Iran produced 264,617 tons of aluminum ingots in the first five months
According to the Iranian Mineral and Mining Industry Development and Innovation Organization (IMIDRO), in the first five months of the Iranian calendar (March 20-August 21, 2024), Iran's aluminum ingot production reached 264,617 tons, a year-on-year increase of 1%.
Among them, Southern Aluminum (SALCO) produced 111,521 tons of aluminum ingots in the first five months (hereinafter the same), Iran Aluminum (IRALCO) produced 73,182 tons of aluminum ingots, Almahdi Aluminum produced 65,295 tons of aluminum ingots, and Iran Alumina Company produced 14,619 tons of aluminum ingots.
In the first five months, Iran produced 96,685 tons of alumina, 163,096 tons of aluminum hydroxide, and 284,828 tons of bauxite.
