Step 7 Fill the resulting ���boats” with the cheese stuffing prepared earlier and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the khachapuri in the oven, heated to 240 ° C, for 15 minutes Step 8 Then remove the baking tray with Adjarian khachapuri from the oven. For each, release 1 egg. Place in the oven for another 2 minutes. Serve on the table, distributing pieces of butter over the khachapuri. Adjarian khachapuri is eaten with hands, not with a fork with a knife.
