Some things that are implied by Hazbin Hotel canon and Vivsie extras:

Angel was named Anthony, came from a mob family, and speaks Italian

Angel has a New York accent and died in 1947

therefore Angel was an Italian-American who lived through WWII

SO, like, what was that like? How recently did his family come from Italy? Were they considered enemy aliens? Did he enlist? Could he enlist?

and, because shipping brainrot is inescapable:

Husk died in the 1970s in his 60s/70s

So he was born in the 1900s or 10s

He was reaching adulthood in the 20s or 30s, he would be 30-40 in the 1940s

Some people headcanon that Husk served in Vietnam but actually the war he's most likely to have served in is WWII

so, like... did he? Have they talked about it? Throw in the common headcanon that human!Husk was Black and... you know, I can actually see a lot of reasons why he might end up jaded and closed-off even before he got to Hell.

I just want to know so much about what their living lives were like. And what they think about them now. I know we'll never get it in the show because that's not what it's about but man.

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT SONGS FROM THE DBH SOUNDTRACK PLAY IN THE BACKGROUND HERE?? Look, I know it makes sense lmao but I’ve been listening to these songs with vocals and lyrics and all that from the sounds track on Spotify and was only mildly wondering how those were even integrated into the game, so when I was kinda watching this video I recognized a certain part of the song in the background over those mall speakers and was like “Wait, is this Seven Moons??” And it IS Seven Moons from the soundtrack🦫🦫

I’m curious how the other songs got integrated into the game now👀👀 Like do they also play in the background at grocery stores or malls or bars or anything like that? Is one of them what Connor finds on Hank’s mp3? What’s the other context, I can’t wait to find out while playing👀🦫

Turner that’s based on a story about a Roman general named Regulus being tortured by Carthaginians by having his eyes sewn open and being forced to stare into the sun and while it’s gruesome i feel like there’s something there. someone use it as a metaphor in a fic or something i think it would be cool
