You decide on a classic margherita, letting Mason call downstairs to place the order whilst you reach over him and grab the remote from the table next to his side of the bed. He sucks in a sharp breath when your hand falls on his upper thigh, not so innocently steadying yourself as you lean over him. You can’t say that you’d meant to touch him like that, but you won’t pretend that you didn’t love his reaction. OMG🤭

There’s something about being in your presence that makes him feel so calm. There’s no need for him to fake anything, no need for him to worry. finally had the courage to read iwyts 11 again 😫 my heart hurts sm for oc and jk. i also think the red string theory applies to them! they could’ve met when they were children or even years after that since their lives are so intertwined, yet they met years later which is probably at the right time—i say right time even tho they aren’t together and oc left but their time together pushed them to become better people and all that. and im sure they’ll find their way back to eo 🥺 also whenever i read a scene of oc or jk pulling back or just being dumb in general i imagine myself in a room w yoongi and mr ri and we’re all just shaking our heads 🤣 always rooting for oc and jk!! im excited to read the remaining chapters. i wonder how oc and jk will find their way back to eo 🥺 and jk being so brave and sure of his feelings, knowing that he is the right person for oc. we love to see character development! he’s come a long way ☺️

Hiii I'm sorry this reply took a while but ahhh someone mentioned invisible string, too! 🥹 It's a nice thought to have - that their lives are so intertwined yet they met at this point in time, when they've both experienced loneliness and the burdens of work, when they've started to realize their own desires for intimacy, and how their own pains that built over the years mirror each other. I love the idea of how they're becoming better people by accepting each other's kindness. This is something we see more with JK in the remaining chapters. 😉

as for the sunghoon and jay fight :o i didn’t write it since the fic is from mc’s point of view and i didn’t want her intervening in their convo but the way i envisioned it was just sunghoon and him hanging out like they usually would, and then jay just dropped the bomb. sunghoon was just shocked, anger building up, but he knew jay’s feelings from before so he didn’t explode. the black eye was kind of provoked by jay, like him egging sunghoon on to just punch him, half for sunghoon to have an outlet for his anger and half for him to feel less guilty about his feelings for mc. afterward they would just laugh after their little fight and go back to talking about how they made mistakes in past relationships and should’ve been more communicative with each other :’)

Sorry this came so late- but Merry Christmas @part-time-pixie !! I was your secret Santa for the @mlsecretsanta 2023 event! This piece went through a lot of complications because I was so unsure about a lot of things! Let me run down the process!

I knew it had to be your AU since that’s a lot more personal and I myself am a big fan of personalized stuff! So I actually never knew anything about Winx before this so I researched- about 6 episodes for context of the fairy and specialist relations- so that’s one reason why the startup was slow but then!! I needed to figure out a setting- originally I was going with Magix City- but the color palette was more green and I wanted a more warm palette- but for the life of me I couldn’t find a place that screamed romance- eventually I gave in and just looked up “date in Winx” or something like that- and boom!! This place showed up- so heavy inspiration of the setting from this screen shot (lots of details were forgotten waaah-)

And then it was little things- from my research I realized they only transformed when battling so I needed a casual outfit (note for some reason I forgot to apply this logic to Luka’s fit I’m sorry 😭) for Adrien that wasn’t his powered up form for a casual setting- I ended up just asking- and I hope that didn’t clue you in but nonetheless I hope it was still somewhat a surprise! I’m so glad I did though because at that point I could finally finish the sketch- which was around the end of December so I was stuck on that for a while 😭

I finished the line art and coloring in a rush and man you can tell ;v; I went through a lot in coloring stage- I tried finishing this piece during a family outing and my markers (about 80+) fell out of their holders and went everywhere- also learned coloring over my white pen did not in fact keep it solid and the white began to get washed away from the marker on top, revealing the line art I messed up on beneath- one of the things that made me glad I was late is when you made this piece and I realized his gem clasp was teal- I was gonna make it yellow since that was the last red fountain specialist color not used and I assumed he’d just take it lmao! Though in short I went through all the stages of grief when doing the coloring ;v;

All to say though I hope despite all the flaws you still like it! I was really happy with this around the line art stage and even now- I’m just harsh on my own work but this is actually the biggest piece in my art book (I’ve been working on this book since Summer 2022!) so I suppose that is to say I’m glad I was able to try something new with this one!

