Germany grants more professional visas.

How effective have the reforms been?

A collaborative announcement from three German government ministries indicated that by the end of the year, approximately 200,000 professional visas will have been issued.

“This signifies an increase of over 10%” in comparison to 2023, the announcement stated.

Furthermore, it was noted that there is “significant interest” in visas for studying in Germany, completing vocational training, or having foreign qualifications recognized.

The issuance of visas to students from non-EU countries increased by more than 20%. The rise for vocational trainees was even more pronounced, at around two-thirds, while the number of individuals seeking recognition for their foreign professional qualifications surged by nearly 50%.

The Opportunity Card operates through a points-based system that assesses an individual’s eligibility based on their qualifications, knowledge, and experience.

Applicants are required to demonstrate financial resources of approximately €1,000 ($1,050) per month for the entirety of their stay.

Hey guys I am starting this thread to know about agacs pvt ltd reviews? Who all have processed any kinds of visas with Agacs consultancy and how they did the processing and were you happy or not with them.

Personally I have an excellent experience with Agacs company as they helped me not only in getting H1B visa but also they helped me in Finding a suitable job opportunity in USA. Also they helped my Spouse get a Job by applying an EAD for her. Only after she got her EAD she is now able to work professionally in a Big firm in USA.

I am also attaching an evidence of my EAD for proof. This is because many people i heard are saying that spouses cannot work in USA and companies dont file EAD for spouses until 3 years, but its false. AGACS helped me file EAD for my wife within first 6 months by doing an H1B amendment. Therefore I am attaching a pic for evidence. I need the people to get proper information and not false information as internet is now a days filled with much negativity.

Pourquoi on nous déteste, nous les Français ?

