3. Adonna Khare’s drawings are never pre-planned; rather, they evolve with her experiences with people and the absurdities of life. Khare uses animals as more of a language and a chosen vessel for telling stories. Each of the drawings is a chapter of her life. This drawing, “Ruminating,” is about dealing with the constant overthinking of the what-ifs. It’s a personal challenge she’s been dealing with involving huge life changes.  Since all her drawings are emotion-based, I think she posts her work online so people can relate and not feel alone when dealing with heavy emotions caused by difficult times.
