herself, her people, and  she was loved by many.
