LG Clears ED Prosecution Against Kejriwal
Tumblr media
Arvind Kejriwal, former Delhi Chief Minister and national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party, is facing increased legal challenges. Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena has authorized the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to proceed with prosecuting Kejriwal in connection with the excise policy case. On December 5, the ED had formally requested permission to initiate prosecution against the former CM.
The Delhi High Court will hear Kejriwal’s petition on January 30, 2025, challenging the order to take cognizance of the ED’s chargesheet in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) counsel informed Justice Manoj Kumar Ohri that Additional Solicitor General SV Raju was scheduled to present arguments on Friday, but was unable to attend.
Initially, the court had set the hearing for February 19, 2025, following a request from Kejriwal’s lawyer. However, the hearing has now been rescheduled to January 30. Read More - https://24x7newsroom.com/arvind-kejriwals-troubles-mount-as-lg-approves-eds-prosecution-of-aap-convenor/

Resistance .. its many forms and values and dimensions and usage .. so it became urgently important to apprise the self of it from sources ..
"Resistance is a multifaceted concept, encompassing physical, psychological, social, and political dimensions. Its definition and application can vary significantly depending on the context in which it is considered. At its core, resistance involves the act of opposing, withstanding, or striving against some force or condition. This broad definition can be applied to various fields, including physics, medicine, psychology, and social movements.
In physics, resistance is a measure of the opposition to the flow of electric current in a conductor. It is quantified by the unit ohm and symbolized by the Greek letter omega (Ω). The resistance of a conductor depends on its material, length, cross-sectional area, and temperature. For instance, materials like copper and aluminum have low resistance and are therefore good conductors, whereas materials like rubber and glass have high resistance and are good insulators. Ohm's Law, a fundamental principle in electrical engineering, states that the current flowing through a conductor between two points is directly proportional to the voltage across the two points and inversely proportional to the resistance. This relationship is crucial in designing electrical circuits and understanding their behavior.
In medicine, resistance often refers to the ability of microorganisms, such as bacteria and viruses, to withstand the effects of drugs that are intended to kill or weaken them. Antibiotic resistance is a significant public health concern, as it makes infections harder to treat, leading to longer hospital stays, higher medical costs, and increased mortality. Resistance can develop through various mechanisms, such as genetic mutations or the acquisition of resistance genes from other bacteria. The overuse and misuse of antibiotics in humans and animals accelerate this process, making it imperative to use these medications judiciously and to develop new treatments.
Psychologically, resistance can manifest as a reluctance or refusal to accept certain thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. This concept is particularly relevant in therapy and counseling, where clients may resist discussing painful or traumatic experiences. This resistance can be conscious or unconscious and can hinder the therapeutic process. Understanding and addressing resistance is crucial for therapists, as it can provide insights into the client's internal conflicts and defenses. Techniques such as building a strong therapeutic alliance, using motivational interviewing, and gradually exposing clients to difficult topics can help in overcoming resistance.
In social and political contexts, resistance is often associated with efforts to oppose and challenge established power structures, policies, or social norms. Throughout history, resistance movements have played pivotal roles in advocating for social change and justice. Examples include the civil rights movement in the United States, the anti-apartheid struggle in South Africa, and the women's suffrage movement. These movements often involve a combination of nonviolent protest, civil disobedience, and sometimes armed struggle. The success of these movements typically depends on various factors, including leadership, organization, public support, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
In contemporary times, resistance continues to be a vital force in addressing issues such as climate change, systemic racism, and economic inequality. Activists and grassroots organizations worldwide are mobilizing to resist policies and practices that they perceive as unjust or harmful. Social media and digital communication have transformed the landscape of resistance, enabling rapid dissemination of information, coordination of actions, and amplification of marginalized voices.
Resistance, in its many forms, is an essential aspect of human experience and societal development. Whether in the realm of science, health, psychology, or social justice, resistance challenges the status quo and fosters progress. It embodies the struggle for survival, dignity, and betterment, reflecting the resilience and determination inherent in individuals and communities. As such, understanding and engaging with the concept of resistance is crucial for addressing the complex challenges of our world. "
... and at times the sources do not even address the most common of them all in the resistance ..
It be the pen and paper writing ..
When the pen has a resistance to the paper quality it is being written on the writing experience is determined as good bad or average ..
When the holding posture of the pen is conveniently comfortable to write, it produces the quality of writing exhibited ..
When the nib and flow of the ink on the pen is of desired like , the paper may be of the best resistance quality, the writing shall never be of the desired ..
Tumblr media
paper same .. nib different , pen different .. sign same , but all different in form and appearance ..

