Ditjenpas Susun Policy Brief Pelibatan Pokmas Lipas dan Griya Abhipraya dalam Disengagement Klien Terorisme

Jakarta - Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan (Ditjenpas) berkolaborasi dengan Search for Common Ground Indonesia menggelar diskusi untuk merumuskan ringkasan kebijakan (policy brief) "Pelibatan Kelompok Masyarakat Peduli Pemasyarakatan (Pokmas Lipas) dalam Program Disengagement bagi Mantan Narapidana Ekstremisme Kekerasan" di Hotel Grand Sahid Jaya, Jakarta, Rabu (3/7). Disengagement merupakan konsep yang dimaknai sebagai proses yang dilalui oleh anggota kelompok terorisme, gerakan radikal, gang atau kultus tertentu hingga akhirnya mereka memilih untuk tidak berpartisipasi dalam penggunaan tindak kekerasan.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Kepala Kelompok Kerja (Kapokja) Bidang Pelibatan Masyarakat dalam Upaya Reintegrasi, Atiek Meikhurniawati, memaparkan konsep Griya Abhipraya yang menjadi wadah kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah (pemda), Pokmas Lipas, pihak swasta, serta Balai Pemasyarakatan untuk program pembimbingan Klien Pemasyarakatan. "Tujuan Griya Abhipraya bukan hanya menyediakan tempat pemberdayaan bagi Klien, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat, pemerintah daerah, serta stakeholder lainnya untuk memberikan intervensi melalui program berkelanjutan," jelas Atiek.

Pihaknya menyebut bahwa pada tahun 2023, data Pokmas Lipas berjumlah 300 mitra kerja sama. Sedangkan jumlah pemda atau stakeholder lainnya yang telah tergabung dalam program Griya Abhipraya sebanyak 140 lembaga/instansi. Jumlah tersebut diharapkan dapat bertambah tahun ini, termasuk program pembimbingan khusus melalui disengagement bagi Klien Pemasyarakatan tindak pidana terorisme.

Secara umum, diskusi perumusan ringkasan kebijakan ini akan terbagi menjadi tiga sesi. Setiap sesi diskusi diakhiri dengan tanya jawab untuk menyamakan perspektif sehingga terdapat kesepahaman untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan program.

Diskusi sesi pertama bertema "Praktik Baik dan Tantangan Disengagement di Indonesia" yang dimoderatori oleh Kapokja Hubungan Masyarakat Ditjenpas, Dedy Eduar Eka Saputra. Selain Atiek Meikhurniawati, narasumber dari sesi diskusi pertama ini adalah Rika Aprianti selaku Kepala Balai Pemasuarakatan (Bapas) Surabaya dan Suprianto dari Tim Griya Abhipraya Bapas Malang.

Selanjutnya, diskusi sesi kedua bertajuk "Ringkasan Kebijakan terkait Upaya Berbasis Komunitas dalam Mendukung Disengagement: Pelibatan Bapas dan Pokmas Lipas, dan Pengenalan Griya Abhipraya sebagai Pusat Praktik Disengagement" yang diisi oleh Iwa Maulana selaku peneliti dari Center for Detention Studies. Pada sesi ini, narasumber menekankan pentingnya pendekatan psikososial dalam bentuk program dukungan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klien. Pendekatan ini penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan program dukungan disengagement dan mendorong reintegrasi dan rehabilitasi yang berkelanjutan.

Sesi terakhir dimoderatori oleh Anis Hamim dari Search for Common Ground Indonesia, di mana para peserta merumuskan kesimpulan dan rencana aksi bersama dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Adapun peserta diskusi berasal dari perwakilan Ditjenpas, Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme, Bapas Malang, Bapas Surabaya, serta perwakilan Pokmas Lipas, mitra pembangunan termasuk USAID dan MSI Harmoni, serta organisasi masyarakat sipil yang aktif dalam P/CVE termasuk AIDA, PAKAR, Infid, YPP, CSRC, dan yang tergabung dalam WGWC.

