Thinking more about OG Moshang like previous post where Airplane never intended Shang Qinghua to betray Mobei Jun, link .

Just thinking about OG Shang Qingua who is totally not Airplanes self insert he will argue you on that, just because Shang Qinghua is the character everyone underestimated but was pulling all the strings behind the scenes didn't to bow to or listen to others (Wanting him to change his story, having to pander to them to be able to eat) and got his dream man (originally at least) it's totally not airplanes wishful fulfillment, nope.

OG Shang Qinghua who is scarily competent, xantaos gambit having mastermind pulling all the strings to ensure Mobei Jun is the King and has all the power he can. Total Delia Briarwood I will break the world for us vibes. Kinda Yandere vibes hopelessly devoted to OG Mobei Jun, who is very much into this.

The only reason the 2 aren't together is miscommunication of demon/human courting (same in every universe) only reverse OG Shang Qinghua is doing demon courting (other than beatings) such as presenting other demons hearts ect and OG Mobei Jun is like '...is he... no my servant is human I must be misunderstanding'

A Mulan AU in the world of PIDW.

Shen Jiu is Mulan A Women/Omega that his family wants to marry to someone (especially if this someone is rich and famous). But he has a temper and all the attempt of marry him to someone fail.

His twin brother is Shen Yuan, a alpha who has a problem to a leg (so he limps) and is often sick.

One day, the ice demon, lead by Linguang-jun attack the cultivation world. He did a coup d'etat and so take over all the demon kingdom, killing his brother and keeping his nephew captive. He takes advantage of Tianlang-jun's emprisonement for that. (Yeah it's a Mulan au in a cultivation world, so it's demons, not the huns)

So the emperor Yue Qingyuan decide to recruit cultivator to create a big army. Shen Yuan is recruited but not Shen Jiu because he's a omega/she's a women.

But she knows that SY will die if he goes to the war. So SJ decides to go at his place and disguise into a alpha/man.

Meanwhile Airplane is reincarned into Mushu. The system orders him to protect SJ and makes sure he sucess. The reward is to be able to take a human form + a bigger dragon form.

Airplane: What do you mean, i'm in a version of Mulan of my story?

SJ doesn't trust this baby dragon but Airplane convince him by tellling him "look i stuck in this baby dragon form until you sucess and only if i help you, then please let me help"

SJ is a strategist so he has no problem to mess with everyone and make them believe he's SY.

The trio are probably Wei Qingwei, Original Shang Qinghua and Mu Qingfang but they are smarter that in the movie.

Then SJ decides to follow to the capital and save the emperor when (s)he sees that the demons are still alive. YQY is taken as hostage by Linguang-jun. SJ finds a plan to invade the palace to save him.

And they destroy (Mushu/Airplane destroy) Linguang-jun.

Airplane: that's for have been a asshole to your nephew.

Airplane: And having hurt my poor little meow meow.

Liu Qingge decides to bring back his fan to SJ. SY is very very happy to see that his brother found someone.

Airplane is granted a human body + a bigger dragon body and decides to check if Mobei-Jun is fine. Because the system

answer.