"modi is using it to appease votebanks" bitch when hasn't religion or basically anything was ever used to appease votebanks?
The unconstitutional, Waqf Act? Lol.
“give me vote I'll get ₹1000 to every woman's account” - AAP, Punjab
“give us vote we'll ban cow slaughter” - congress. Then proceeded to copy Jalianwallah Bagh massacre and massacred every pandit that were heading towards parliament to ask for what they were promised.
“Give us vote we'll make buses free” (while state is at major debt lol) - Telangana
I would call BJP stupid if they didn't use this. Congress got 21 lawyers to fight against the ram mandir case. How is that not appeasement?
Congress filed affidavit that Rama is just a myth and entire sanatan is mythical. How is that not interfering with religion? Who the fuck asked congress with their IQ of my little brothers shoes their opinion on my prabhu?
Recently Arvind Kejriwal was caught in corruption, he gave 101 crores I think, that's 1.01 BILLION rupees to Waqf Board how is that not appeasement?
Why are you guys acting so naive???? That's a POLITICAL PARTY they want voters lol and we'd rather prefer them than those who would give our tax money to the godforsaken waqf board.
Continuation of previous anon.
Fuck congress <3
Anon these people don't WANT to change their minds. They're comfortable with their hatred as they are.

Singhania Group flow for sustainability‼️
As the Delhi assembly elections of 2020 drew near, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal made a resolute promise to the public: to restore the Yamuna River to a state where it would be safe for swimming by the year 2025. Yet, as the deadline approaches, the grim reality of the river's pollution persists. Recent data from environmental agencies paints a stark picture - pollution levels in the Yamuna River have surged by a troubling 25% over the past year alone. The untreated effluents discharged by industries emerge as a significant contributor to this alarming trend. Furthermore, public awareness and concern regarding environmental issues have surged, with a notable 78% of individuals expressing a preference for supporting environmentally responsible companies.
In the midst of these environmental challenges, the Pollution Control Board (PCB) intervened, delivering a damning public notice against the Singhania Group. The accusation was severe - the group was accused of discharging an alarming 62% of untreated effluent into the already beleaguered Yamuna. This revelation cast a shadow over the reputation of the Singhania Group, a textile manufacturer with a distinguished three-decade legacy. The timing of this accusation couldn't have been more detrimental as the promising future suddenly seems uncertain for the company as share prices take a dramatic plunge in the wake of recent accusations. This unfortunate timing, just as optimism reigned, casts a long shadow over their previously rosy outlook.
The fallout triggered a domino effect, eroding investor trust and confidence. With scepticism about the company's leadership and practices rising, investors are pulling back, sending share prices spiralling downwards. Heightened media attention and public speculation further amplify the negative sentiment, compounding the downward trend.
This situation underscores profound questions about environmental responsibility, corporate ethics, and the integrity of political promises. While the actions of the PCB may appear justifiable in their mission to safeguard the Yamuna, the timing raises legitimate concerns about potential political motivations. Conversely, the Singhania Group finds itself grappling with the consequences of potential negligence in effluent treatment, underscoring the critical importance of responsible industrial practices.
In response to these challenges, the Singhania Group must embark on a concerted outreach campaign aimed at showcasing their ongoing efforts to address environmental concerns. Transparency, coupled with robust community engagement initiatives and tangible sustainability measures, will be key in demonstrating the group's unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship. By aligning their corporate interests with the broader goals of societal and environmental well-being, the Singhania Group can chart a course towards a more sustainable and socially responsible future, thereby regaining the trust and confidence of the public.
TASK AT HAND
As the Singhania Group's CSR head,
1) develop a CSR campaign to restore the company's reputation
2) an investment portfolio that prioritises sustainable solutions.
3) Make a website to promote the company's CSR actions and increase transparency.