Une plaisanterie que vous entendez très souvent à l'étranger : « La France est le pays le plus merveilleux au monde, dommage qu’il y ait tant de français. » Comme un pays est surtout son peuple, il est évidemment inconcevable d’aimer un pays et détester sa population. Bon c'est un peu vrai que nous les Français savent souvent irriter et agacer les étrangers. La France a, pendant plusieurs siècles, été la référence en termes de goût, de chic, de culture etc. L’étranger en est souvent intimidé. Confronté aux sentiments de supériorité culturelle de beaucoup de Français cela crée facilement de l’irritation de part et d’autre. Les Français parlent mal les langues étrangères mais sont, en revanche, extrêmement exigeants et intolérants vis-à-vis des étrangers essayant d’utiliser leur langue, de surcroît, une langue particulièrement difficile à comprendre. Les Français ne sont pas toujours très aimables avec les étrangers. En Allemagne, par exemple, un autochtone va typiquement se plier en deux pour aider un touriste, chose nettement plus rare en France. Dans un contexte qui implique plusieurs nationalités, le français a souvent du mal à s’adapter et peut être enclin à faire cavalier seul. En France, et plus particulièrement à Paris, les touristes sont connus pour être la cible d'escroqueries et de pickpockets. Lorsque les 132 ans d'histoire coloniale de la France en Afrique du Nord ont pris fin en 1962, plus d'un million de personnes ont quitté l'Algérie et d'autres la Tunisie et le Maroc pour "retourner" dans une France qui n'était pas la leur. Parmi eux se trouvaient des Européens de différentes origines, de nombreux Juifs nord-africains et des musulmans qui avaient combattu pour les Français en Afrique. Ils ont été rejoints dans les trois décennies qui ont suivi par 700 000 musulmans algériens, attirés par le boom économique des trente glorieuses de la France après 1945. L'économiste Thomas Piketty a identifié cette période d'après-guerre comme celle d'une croissance exceptionnelle des richesses, mais aussi d'une égalité croissante grâce à une fiscalité progressive et à des programmes publics. Lorsque cette période s'est brusquement terminée dans les années 1970, elle a laissé une population toujours divisée par la race, la religion et les vieux ressentiments, désormais exacerbés par les difficultés économiques. Marseille est devenue la ville à grande population arabe dont les faubourgs sont sales et surtout pauvres, tandis que Toulon et Nice sont devenus des bastions des pieds-noirs, les anciens résidents blancs d'Afrique du Nord, avec des logements à bas prix loin du centre. N'oublions pas que dans l'Algérie, la Tunisie et le Maroc coloniaux, les musulmans ne pouvaient pas devenir citoyens français sans renoncer à leur statut de musulman. Seul un nombre infime d'entre eux a réussi à obtenir ce privilège. En France, les musulmans ont pu obtenir la citoyenneté, mais des barrières invisibles ont continué à empêcher nombre d'entre eux de participer pleinement à la société. Des études récentes ont démontré que les musulmans sont constamment victimes de discrimination sur le marché du travail. La France n'a pas réussi à tenir la promesse de sa devise nationale : Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité. Les pieds-noirs se sont également sentis abandonnés. Ils se sentaient responsables d'une entreprise coloniale que la France voulait oublier. Ils se croyaient la cible d'un racisme que les autres Français préféraient ne pas reconnaître en eux. Une étude réalisée en 2006 a révélé que 44 % des pieds-noirs interrogés avaient voté pour le Front national (FN) dans le passé. En effet, ils ont été un bastion de la montée de l'extrême droite dans la politique française. Ils ont voté pour le FN en dépit ou à cause de sa rhétorique raciste, antisémite et antimusulmane. Mais maintenant, les partis traditionnels récupèrent ces électeurs en adoptant le même ton. Ailleurs en France, le racisme n'ose pas dire son nom. À Nice, il est à la vue de tous. L'ancien maire, Christian Estrosi, par exemple, a remis en question le droit des personnes nées en France à recevoir la citoyenneté automatique. Il a qualifié les musulmans de "cinquième colonne" et a décrit certains immigrants comme n'étant français "que sur le papier". La décolonisation a été une étape cruciale dans la restructuration des politiques d'immigration en France car, au début des années 1960, les sujets coloniaux français sont soudainement devenus des étrangers. Parallèlement, les anciens fonctionnaires de l'administration coloniale ont trouvé un nouvel emploi dans le secteur public de la France métropolitaine. Ce chapitre contribue au débat académique sur la continuité entre le passé colonial et le présent de l'immigration, en étudiant les fonctionnaires en charge de fonctionnaires chargés de décider qui peut entrer en France, pour y visiter et y travailler, et qui peut accéder à la citoyenneté française. Il vise à analyser le pouvoir discrétionnaire des fonctionnaires et à exposer les normes qui sous-tendent leur pouvoir. Pour comprendre les enjeux de cette transition, le chapitre commence par établir une distinction entre la domination coloniale et la politique d'immigration. Il analyse ensuite les évolutions du début des années 1960 et la manière dont certains bureaucrates ont pu transférer leurs compétences et leurs pratiques. Enfin, en analysant les dossiers d'immigration individuels, il montre comment cette transition a eu un impact sur les étrangers eux-mêmes. Les décapitations, les violences sexuelles, la torture et le laïcisme militant de la France coloniale dessinent un parallèle contemporain. Le niveau d'arrogance qui se dégage du palais de l'Élysée ces dernières semaines, ces derniers mois, voire ces dernières années, est ahurissant. Surtout d'un point de vue social ou la grogne se ressent dans les rues, par le biais des manifestations et de la montée des votes pour l’extrême droite. L'Algérie a souffert du colonialisme français pendant 132 ans, de 1830 à 1962, et les estimations algériennes suggèrent que 1,5 million d'Algériens sont morts des suites de la guerre au cours des presque huit années de lutte pour l'indépendance et de résistance à la barbarie française. Cela ne tient évidemment pas compte des meurtres et de la dépravation subis par les Algériens aux mains de l'occupant français pendant les 124 années d'occupation précédentes, et cette dépravation était absolument stupéfiante et totalement institutionnalisée dans sa portée. L'un des principaux exposants et innovateurs du programme de torture français, le lieutenant général Marcel Bigeard, a pleinement admis l'utilisation par la France de la torture systématique et des exécutions par décapitation pendant la guerre d'indépendance algérienne. Dans une interview accordée au journal français Le Monde en 2000, Bigeard a décrit la torture comme un "mal nécessaire", mais a nié être lui-même activement impliqué dans la torture. Qu'il ait été directement impliqué dans le recours au viol, l'enterrement de vieillards vivants ou le versement de béton cimenté sur les pieds des victimes avant qu'elles ne soient jetées à la mer, appelées par dérision "les crevettes de Bigeard"  le général français est certainement responsable, tout comme ses collègues et supérieurs au sein du gouvernement français. L'une des ironies de la vie est que les hommes responsables de ces atrocités ont vécu pendant l'occupation nazie de la France et étaient pleinement conscients des politiques génocidaires de cet État fasciste. Parmi ces généraux et fonctionnaires se trouvaient des membres de la résistance française contre l'Allemagne nazie, qui n'avaient pourtant aucun problème à infliger des politiques similaires aux Arabes et aux Berbères, sans parler des crimes français en Indochine et ailleurs dans le monde. Malgré tout cela, et la reconnaissance par le président Emmanuel Macron que la torture était systématiquement utilisée en Algérie, il n'y a notoirement pas eu de véritables excuses.