well the shipping is much lower. i have to pay 2 types of shipping: one for the item to get from korea to the GO manager and one from her to me. she couldn't tell me the exact number/price for shipping because it depends on the weight of the book but she told me estimates so i'm going to pick a middle number and 'calculate' the price that way. so i just put the book in checkout and my total is 84.60$ but with the GO it's only around 40-45$ (item + 2 shipping). again, this is just an estimate but i'm 99% sure it's going to stay between 40-45. also just a side note: my country's current rate (i think that's what it's called? when you convert your own currency into USD) is really really bad so this 40-45$ could actually be lower/higher, who knows what happens by november when they ship it. but that's just my country, it's different for everyone.

for the GO: i joined a facebook group where they sell bts merch in my country and a person posted that they would host a GO on instagram. i looked up the insta name on twitter and found a person who ordered from them. i asked them if the GO is reliable and they recommended the girl instead who i ordered the book with. she's both on instagram and twitter, but she only does GO occasionally.

i don't know where you live, she can ship the Jimin GO in the EU, but she said only if the buyer is willing to pay because shipping out of our country is kind of expensive. :(

I don't know what you were feeling when you started writing EE. It's just that, even if their arrangement is kinda weird they both seem to be happy and enjoying plus I could like this kind of angst/jealousy hahaha I could feel tae falling while o/c isn't aware. Tae getting jelly with o/c still liking Jimin how much more if he'll see them interact now that he know o/c's crush is still there. Etc etc. You know, most of the time after reading it, I'll imagine what will happen or possible different outcome for them. Hahaha I mean I guess most readers are like that esp with those they are really invested.

Eitherway, I usually don't send a message because I think that sometimes even though I keep on saying 'No pressure' it might affect you and unconsciously give you pressure so I just read silently and go back to your account once I feel the urge to read it again. I saw you said that you have a lot on your plate so don't think about it too much - about me telling you I kept re reading EE because believe it or not; I still love EE even this way. You know, think about their characters, development and stuff. Do take time to rest dear since you are also writing a lot. mr brain is a good drama, i would totally recommend it, but it is old so i think it’s hard to digest it now, esp filmography but i do recommend it! If you want a cute drama and a romantic one i would recommend hana kimi? It’s funny and cute. (also if you have encountered boys over flowers or meteor garden you probably have an idea of jdramas - the original is japanese as it’s a manga) what other dramas/films do you enjoy?

long venting under cut, just wanted to get it off my chest, pls skip ⏭ it’s basically me rambling here like it’s a diary entry

Honestly shoutout to my boss for calling in to check on me today. I’ve been so overwhelmed with so many different things I need to get done, I just shut down completely, emotionally and mentally, on everything I was doing. I put off doing everything and at some point, I accumulated a whole of people need to call/email for school and work that I’m way overdue on and my boss was one of them. But after like a week or two passed and I finally had free time to sit down and respond to her, I just got so anxious??? So I kept it putting that off and the stress of not doing it but knowing I have to became this whole cycle of me not doing anything and feeling like shit constantly 🤦‍♀️ but idk after talking to my preceptor recently about my concerns about postgrad and like omg when my boss called. she didn’t even bring up the fact it’s been a while, she kept it casual and was so nice, asking how I was, and how things are with the rotation 🥺 and it’s been months since I basically left her on read??? i expected her to be angry or upset, but she didn’t mention it all?? I ended up being the one to bring the topic up and kept saying sorry and she said ‘it’s fine, dw about it, everyone has times when they get too busy or overwhelmed, don’t feel sorry about it’ 🥺🥺🥺 idek it took a lot of the anxiety and stress I felt whenever I think about all the things I need to get done and it’s prob from realizing in that moment that every situation isn’t gonna be the worst case scenario I keep imagining and not everyone is gonna blow up and get mad at me for being MIA for so long. anywaysususu long rambling im so sorry to anyone who actually read through this but in conclusion, i finally feel a lil bit better compared to before and now can finally go into what’s hopefully a productive weekend 🙏 and to anyone ive been slow on replying to, ill be more active in the upcoming weeks!! finally figured out how to find good access to social media that’s NOT constantly dropping. honestly fuck those damn blocks on the company’s WIFI SMH. im already trapped working in the basement with no windows and then u add the pain of not even being able to connect to others outside there??? UGH 😩

also side note: I noticed I got some new mutuals recently and I saw and thank u so much omg 😭 idk how u found me or why u followed back because I legit contribute nothing except overusing ‘sorry’ in convos LOL but ahhh again thank you 😭 and hope we get a chance to talk in the future!
