the urge to make public character playlists for my little guys...

#i have very specific ideas of their music tastes (across OC projects)#ofc i feel like some characters just straight up wouldnt listen to music / would only listen to noise #like kranken is NOT bumping ANYTHING! that man is listening 2 harsh noise n the natural acoustics of his operating room/torture chamber 24/7 #octavia ofc likes nu metal but i feel like she'd like that very specific almost subsection of nu metal that's industrial influenced #like static x for example :]#eagle eyed fans know that's her canon fav band (tho i don't actually intend to have real people in the final comic. only a reference/parody)#jaundice likes goth and new wave #onion is an interesting case. i feel like they'd be into a mix of emo nu metal electropop and super obscure shit #in fact it's a little out of the time period for reassass but there's a band called hadouken! and that's exactly what they'd be into lol #other than that? prob msi + weezer + attack attack + various whiny guy music with synths and guitars #moving away from reassass... i feel like the x-calibur quartet would all have VERY different music tastes #nova's prob a fan of really popular music (which in merlinete i feel would be more synth-y / weirder than actual earth music)#paro is a ambient fan in my eyes. and experimental music in general. also if he was a human boy he would be annoying about radiohead #v con is obviously a 1 billion samples smashed together enthusiast #and clyde is punk so duh punk rock! ofc cosmorgana rock would sound different to irl rock music... think like squid squad from splatoon lol #oops i tag rambled again oh well #oc rambling #ocs #reassassination #ultimate x calibur

Ambient Walking Videos

Hey there! As some of you may know, my partner and I have started an Ambient Walking Channel on YouTube.

What does this mean? Whenever we go for walks in new places, or our own city, we record our walks and share them on our YouTube channel. We also record our interactions with stray animals, and post them mostly as short form content (but sometimes also long). We both find such content to be deeply relaxing and often use it when working or trying to fall asleep.

As we are still starting out, we don’t have a big following, and YouTube’s algorithm seems to show our videos to the wrong audience. So if you would be into such content we would deeply appreciate it if you would check out our channel and potentially subscribe.

Also, we would appreciate it if you have any suggestions for us on what we can do better, and what would be interesting for you to see/hear.

idk how to explain it, but I feel this small bubble of hope. as if some good news is right around the corner 🫧🌅 not yet, but maybe soon, I'll always feel that hope that the next chapter will be better than the last

#also taking time to mourn what has been is important #thinking about everyone here in the tumblr community so much on such a hard day after such a cruel week #I'm still so new I feel I've only just gotten to know Daniel and yet I feel such a bottomless well of love for him! inexplicable!!!#well kinda explicable because he's just so wonderful #maybe its because I've only been in the world of F1 for a few months #but I just have this feeling whatever is next must be better #and I've gone thru all five stages of grief five times over today #but I'll keep finding the joy and following Daniel's career and successes wherever the road goes next #and I'll keep my maxiel thoughts abrewing until I'm also old and on a farm somewhere just reminiscing #or maybe I'm just way too sentimental alone in my office with my ambient nature sounds hehe #I am so thankful for this corner of the web and I hope everyone does whatever they need to do to feel better #time away venting remembering the past whatever you gotta do #F1 is never the most important thing #to me at least like..#what's important are the connections we make and the joy and bonds we share with each other #and that's something that will always last #anyways sending everyone good energy ❤️ if no one told you yet you're awesome!!!!!
