First I tried the ones you can make with the Spotify website but it lowered the quality of the cover art of them so much that I preferred to do them on my own lmao

MUSIC, MUSIC, MUSIC! 🎶

Music has always been my go-to for bringing characters to life, letting me explore who they are and how they fit into this world. So to dive deeper into each character's mindset for the fic, I’ve been listening to a set of playlists I created since the beginning of this year.

Each blends a lot of personal and fandom-inspired tracks I selected to capture the spirit of these characters and their journeys, mostly as a silly experiment of mine that turned out better than I expected!

For now I'll share the ones I made for the mc's while I keep working on the next chapter, so here's a brief look at each!

A blend of modern hits, retro pop, and some classic 70s tunes to fit the vibe of a Dipper in his early 30s. This mix of nostalgic and contemporary sounds was meant to bring out his thoughtful yet adventurous personality from the show, but also setting out how it has grown since the original series 💙🌲🎧

Full of an energetic and upbeat pop, Anne’s playlist was meant to capture her lively, sporty, and resilient spirit. I gotta admit I got down the Blackpink rabbit hole after I watched Amphibia, so there's a lot of k-pop as well 😂 Beyond that, expect a really chill and fund mix, with a touch of energy that only Anne can pull off! 🐸🔷🍃

Although this one’s more of a couple playlist shared between Luz and Amity, it is charged with Luz’s silly vibes mixed with a romantic warmth. It’s a blend that reflects her playful nature with a lot of heart, as well as her journey with Amity till this moment, especially as someone they would listen when they're togueter or missing each other 💕🌈🦉

This last moths I have Struggle a lot to create something outside work. A big burn out and a lot of sadness in general for... a lot of things.