Kejriwal Expresses Gratitude to Rahul and Kharge for Backing AAP on Delhi Services Bill
The Delhi Services Bill took center stage as Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal extended his heartfelt appreciation to Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge and MP Rahul Gandhi. Their resolute support for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) against the GNCTD (Amendment) Bill, 2023, was acknowledged by Kejriwal with gratitude.
In individual letters addressed to Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, Kejriwal conveyed his thanks on behalf of Delhi's populace, numbering two crore. He lauded their party's stance in opposing and voting against the GNCTD (Amendment) Bill, 2023. Kejriwal's letters carried his profound respect for the Congress leaders' commitment to safeguarding the rights of Delhi's citizens both within the Parliament's chambers and beyond.
Kejriwal stated, "I would like to place on record the heartfelt appreciation for championing the rights of the people of Delhi inside as well as outside the Parliament. I am certain that your unflinching loyalty towards the principles of our Constitution will be remembered for decades."
The Delhi Chief Minister's remarks also hinted at his collaboration with the 'I.N.D.I.A' bloc, a coalition of 26 Opposition parties. He expressed eagerness for their continued support in the ongoing battle against elements that undermine the Constitution. Kejriwal's letters were in harmony with similar gestures extended to Nitish Kumar, Uddhav Thackeray, Mamta Banerjee, Sharad Pawar, MK Stalin, Hemant Soren, and KCR.
Notably, the Delhi Services Bill triumphed in the Rajya Sabha, garnering a significant victory for the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA). Securing 131 votes in favor, the bill surpassed the opposition coalition 'I.N.D.I.A,' which managed 102 votes against it. Following this outcome, Arvind Kejriwal passionately critiqued the Central government for their approach and interference in Delhi's governance.
Kejriwal's affinity for his role as 'Delhi ka beta' resonated as he highlighted the consistent support from the people, reinforcing his commitment to governance aligned with their aspirations. As the political landscape continues to evolve, the impact of collaborative efforts and the voice of the people remain integral to the fabric of India's democracy.

Will immerse our medals into Ganga, sit on hunger strike at India Gate, say protesting wrestlers
India's top wrestlers, including Sakshee Malikkh, Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia, said they will immerse their medals into river Ganga on Tuesday and then sit on an indefinite hunger strike at India Gate. Since April 23, the grapplers have been protesting against WFI chief Brij Bhushan Singh over sexual harassment allegations levelled against him.
Tumblr media
India’s top wrestlers, who were recently detained and removed from their protest site at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar, have said they will immerse their medals into river Ganga in Haridwar on Tuesday and then sit on an indefinite hunger strike at India Gate.
Wrestlers including Sakshee Malikkh, Bajrang Punia and Sangeeta Phogat, put out a statement on their respective Twitter handles, saying the grapplers would go to Haridwar and immerse their medals into river Ganga at 6 pm.
“These medals are our lives, our souls. There would be no reason to live after immersing them into the Ganga today. We will stage a hunger strike until death at India Gate after that,” read the statement in Hindi.
Since April 23, the grapplers have been protesting against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh over sexual harassment allegations levelled against him by female athletes, including a minor.
Dramatic visuals emerged from the wrestlers’ protest march as hundreds of cops and paramilitary personnel blocked their advance towards Parliament House on May 28. As the protesters tried to breach the security cordon, a fierce tussle broke out — the wrestlers and cops pushed, shoved and grappled with one another.
In the joint statement, the wrestlers said the Prime Minister “who calls us our daughters”, did not even once show his concern for the grapplers. “Rather, he invited the ‘oppressor’ (Brij Bhushan Singh) to the inauguration of the new Parliament building. He even posed for photographs in bright white clothes. We have been stained by this brightness,” it said.
The statement said, “Where is the place for the daughters of India? Have we been reduced to people indulging in mere sloganeering or do we have an agenda to come to power?”
“We are going to immerse these medals into river Ganga… The more sacred we consider the Ganga, the more sacredly we had achieved these medals by toiling hard. These medals are sacred for the whole country and the right place should be in the Ganga itself,” it said.
The protest, which started on April 23, at Jantar Mantar saw heartbreaking visuals on the day of the new Parliament building’s inauguration when Delhi Police cracked down on them in the midst of their march. An FIR was lodged against the wrestlers for taking out the march to the new Parliament building, mentioning that their protest would hamper “national prestige”.
The wrestlers, who resumed their sit-in last month after the first round of protests in January, have been demanding the arrest of Brij Bhushan Singh, also a BJP MP from Uttar Pradesh’s Kaisarganj.
Opposition leaders, including Congress’s Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee have condemned the Centre over their inaction against Brij Bhushan Singh.
The WFI chief dismissed the sexual harassment allegations levelled against him by some female grapplers.

