American Citizenship Gladiator.
Jesus fucking Christ. I wish all their violent delights violent ends.
Maybe like a Spartacus/Maximus style scene where the gladiators inspire a rebellion. That'd be neat.

Gladiator (2000)
The Good Year (2006)
American Gangster (2007)
Body Of Lies (2008)
Robin Hood (2010)
Russell Crowe to Ridley Scott is like Johnny Depp to Tim Burton. Anytime these two come together they make such timeless classics with Ridley being an amazing director, the way he brings his ideas & visual aesthetics to life, to Russell & the way he adapts to his role & the emotional depth he brings out in his characters. He displayed that all too well in Gladiator. I just love the way certain directors & actors connect with one another because it just makes the film that much more better🎬✍🏻

Note
The volturi hold a baseball game every decade colosseum style. They get very competitive about it.
This particularly speaks to me because I would have to think they needed colosseum-like entertainment before this and kept cycling through games until one day aro read the mind of a vampire that saw a mets game and is like "GUYS YOU ARE NEVER GONNA BELIEVE WHAT THEY'RE DOING OVER THERE"
