The Rise of Low-Code and No-Code Solutions in Business
Explore how low-code and no-code applications can help companies build unique applications without the help of technical skills.
For many years, there have been two routes that businesses take on their way to application development: buying ready-made apps from an external vendor or building these apps from scratch using skilled developers and codes.
However, in the last few decades, the scenarios have changed with the rise and growth of sophisticated low-code/no-code (LC/NC) development. This is a great alternative that brings the power of application development to users across different industries.
Further, low-code/no-code (LC/NC) applications provide a close fit to different business requirements, as they can be implemented quickly and cost much less than a system developed in-house.
So, the use of LCNC tools brings the potential for increased user accessibility, which promotes more innovation and relieves the load on IT departments. The adoption of LCNC platforms is the next step in making application development simple and accessible to everyone.
In this article, we will explore more about low-code and no-code through use cases and how they can benefit your business.
1. What is Low-code?
Low-code is a way of designing and building programs that use simple graphical tools and embedded functionality to eliminate the need for traditional or pro-code writing. Users may reduce their workload by utilizing low-code platforms that use tools to speed up and simplify certain operations.

Following the Trajectories of AI and Headless Technologies
Experiencing the new digital encounter when AI and headless technology intersect. Explore the article to get the latest insights.
“Time will tell how digital experiences will change as AI and headless tools converge.”
                                                            by Darren Guarnaccia
Over the last few years, AI and headless technologies have been on similar trajectories. Both technologies serve as solutions for modernizing and transforming how companies deliver fast and dynamic experiences for the web, mobile, IoT, etc. However, as asked in a Forrester article, can the two technologies work together?
The better question to ask—or, the more to the point trajectory to watch—is how and how soon they’ll merge.
Understanding headless and AI today
Brands are currently using AI to add appeal to customer experiences, such as creating chatbots that automatically personalize content to a user’s profile. The number of use cases is minimal, however.

AITech Interview with Ross Alcazar, COO at Softmatter
Tumblr media
Dive into an engaging conversation with Ross Alcazar, COO at Softmatter, as he shares invaluable insights into operations and technology.
Kindly brief us about yourself and your journey as the COO of Softmatter.
For many years, I’ve been working in the mechanical and electronics industry, working with a diverse set of companies from large US multinationals to mid-size. Asia-based component suppliers. During this period, I’ve always had a good level of engineering and problem-solving approach toward my customers’ goals when it comes to components and full-level assembly. I learned that my path to Softmatter working with fabrics was both foreign and familiar. Although a whole new set of processes and materials, in the end not much different in working with hard goods and soft goods which gives a level of familiarity and opportunity to apply many of the same industry practices.
Also Read: How Does Event-driven Architecture In Hyper-automation Help Your Business?
Please share with us your source of inspiration for venturing into innovation and technology.
My ability to use new tools, materials, and techniques to make and recreate what we use, love, and value in daily life serve as my inspiration. In much the same way a painter and artist can re-render works of art with different formats. I find that working and adding textiles to my current library of skill sets gives me a completely expanded viewpoint of how I would re-apply things that seem to be mundane in past projects and re-envision and refresh them to things that would be even more sought after from a form and function perspective.
Kindly brief our audience about Softmatter.
Softmatter is a group of super-talented folks that have transformed the art of creating everyday clothing and softgoods devices into an engineering function. I say this because, in the apparel world, art and design are created with the thought of enhancing the aesthetics, form, and comfort of those that wear them. By infusing tech, it adds another dimension of function to those designs which are bound by engineering, precision, and craftsmanship. Our team integrates tech into softgoods which demonstrates the perfect blend of design language, and tight tolerance levels of engineering control to maintain a premium device experience and give the conformability of traditional softgoods. Lastly, by engaging with us on Sketch to Shelf, we have the full vertical value stream to enable our customers to engage in the discovery process as well as knowing production standards are in place when ready to scale.

How AI can unlock the true potential of small EMDE traders
Tumblr media
Discover how AI technology is revolutionizing the trading landscape for small EMDE traders. Uncover the game-changing potential of artificial intelligence in optimizing strategies and driving success.
E-Commerce has dramatically improved the lives of many in the West. Thanks to advances in technology, traders can now buy and sell goods far more quickly, efficiently and securely than ever before.
Also Read: Guide to the Digital Twin Technology
But not everyone has been able to benefit from these new technological capabilities. Millions of businesses in emerging markets and developing economies (EMDEs) have been locked out of E-Commerce, often because they don’t speak the same language as the finance or technology provider offering that solution. Or, in other cases, adoption of the technology has been far too slow to be effective.
This puts them at an immediate disadvantage, given that the global E-Commerce market is expected to peak at $3.65 trillion in 2023, according to Statista. That means that as companies in developed countries continue to prosper, those in EMDEs will only fall further behind.
So how can their future prospects be improved? The answer is through the use of artificial intelligence (AI).

Failed Expectations: Six Actions for a Better AI/ML Strategy
Tumblr media
Unveil the secrets to crafting a successful AI/ML strategy with ‘Failed Expectations: Six Actions for a Better AI/ML Strategy.’ Learn from past setbacks and discover six actionable steps to optimize your approach.
Contrary to the ChatGPT boom, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies have been around for quite some time but only recently gained momentum outside of the tech sectors.
We’re seeing the topic of AI, in particular, everywhere these days: the news, social media, executive board rooms, and fiscal budgets. Leadership knows adopting new technologies is critical to staying relevant and competitive in the market today and five years from now, but this motive leads to a skewed perception or misuse of the technology itself. In fact, nearly a third of IT executives (32%) say their company leadership sees AI as a marketing tool for enhancing brand perception instead of technology that can drive business outcomes and product strategy. Yes, AI deployment is widespread, but 72% of those IT executives say their leaders don’t fully understand the technical capabilities available, so it makes sense another study found only a slim 12% of companies have a mature AI strategy in place.
Beyond a general misunderstanding of the tech’s capabilities, the state of AI is facing a number of obstacles. Research reveals company expectations are too high, organizations lack the right tools to propel initiatives beyond the experimentation phase, business and product application falls on the shoulders of the wrong internal team, and ultimately, leadership isn’t prioritizing AI/ML with the urgency needed to be successful.