Jasico (Jason Grace x Nico di Angelo) from the Riordanverse. I still like the books even if I'm not up to date, but the fandom is pure garbage so I quit that part xD

Percabeth (Percy Jackson x Annabeth Chase), also from the Riordanverse. I couldn't not mention them

Cherik (Charles Xavier x Magneto) from X-Men. I've only seen the movies and was never involved with the fandom but I used to know all their scenes by heart

Oh there's all the KNB ones, I used to multiship like crazy. To this day I think it's the fandom I read the most fanfics for, maybe with HQ!! and EDEN. So the ones I have to mention here: Aida Riko x Hyuuga Junpei x Kiyoshi Teppei bro my first ot3 and the only of my KNB ships I never read a fic about I loved them so much and I'm sure if I rewatch it'd be the same

The different combinations of Kuroko Tetsuya x Kise Ryouta x Aomine Daiki x Kagami Taiga, also from KNB. Funnily enough, I don't like the 4 of them together, but the different match-ups of these 4 were all I was about haha! The time I awakened my multishipper soul..

15- Opinion on OC kids

They're not really my thing.

Pregnancy grosses me out majorly so I can't let my favs who haven't been through it in canon go through it in my head, you feel? I love omegaverse but really not for that aspect xD Adoption's better for that, to me, but still lol

The thing is, what I tend to like the most is the "pre-relationship" part, if that makes sense? Like, the pining, and how they got together, if at all. I don't often write or read about established relationships - let alone ones where's it's so established they have kids.

Also, like, when I want my OTPs who don't have kids in canon to be sort of parental figures, I just make them older siblings or parental figures of kids/younger characters that already exist in canon. For example in Tenkuu Shinpan, i have Yamajuoka as the big brothers of Haruka. Or also Rika as the big bro of Floor 9, or the other Guardian Angels as her stand-in parents. In Tokyo Ghoul, the Clowns toward Souta and Shikorae, esp Roma and Donato (not as a ship) as parents, the other as annoying big siblings.

This ended up longer than I thought rip I think the conclusion is that I'm all about found family and (somewhat) canonverse!

What I’m Watching - Summer 2021

Who do I make these posts for anyway. The answer is myself.

Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S - I love this show lol, not much to add. It’s been a long long wait but I’m expecting good things.

Shiroi Suna no Aquatope - The moment this was announced I was into it based off of key visual and cast and all the PVs and such have only got me more excited. Plus I admin the Discord server and that place has some history already. But yeah should be fun. Tbh anything with Rikako Aida in a leading role is a guaranteed watch from me.

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sotsu - Watched Gou as it was airing as my first exposure, fell in love with it, backlogged the rest of the anime, it was fucking fantastic, and now we see the continuation of that Rika and Satoko arc I was so endlessly engaged with. Very hype.

Magia Record Season 2 - Madoka’s my favourite piece of literature and just the idea of having more animated Madoka stories is so appealing to me - my recent rewatch of s1 really cemented that I do greatly enjoy Magireco in spite of its flaws and I’m very excited to get more of it.

Love Live! Superstar!! - Love Live is kinda just my favourite thing I don’t know what you expect me to say here lol. Please be good, please Chisato don’t get cucked, that’s basically all my requests.

Assault Lily: Fruits - Completionist mentality + shorts go hand in hand.

Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai! - Would say those first 6 are guaranteed finishes but it’s only maybes from here on out. Jahy’s cute, the rest of the cast are cute, this seems the most like it’d be a normal-ish cute girl anime of the bunch and I need those in my life or I’ll die. Cast is solid. 2 cours weirdly. If I’m not into it I’ll drop.

Sonny Boy - Tbh wouldn’t have checked this out at all if not for that early release. But it seems interesting. Based on how ep 1 ended and some of the names for other characters revealed we’re going beyond the school setting really quickly so hopefully my worries that it’ll be dummy Lord of the Flies are unfounded. Idk though this just reminds me so much of that and I like hate that book out of principle so worried for this. But I mean if it bores me I’ll drop it so.