Et les Français devraient s'excuser.

Avec toutes les tortures, les violences sexuelles, les accaparements de terres, le prosélytisme laïc militant et les décapitations, nous n'aurions pas tort de décrire la France comme une version de Daesh datant de l'ère coloniale qui a réussi à forger un empire, contrairement aux terroristes d'aujourd'hui. Bien que je répugne à utiliser la violence d'aujourd'hui pour aborder des événements qui se sont produits dans le passé, de peur de tomber dans le piège de l'anachronisme, ce qui s'est passé en Algérie est encore dans la mémoire vivante et les attitudes interventionnistes françaises en Afrique du Nord aujourd'hui sont très inspirées par leur histoire coloniale qu'ils doivent encore expier et excuser.

Les victimes de la sauvagerie française méritent mieux.

L'histoire bien documentée de la France en matière de barbarie très récente étant établie, nous devrions maintenant nous pencher sur ses fausses allégations selon lesquelles la Turquie se comporte de manière "criminelle" en Libye. On ne sait pas exactement ce que les Français veulent nous faire croire de si criminel dans le fait que la Turquie apporte son soutien au seul gouvernement internationalement reconnu en Libye. Contrairement à la France, la Turquie a été directement invitée à apporter son aide au gouvernement d'entente nationale. Le rôle de la Turquie est en totale conformité avec le droit international, contrairement au rôle de la France qui peut être légitimement décrit comme criminel, Paris ayant violé à plusieurs reprises un embargo sur les armes soutenu par l'ONU afin d'armer le seigneur de la guerre Khalifa Haftar. La France a mis tous ses œufs dans le même panier et a cru qu'Haftar aurait balayé toute opposition avec ses armes et le soutien financier et militaire de l'Arabie saoudite, des Émirats arabes unis et de l'Égypte voisine. Macron avait parié qu'une victoire rapide d'Haftar aurait conduit à des contrats de reconstruction français et à l'accès aux vastes réserves de pétrole de la Libye pour le géant pétrolier français Total. Aveuglé par l'opportunisme, Macron a foncé tête baissée dans le bourbier libyen aux côtés des forces antidémocratiques et s'est rangé du côté des dictateurs et autocrates arabes. Dans la plupart des circonstances, Paris aurait eu raison de faire un tel pari. Cependant, ils n'ont pas misé sur une réponse turque robuste, rendue nécessaire par les accords qu'Ankara avait conclus avec le GNA et qui tournaient principalement autour de ses intérêts énergétiques en Méditerranée. L'aide militaire turque a complètement bouleversé l'équilibre des forces et a fait fuir Haftar de la périphérie de Tripoli plus tôt, ruinant les plans de Macron.