AITech Interview with Thomas Johann Lorenz, Co-founder & CEO at Journee
Tumblr media
AITech Interview with Thomas Johann Lorenz
Can you tell us a little bit about your background and how you got interested in the industry?
I founded my first event company at the age of 18 and since then has been on a Journey of identifying and leveraging innovation potential. In addition to positions including the development of a lifestyle interior brand and as a partner in a model and promotion agency, I was deeply involved in the development of Berlin Fashion Week and led the business development and digitalization of Premium Group in the establishment of an international trade fair conglomerate. I also co-initiated the #Fashiontech conference, which under my management developed into the world’s largest conference at the interface between the lifestyle industry and technology. Together with Jeanny Wang, I founded veee.com in 2017 – a global digital B2B platform that scaled to the world largest B2B platform for the fashion industry with 2,500 brands being presented. Veee was acquired by NYC-based market leader JOOR in 2019, as one of the very few that have exited a company founded in Germany to a global player in the USA.. Together with my friend and  partner Christian Mio Loclair, I managed then Waltz Binaire, an internationally renowned creative hub for artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technologies and developed this into Journee in 2020, which is a world-leading technology to make Web3 and metaverse experience accessible to all across multiple verticals..
As a thought leader, what do you think are the biggest challenges currently facing the industry, and how do you think they can be addressed?
We see that the term “metaverse” definitely has negative connotations to it, some of our clients don’t even want us to mention the word “metaverse”, mostly driven through the performance of Mark Zuckerberg’s meta initiative that is lagging behind expectations but has steered the perception of the metaverse being just one place, instead of photorealistic 3D worlds that can be used to build for example a “Digital Twin Factory” connected with the organizations SAP.

AITech Park Interview with Osmond & Dave at Intelligent CloudCare
Tumblr media
Explore the forefront of AI technology in our exclusive AITech Interview with Osmond and Dave, experts from Intelligent CloudCare. Unravel the potential of intelligent solutions and their impact on the future of businesses.
Please tell us a little bit about yourself and your role as the manager of Intelligent CloudCare.
Ozzie – As far back as I can remember I’ve been surrounded by computers and technology. It all started with my aunt’s Commodore 64 PC when I was in my youth. I found it fascinating. There’s a quote from the movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”, “I asked for a car, I got a computer.” My situation is relatable. When I became old enough to drive all I wanted was a car. Instead, I received a new IBM PC.
I started my professional career in 2001, as a bench tech for a local IT solutions company. Since then, I’ve played varying roles, across a multitude of teams, ranging from higher education and medical billing to manufacturing and industrial design. Needless to say, it’s been quite a journey! These experiences showed me just how much technology is interwoven with so many aspects of our daily lives.
My current role, as the Sr. IT Manager of Intelligent CloudCare, is by far my favorite. I’ve been given the opportunity to develop a team and oversee the day-to-day operations, as well as grow the Intelligent CloudCare brand.

How AI is generating new revenue from music catalogs
Tumblr media
Discover how AI is revolutionizing the music industry by tapping into music archives for new revenue streams. Explore the intersection of technology and music catalog management in this insightful article.
AI-induced anxiety is ever-growing. Whether it’s the fear that machines will evolve capabilities beyond their coders’ control, or the more surreal case of a chatbot urging a journalist to leave his wife, paranoia that artificial intelligence is getting too big for its boots is building. One oft-cited concern, voiced in an open letter from a group of AI experts and researchers calling themselves the Future of Life Institute calling for a pause in AI development, is whether, alongside mundane donkeywork, we risk automating more creative human endeavors.
While some may discount these anxieties as irrational and accuse AI skeptics of being dinosaurs who are failing to embrace the modern world, the current developments must be taken seriously.
AI poses a potential threat to the livelihood of artists and in the absence of new copyright laws that specifically deal with the new technology, the music industry will need to find ways to protect its artists.

What is ACI and How is it Revolutionizing the EHR Industry?
Tumblr media
Welcome to the exciting world of Ambient Clinical Intelligence (ACI) and its potential to revolutionize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) industry.
Have you ever imagined a technology that can seamlessly integrate with the clinical workflow, interpret and predict physicians’ needs, and assist with documentation while reducing administrative burden? If no, then ACI is the answer.
ACI is a clinical intelligence technology that uses machine learning algorithms to analyze and understand a physician’s workflow and behavior patterns in real-time. It aims to provide clinical decision support and assist with documentation by automatically suggesting the appropriate codes, medications, and diagnoses based on the patient’s clinical data.
The EHR industry has been under scrutiny for years due to the documentation burden placed on physicians, which can lead to burnout and potential medical errors. However, ACI in the EHR industry is a game-changer as it can significantly reduce documentation time and increase productivity. With ACI, physicians can focus more on patient care and less on documentation.
But that’s not all. ACI can also predict potential patient deterioration and alert the physician before it happens, enabling proactive and timely intervention. It can also provide real-time clinical decision support by suggesting treatment plans and medication dosages based on the patient’s clinical data and medical history.