And that’s it! 8 anime. 1 of them is a short. I might drop 2 of them. For the past 3 seasons I’ve tried over 20 shows, and most seasons before that I was still upwards of 12, closer to 15 or so. But no, I meant it when I said I’d be cutting down. So tired of making zero progress in my backlog because oops like 3 different shows come out every day of the week. Hoping with this schedule I’ll be able to watch more shows I’m actually interested in.

The name of my blog

Written adaptations of FE games! They exist! And whilst many, many people have heard of the Oosawa manga, that’s far from the only adaptation of FE4. There’s the Nats manga, a comedic romp through gen 1 that conveniently ends just before Belhalla. There’s the Fuyuki manga, which I have not read but apparently it’s focused on gen 2. There’s the 4-komas… they’re 4-komas… 

Then there’s the Suzuki novelisation, a very canon-compliant retelling of the entire game with a surprising amount of love for the game mechanics. 

Now, there’s one very important game mechanic that any FE4 lover knows about: inheritance. The passing down of items from mother to daughter, father to son (unless you’re Brigid or Ethlyn). Radical. But in reality, how would that even work? Sigurd’s still holding on to his silver sword, right to the bitter end at Belhalla. But baby Seliph rode off 2 castles ago. How would the sword get from here to there? Did Arvis send it in the mail? Unlikely. 

This is where the Suzuki short stories come in. My interest today lies in the 6th chapter of the first collection: A Thief’s Vow. I recommend giving it a read, but here’s a short summary regardless: 

3 years after the battle of Belhalla, Dew visits Edain at the abbey in Tirnanog. They’re glad to see each other are safe, but Edain has taken a vow to never speak to an outsider, so their reunion is short. As he can no longer help Edain, Dew takes it upon himself to help her children, and the children of others. He spends the next 2 years recovering weapons and returning them to the gen 2 characters. He later dies whilst trying to recover Balmung from the Yied Shrine. 

I like this story, and it’s one of the main basis for my interpretation of Dew. My Dew hasn’t gotten as far as gen 2, but it’s been a few years since Belhalla. He’s spent his time mourning, he’s built up his connections in Jugdral, he’s found the survivors and returned what he could… and he survived the Yied Shrine. 

He’s still trying to keep up his playful demeanour, but he’s grown a lot from that childish thief locked up in Marpha. 

Anyway, read the Suzuki novelisations if you haven’t already (especially gen 1) 

As for the other short stories: 

The Last of the Earth Dragon Tribe: Forsetti’s perspective on the miracle of Darna. Interesting stuff.

The Spirit Forest: Deidre’s childhood. A bit depressing.

General Aida: It’s about Aida. A personal favourite, but you can tell it was written pre-Thracia.

The Three Witches: Macbeth but it’s a dream the characters involved don’t remember. Good to know there are creatures in the FE universe that exist outside space and time.

Their Sealed Pasts: About Arvis and Deirdre’s relationship between their first meeting and the birth of their twins. Rika Suzuki draws Arvis very prettily, but the story itself is pretty squicky. (specifically in regards to Aida, this also has pre-Thracia vibes) 

A Thief’s Vow: You are here! 

The Killing Blow: After Belhalla, Brigid was put under house arrest by her previously unmentioned brother: Jale (fitting, because I want him to go to jail!). The biggest pre-Thracia vibes of them all. 

The Phantom Horse: The ghost of Sigurd’s horse inspires a member of Sigurd’s army to join Seliph’s army. All things considered, pretty uplifting in the end. 

My Child, Loptous: Julius slowly gets possessed. Fun if you’re interested in such things. 

Vampire: Loptyr!Julius had a lover called Camilla to who he fed his blood. She then becomes immortal, kills a man, and marries for wealth. Also gives the information that even generations later, Eldigan’s descendants always keep the same hairstyle. It’s very out there, but it’s a personal favourite. 

The Forested Land of the Lake: Jamke’s son Lester goes to sort out Verdane, a country that’s fallen to ruin. Genuinely, this is the story I recommend the most.