Bjp Win Election In Delhi.
In a historic political shift, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has reclaimed power in Delhi after a 27-year hiatus, securing a decisive victory in the 2025 Delhi Legislative Assembly elections. This landmark win not only underscores the BJP's resurgence in the capital but also reflects a significant realignment in the city's political landscape.
Election Overview
The elections were conducted on February 5, 2025, with all 70 seats of the Delhi Legislative Assembly up for grabs. The voter turnout stood at 60.54%, indicating a moderately engaged electorate. The BJP emerged victorious with 48 seats, while the incumbent Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) managed to secure 22 seats. The Indian National Congress (INC), once a dominant force in Delhi politics, failed to win any seats for the third consecutive term.
Key Factors Influencing the Outcome
Anti-Incumbency Sentiment: After a decade in power, AAP faced growing public dissatisfaction. Unfulfilled promises, particularly regarding environmental issues like the cleaning of the Yamuna River and improving air quality, eroded public trust. A significant portion of the electorate expressed discontent with the AAP government's handling of pollution and access to clean drinking water.
Corruption Allegations: The AAP government was marred by corruption scandals, notably the alleged irregularities in the liquor policy and extravagant expenditures on the Chief Minister's residence, dubbed the 'Sheesh Mahal' controversy. These issues were prominently highlighted in the BJP's campaign, leading to a perception of widespread corruption within the AAP administration.
Leadership Challenges: Prominent AAP leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, lost their seats in this election. Kejriwal's defeat, in particular, signified a substantial blow to the party's morale and raised questions about its future leadership. reuters.com
BJP's Strategic Campaign: The BJP capitalized on AAP's vulnerabilities by focusing on issues of governance and development. Their promises to revamp infrastructure, enhance public services, and address environmental concerns resonated with a populace eager for change. The party's ability to project a vision of progress and stability played a crucial role in swaying voters.
Notable Victories and Defeats
Parvesh Verma: In a remarkable contest, BJP's Parvesh Verma defeated AAP's Arvind Kejriwal in the New Delhi constituency. This victory not only unseated the sitting Chief Minister but also symbolized the BJP's ascendancy in the heart of the capital. livemint.com
Karnail Singh: Representing the BJP, Singh won the Shakur Basti constituency, defeating AAP's Satyendar Jain by a margin of 20,998 votes. This win underscored the BJP's penetration into areas previously considered AAP strongholds.
Arvinder Singh Lovely: A former INC stalwart who switched to the BJP, Lovely secured the Gandhi Nagar seat, defeating AAP's Naveen Chaudhary by 12,748 votes. His victory highlighted the BJP's strategy of incorporating experienced politicians from rival parties to bolster their ranks.
Implications for AAP
The AAP's significant losses have prompted introspection within the party. Outgoing Chief Minister Atishi Marlena acknowledged the defeat, stating, "We accept the people's mandate. I have won, but it's not a time to celebrate but continue the 'war' against the BJP." This sentiment reflects the party's resolve to regroup and redefine its strategy in the face of adversity.
Congress Party's Continued Decline
The INC's failure to secure any seats for the third consecutive term underscores its diminishing influence in Delhi's political arena. Despite efforts to rejuvenate its base, the party's inability to resonate with the electorate raises questions about its future role in the capital's politics.
Formation of the New Government
As the BJP prepares to form the new government, attention turns to the selection of the Chief Minister. Several names have emerged as potential candidates, including Parvesh Verma, Rekha Gupta, and Vijender Gupta. The party has announced that the new Chief Minister will take the oath of office on February 20, 2025, at Ramlila Maidan, in a ceremony expected to be attended by a large gathering of supporters and dignitaries.
National and International Repercussions
The BJP's victory in Delhi is poised to have far-reaching implications:
National Politics: This win bolsters Prime Minister Narendra Modi's position, especially following mixed results in previous national elections. It signifies a consolidation of support in urban centers and may influence upcoming state elections.
International Perception: Regaining control of the capital enhances India's political stability in the eyes of the international community. As Delhi often serves as a barometer for national sentiment, this victory could impact foreign relations and international investments.
Conclusion
The 2025 Delhi Legislative Assembly elections have marked a pivotal moment in the city's political history. The BJP's return to power after nearly three decades reflects a combination of strategic campaigning, public desire for change, and the effective addressing of local issues. As the new government takes shape, the onus will be on.

