snail, remember that little fancast of yours? alex skarsgård as doffy? yeah. it's been rotting my brain.

remember that subplot in season 4 of true blood when eric lost all his memories and turned into this softer and gentler version of himself, without his armour and and his sky high walls? now imagine doffy like this. maybe something happened, an attempt to overthrow his rule over dressrosa that resulted in him failing to block an attack for a devil fruit user (? idc something happened alright?) and now he is just like this. and it's your duty, as his precious, prized assistant, to keep him safe as word of the weakened warlord gets out. maybe you've hidden him away somewhere near but where still no one would think of looking for him. and he is so different like this. more innocent, sweet, every emotion he's ever perceived as weakness and therefore attempted to stifle is out on his sleeve. and so is his longing for you.

(the moment where eric told sookie if she kisses him he promises he'll be happy. yeah. THAT. but it's amnesiac doffy.)

of course he remembers everything that's happened once he regains his memories. and by then you're a looking at him in an entirely different way.

Sure, he's a bit of an asshole, but he feels so vulnerable that he just wants to lean on you in his recovery.

Valter defo has a chip on his shoulder about Bill and Alex being more famous than him, which is weird considering Stellan was dragging him around the all the Dune premieres to get him more recognition.

I think Hollywood is thinking “This is too many Skarsgårds” or maybe he’s just not talented enough too break into Hollywood. Cillian Murphy’s boy is about to make his acting debut and there are other nepo babies with less acting experience or talent. Honestly, I wouldn’t consider any of them A-listers. Stellan being the most respected out of all of them obviously. I think Alex, Bill, and Gustaf are great actors but I don’t see them as leading men-only supporting actors.
