You just know, now that Agatha’s a ghost, she’s gonna mess with people - especially Billy.

Billy will come out of the shower, and words will start writing in the steam on the mirror -“Choose a better outfit today. That shirt yesterday was hideous.” Billy will quickly grab a towel to wrap around himself and yell “DAMNIT AGATHA, WE HAVE A BATHROOM RULE, REMEMBER…?!”

She’ll rearrange everything in his kitchen and his mom will start to think she’s going nuts, and Billy’s just glare at Agatha’s reflection in the microwave, while she just smiles and winks at him.

He’ll open his closet one morning and all his clothes will be purple

Could the scene of then flying be a reference to the fact that witches used brooms as a ritual to freedom, fertility, womanhood and sexually?

The use of hallucinogenic plants for shamanic purposes goes back to prehistory. In medieval Europe there were a number of hallucinogenic plants in fairly easy supply. Once this had been done, the effects of the “flying ointment” would begin to take effect.

And then we have these moments that they look like having some peace, freedom, pleasure, yearning and desire.

And why the fixation on the broomstick and not another object? The herbs used in such a preparation would have been kept in small broom-like bundles know as whisks, which may have been boiled whole in oil, both releasing the active ingredients from the whisk and thus soaking the handle with the concoction.

From the viewpoint of our modern times, such drug use and self pleasure are not such shocking acts, but are in fact liberating, but at the time a woman choosing to do what she wished with her own body or mind was so unthinkable as to be synonymous with the devil himself. Many women were tortured and killed because they dared to explore such personal liberties.

Remembering that we have some scenes in the show of Lilia talking about how the witches were perceived and how much the suffered, it would be interesting the possibility of the show bringing those elements to the history.

ppl don't know how to enjoy a juicy spicy dynamic anymore... i knew agatha and rio would end up ruthlessly betraying eachother since ep 4 aired and i was cheering for it. i knew they would end up unhappy and heartbroken again and i was giggling and clapping. their relationship is the most interesting thing marvel has done regarding romantic pairs so far and i'm twirling my hair and kicking my feet all the way. it's called slow burn. it's called fun. just have a good time and let's see what more of their story is in storage for us in the future

really unsure if it's rio genuinely being on agatha's side because of past and present feelings, or if it's rio pushing her own interests by fuelling a dependency on her so that she can happily reap her bodies from agatha's scheming. or a secret third thing i havent figured out yet. regardless it's an exceedingly fun dynamic to have rio's bloodthirsty loyalty and total fixation on agatha be possibly the only safe haven agatha has post ep 5

Why do people keep saying they want Agatha to adopt Billy or that Billy is a motherless child or that Agatha is Billy's new mom.... Y'all he says Rebecca is his mom, canonically in the show. Agatha isn't his mom.

Breaking down the Ballad of the Witches song

I heard that the Lopezes purposefully put in clues and hidden meaning about the show in the lyrics and so I decided to try to interpret them based off of what we know so far

... I know... I'm genuinely obsessed with this show but here ya go. There was a character limit, which is why these are screenshots

Phew, that took a while. I’m going to take a stab in the dark and predict the titles for the next few episodes. I doubt Alice will be the main character again in the last 4 eps, so I’m just using the lyrics of the sacred chant version.

Episode 6: If Sun Be Gone We Carry On Spirit as Our Guide

I initially thought it’d be Lillia’s trial but noticed the daggers in the poster for the 7th ep, which we see in the Wicked Witch castle that Lillia’s trial will be held at. So instead, I think we’ll get the backstory of Teen and how he found Agatha in Westview in flashback. In real time, I assume Agatha is going to climb out of the mud along with Jen and Lillia and 'guide' them to the next trial

Episode 7: Burn and Brew with Coven True

Agatha will be proven wrong. It’s not two but true because they will realise in Lillia’s trial where half their coven is gone, that they need all their members to pass the trial. This is why Lillia will sacrifice herself.

Episode 8: I hold Death’s Hand in Mine

We’re going to get the backstory of Agatha and Rio

Episode 9: To Glory at the End

Finale of how all of these storylines tie together

i hope everyone is having fun watching agatha all along (im a decade behind in the mcu and therefore have no idea how everyone feels about it) but i WILL use this opportunity to demand everyone watch FX's Legion. i am NOT asking anymore!!! fucked up morally gray lesbian aubrey plaza all the way back in 2017... i am Begging you to get on board

I wanted to take a moment to respond to a complaint I've seen a lot of people having about AAA.

I've seen a lot of posts, mostly about Agatha or Rio, talking about how they were "done dirty" by not having enough time dedicated to their stories. There were gaps they wanted to see filled in, or explanations for moments we see that we never get the background for. And I 100% sympathize and even agree. But people are blaming Jac and the writers for that and it is just so not their fault.

I would personally blame the prevalence of short-form storytelling that's dominating TV nowadays. I think we've actually forgotten how long seasons of TV used to be. The first six seasons of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. had 22 episodes each! And that's why it was so good! We got to spend so much time with the characters, learning their backstories and seeing them learn to care about each other.

If things feel rushed, if storylines feel incomplete, I would blame this shift towards shorter TV seasons. It's not Jac or the writers' faults-- they were given 9 episodes to pack in backstories and relationships for seven characters, set up the Young Avengers, build a satisfying story for a preexisting character (Agatha), answer questions left by MoM and Wandavision, and, you know, be a coherent TV show with a plot that made sense, all with a smaller budget than most other Marvel productions. This has been a problem for ten years-- all that pressure is the reason why Joss Whedon left the MCU. (Not defending Joss, just saying this trend has existed for a while now).

All this to say, if you feel unfulfilled with how AAA handled things, please don't blame the people who worked on it. They did everything they could with the short leash they were given.
