whenever characters have a weird dad and a missing/dead/unmentioned mom the fandom tendency is to assume she's normal to balance it out. but it's always valid to instead assume she matched his freak. that she was freakier. if canon won't give you enough insane women to work with it's always morally correct to fill in the blanks with your own

Dawg, Clark Gregg is an insane dude actually.

He literally played a helpless, saddest puppy dog version of his character in a different universe that's just the smollest lil guy I wanna squeeze and hug forever (Like... look at him. Squish guy. fw!Coulson my beloved 🥹🫶🏻)

And then a little over a whole season later he plays an evil imposter version of his character that even when he smiles it doesn't look quite right (I was so hoping Daisy was gonna grab his skull and bash it into the table when Sarge asked "What? You got some daddy issues?")

I need Bob to just go all out in protecting Yelena verbally and physically. For example, someone is a little too loud or rude to her and he just backs her no questions asked whoever is against her is against me type of support.

And then, like, an og Avenger puts her in harms way or something, and he just goes all Void on them. Like, 'my Yelena, you touch her, and I will burn this world to the ground immediately, no guilt.'

And Yelena is just telling everyone to shove it when it comes to Bob, like 'i don't care what you think about him, but if you hurt him at all I will end you.'

Maybe the Void, Bob, and Sentry all come to the same conclusion, like 'we protect Yelena no mater what - you can try to control us but we will never ever hurt her.'

I just need this.

the framework also makes infinity more possible since the team but daisy and jemma have memories of another life that the other don’t really know about and what they do out of context (and with context sometimes) is still funny

daisy joking to coulson about soap making and may just standing there thinking that they have gone insane

jemma taking to fitz and saying that she technically was dead and had seen her grave and deke just staring at them confused about what his grandma is talking about

a bit more traumatic but still fun

AoS team probably make remarks about their previous mission without context confusing those who weren’t there.

for example

jemma and coulson joking to each other and jemma walks out of the room saying something about his ‘prostitutes’ and mack walks by just then

daisy and yo yo talking about exs and daisy says that at least her ex isn’t a pyco in her basement

hunter complaining about the danger on a low level mission and fitzs saying that at least there’s no drowning