Delhi Lessons
It is an irony of fate that the party that had stormed into power on the promise of fighting against corruption finally fell under the weight of allegations of corruption and its failure to fulfil its electoral pledges. Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) drubbing at the hands of the BJP in the Delhi Assembly elections is a lesson for all parties which go against their core ideology and…

Delhi Elections, results and my thoughts
3:30 PM - 8 February 2025
Once a party rose to power with historic public support, but today its chief and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal lost his constituency. People gave him not just one but two chances. While some promises were fulfilled, others turned into mere vote-bank rhetoric. A leader once celebrated is now facing defeat.
Change doesn’t happen overnight; it unfolds over time. His overconfidence and hunger for power gradually shifted him away from the vision he once promised the people. Arvind Kejriwal, who rose to power as a people's leader, began to act more like an owner than a servant, growing arrogant in his belief that no one could defeat him in Delhi. The corruption charges against his party members, along with multiple arrests, have eroded public trust and shaken people's faith. His controversial remarks, including those that hurt religious sentiments, made him appear biased. His tendency to play the blame game and make accusations of defamation against other parties has overshadowed his focus on fulfilling his own responsibilities. Allegations of scandals led to his arrest, but beyond that, his focus shifted from governance to personal ambitions. While many politicians do this, Kejriwal was framed as the "Nayak" of politics, a role he ultimately failed to live up to.
Hopefully, Arvind Kejriwal learns a lesson this time and comes back stronger instead of blaming others. Let’s see how the winning party BJP governs Delhi and fulfills its promises. He made both good and bad decisions, but there’s no denying he was a popular CM and will be strong in opposition.
Note: These are just my personal thoughts. I’m not much into politics, I prefer history. Politics often fuels division, while history teaches valuable lessons from the past. It helps people learn, observe, and apply insights to shape a better future.

Kejriwal is now trailing again by a little over 400 votes in the New Delhi seat, while Atishi is also behind.
Arvind Kejriwal, former Delhi Chief Minister, is trailing again from the New Delhi Assembly seat, while Manish Sisodia is leading from Jangpura. Incumbent Chief Minister Atishi is also behind in Kalkaji.
After the ninth round of counting, Kejriwal remains behind in New Delhi by over 1,000 votes, while Atishi trails in Kalkaji by more than 3,000 votes against Ramesh Bidhuri. Meanwhile, Manish Sisodia is ahead in Jangpura by over 2,000 votes.
Most exit polls released on Wednesday and Thursday predicted a BJP victory over AAP. As of 11 AM, BJP has crossed the halfway mark.
In Vishwas Nagar, BJP candidate Om Prakash Sharma is leading with a margin of 1,741 votes. In Shahdara, BJP’s Sanjay Goyal has a narrow lead of 506 votes.
Simultaneously, vote counting for by-elections in Uttar Pradesh’s Milkipur seat and Tamil Nadu’s Erode seat is also in progress. All necessary security arrangements have been made. The election for Delhi’s 70-member assembly took place on February 5, recording a voter turnout of 60.54%.
AAP is aiming for a third consecutive term, while the BJP is striving to return to power in the National Capital after more than two decades.
Congress candidate from the New Delhi constituency, Sandeep Dikshit, stated on Saturday that he has no knowledge of any post-poll alliance between his party and AAP, as it is a decision for the high command. Speaking to ANI, he said, “I have no idea about the alliance. It is the decision of the high command. Let the vote counting happen.”
Most exit polls released on Wednesday favored BJP over AAP. However, AAP leaders dismissed these predictions, arguing that exit polls have historically underestimated their performance and expressed confidence in securing another term.
BJP’s campaign, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, targeted AAP over issues like alleged pollution in the Yamuna River and the renovation of Arvind Kejriwal’s official residence. The PM also used terms like “Aapda” and “Sheesh Mahal” to criticize Kejriwal.
Meanwhile, AAP has highlighted its work in the education sector during its eleven-year tenure, with Kejriwal claiming that BJP would “end free education” if it came to power.
Congress MP and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, also campaigned against Kejriwal and senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia, accusing them of involvement in the alleged Delhi excise policy “scam” case.
