Aaaaaaand somehow, I’ve written like 4,000 words more of this madness that was supposed to be a short one-shot....

Summary:

There came a point when you had to say enough was enough – and Eiffel was so THERE.

Constantly being flung about – knocked over – severed in two – bent in demeaning poses – vanished from existence – sent to the Sahara – flooded – completely obliterated – dressed up like a Christmas tree…. There was only so much a tower could take.

i imagine the reason hawkmoth akumatises mr pigeon so many times is because after the second or third time his puns just didnt land. like his pun was "one day im going to turn you into a pigeon and steal the miraculous back... yeah no that one fucking sucked i gotta try this shit again" and his next ones were all like "some day youre going to choke on a pigeon feather and ill!! okay no that one is just really violent, maybe he'll get them next week"

It’s a bit late compared to when I wanted to finish it, sorry, but here’s Riddle in Twst mlb au!

Now, I would follow my trend with Ace and Deuce and give Riddle a hero name in Japanese, but I headcanon him as a little British-French boy. His mum is British and his dad is French (Riddle can’t speak a lick of French other than au revoir, I’ve decided).

I think it’d be sweet if, even though he doesn’t know his dad all that well (allegedly, I don’t know a Mr Rosehearts), he wants to feel a connection, associating his father with freedom like how he associates being hidden beneath a mask as a hero as freedom.

I just think it’d be sweet guys.

I don’t know if you guys can tell, but I tried to make his little cowlick, ahoge things into little antennas while still keeping the shape of a heart. Pollen matches him.

Slowly but surely, the kwamis look less ugly the more I draw them.

Hi, of course!

Celestial Cat is indeed his name (Chat Céleste in French), here you go! (Note that in this scene, Hesperia uses the informal "tu" to speak to Chat, whereas the latter uses the formal "vous"). The scene doesn't explain what's happening, but I like to think that it's a stylistic effect, where the target of the "good" butterfly is given the impression that they have time to decide whether they want to accept the power that's offered or not, it really is their decision, contrarily to Monarque's akumatisations which might feel a bit rushed and might add to the feeling of being backed up against a wall the future Akumatised person might feel...

i just had an amazing question about miraculous and maybe, maybe i just connected the two dots... So the kwagatama contain the memories/souls/fragments/figments of all previous users right? And the memory-ghosts are shown in their one appearance as capable of emotion. what if The Black Castle (or whatever the episode is called again) isn't an akumatised person, what if it's the Black Cat Kwagatama that gets akumatised? Cause that's what stumped me about that episode title. I couldnt think of a single person for whom an entire castle would be apropriate. But if its an entire royal court? That'd make sense wouldnt it. Can you akumatise a Kwagatama Ghost? I dont see why not... they're as much a person as a Senti or a Markov.... Oh I am filled with so many evil fic ideas. -Black Castle (my version) Adrien VS previous cats, who are suprisingly friendly... Bonding with Chat-Palugg/"Plagg's Cat"/Sir Mordred of the Round Table, as they try to help Adrien deal with the "i murdered my dad" realisiation. -Loveliness. An akuma borne from the dissapointment of all ladybugs that came before Mari at seeing her treatment of her Catboy. -Just an open excuse to make any public domain character appear in a fic. (IE: Pied Piper akuma in the school) The fic potential... and I think it's even lore-compliant. Goddamn i need to start outlining... Y'all are free to the idea

PREVIEW:

With everyone distracted, she stood, rummaging through the food supply and retrieving every cake and donut she could find, then reclaiming her spot on the floor, systematically eating her way through the sugar offerings.

Because Cat Noir was a – a –

‘A SENTIMONSTER!’

Too late, she realised she’d just said that out loud. Screamed it, more like. The music had stopped.

How loud had she been? Had Cat heard it?

…what was she thinking? Probably everyone in Britain had heard it…if there were any people left alive.

Argos leaned over the counter, his vivid magenta eyes…well, vivid. ‘You okay, there?’

She looked up at him, half a donut hanging out of her mouth, the chocolate icing dripping down her chin. ‘I’m fine,’ she mumbled, slamming the rest of the donut in and chewing hastily, almost choking as it went down in large chocolatey lumps. ‘Why wouldn’t I be okay?’

‘It just seems that you might be having a sentimonster problem.’

‘Who, me? Nope! No sentimonster problems here! I am perfectly fine with sentimonsters. After all – I’m talking to you, aren’t I?’ She let out a high-pitched laugh that sounded pathetic even to her own ears.

He frowned down at her. ‘So why are you hiding there with ten thousand calories’ worth of cake?’

‘Um.’ She looked down at her arms. Okay, this was embarrassing. She dropped everything on the floor, already regretting the loss – then hopped to her feet, adopting what she hoped looked like a power stance. You know…if she couldn’t feel the chocolate all over her face. ‘I was just…recharging! And now I’m going to…go find my…my partner!’

He raised an eyebrow at her, unconvinced.

She climbed indelicately over the counter, almost slipping on donuts and landing hard on the steel flooring. Someone lifted her up – a woman with a harp, staring at her with large, concerned eyes.

All those worried expressions…it was humiliating. She didn’t feel like a superhero at all. She was just a girl who’d learned that her partner was…was….

Oh god, she wasn’t okay. She covered her face with her hands as tears fell from her eyes.

An arm went around her – probably the harpist. ‘It’s okay to cry.’ Her voice was as lilting as her instrument.

‘I’m just – I’m so confused!’ Ladybug sobbed.

‘Because you’re on a walking tower of scaffolding, amid Armageddon?’

‘…that, too!’ This really wasn’t her best day.

Okay so the whole Ladybug breaking the rings thing? I think everybody is obviously focusing on the "main" thing(and rightly so, not trying to hate on that), but me and my akumatised-marinette/akumatised-ladybug wishing ass saw that and had a Thought:

Dilemma of breaking a seemingly innocent object? Object being jewelry? You know what else is jewelry? THOSE EARRINGS. Which are Miraculous. That can be damaged/broken. So, akumatised Ladybug(via earrings) in a situation where the akuma has to be purified, at the risk of severe consequences by damaging the Miraculous/Marinette/Tikki? The weight of sacrificing her vs sacrificing the world?

I highly doubt there'd be a way to fix this with the powers of the earrings, it might just be a case of Bunnix trying to prevent the scenario from happening... still, I thought it was an interesting thought

(Sidenote: this idea could work with Chat Noir's ring, and probably works better too since the item capable of fixing everything could actually do that here)

i was thinking about how many tourists must get akumatised in the mlb universe and how they would be able to understand ladybug and chat noir. then i remembered that adrien speaks like a billion languages so this is canon to me.
