The Haunted Atlas
Adelphi Theatre - London, England
51° 30' 36.1728'' N / 0° 7' 22.7892'' W
London theater said to be haunted by the ghost of William Terriss (pictured below), a popular Victorian actor who was murdered there by a jealous rival.
The murder occurred on December 16, 1897, during the run of Secret Service, a thriller starring Terriss and his mistress and leading lady, Jessie Milward. Also in the production in a minor role was actor Richard Arbor Prince, who apparently harbored a great jealousy and growing hatred of Terriss. Finally, Prince went out and bought a dagger, intending to kill Terriss.
Early in the evening of the fateful date, Prince ambushed Terriss as the leading man unlocked the Adelphi stage door in Maiden Lane. Terriss expired dramatically in Milward's arms, whispering, "I'll be back." Prince was tried and convicted of murder but was found insane. He spent the rest of his days at an institution for the criminally insane. He died in 1897 at age 71.
The presence of Terriss's ghost was not reported until 1928. A stranger in town, who did not know about Terriss's murder, saw a male figure dressed in gray Victorian clothes in Maiden Lane. The figure vanished suddenly, and the witness concluded he had seen a ghost. He later identified the figure as Terriss from a photograph.
Also in 1928, poltergeist phenomena manifested in the dressing room once used by Milward. A leading comedy actress known as June felt light blows on her arms, a sensation of being grasped, and the inexplicable shaking of her chaise longue. She also witnessed a greenish light above her mirror, and heard two taps that seemed to come from behind it. Later she learned that Terriss had been in the habit of tapping Milward's dressing room door twice with his cane whenever he passed it.
In 1956, Terriss's ghost reportedly was drifting around the Covent Garden Underground Station, dressed in a gray suit, old-fashioned collar, and white gloves. The ghost frightened witnesses. A spiritualist held a séance at the station and produced a sketch that bore a remarkable resemblance to a photograph of Terriss.
The greenish light was reported as late as 1962, when night workmen saw it take the shape of a man and float across the stage. The ghostly figure opened the stage curtains and then proceeded into the stalls, tipping the seats as it went.

New Costumes……..
Act 1 & Act 2 Later changes variants
As a little tribute to the 2010-2011 London production of
Love never Dies.
Costume Design Bob Crawley.
Costumes worn at the very end of the Musicals run in 2011 after several changes to made to Mr Y/ The Phantoms costumes.
Thank you to Theatre Wardrobe department for the sale of these stage costumes.
I did enjoy this musical on its short run in London. Saw the show three times. Each time it seemed to change differences in costumes and lyrics. Never saw the show as a continuation of phantom but a stand alone show as I absolutely hated what happened to some of the most beloved characters from the brilliant original.
(Future Costume Plans. Ive got two more Phantom related costumes in the pipeline but they will be a long term build project’s Not going to give too much away but its going to be extensive 👀 )
Stay Tuned……..

Saw back to the future!! It was literally so great and visually stunning, I’ve had it described to me as “Camp but really good” and that’s exactly how it was, had a lot of fun and honestly I would’ve just gone for the special effects

Back To The Future The Musical Trailer “Lorraine. My Density Has Brought Me To You.” Or at least to the Adelphi Theatre, London for a night of wonderment of sheer spectacle, laughs and good music at the Back To The Future Musical. The latest in a now enlarging line of movies that have been adapted to the stage, which seems to have bucked the previous trend of the 90’s to do it the other way…

King of the Beggars
Recently mentioned in an exhibition at the British Library, Beyond the Baseline: 500 years of Black British Music, Billy Waters (c 1778-1823) was a Black street performer in 19th-century London, known for his singing, violin playing, and entertaining people with his unique antics. He gained fame when featured as a character in William Thomas Moncrieff’s 1821 production Tom and Jerry; or Life in…

With the release of From The Rehearsal Room - Tokyo to Ramin's youtube I finally, finally, continue and finish this side project I'm doing.
Initially, I used AI to mastered it because the first version I got from bilibili were not in good quality but I wasn't satisfied and I found the much better quality. But with Ramin uploaded it to youtube, I re did all the mastering just with audacity for both Part 1 and Part 2. The Part 2 is still from the better version I found from bilibili, by the way.
What you need to do is just download the file and put it on your music player. The metadata is all completed as if it's whole legit album. Enjoy, guys!!
And I'm being weird so all the lyrics that are put there are from my listening although I still use what I found online but I still listened and compared. They made few ad-libs and changes and I notice because for the songs that I wasn't familiar, the lyric that I found online and what they sang was slightly different. Perhaps they sing the newer version of the lyrics or mistakes? Even each Sheytoons songs they sing one in both parts differ from the ones I found online.
Another sample from my favorite:

#from the rehearsal room#ramin karimloo#hadley fraser#more to come probably idk we'll see#i should've also continue that eight letters project *sigh#sheytoons#edit: the lyrics hehe#add: tbh after i read steal our moments lyric so many times i even transcripted this mostly myself#bcs this is the only one among all the songs in this session that doesn't have the lyric online because they sang this so rare like soo rar#why am i starting to feel this song is about sierra lol sorry but my inner shipping heart can't resist#i even consult chatgpt (i know why idk but just asking really)#aren't all sheytoons songs written when ramin was in LND? written exactly in his dressing room in adelphi theatre???#and tbh most of sheytoons song are mostly about observing women but who idk it could be different#one of them could be about mandy and the other could be about rosalie because i know at that time she and hadley were dating already right?#or it could be some random lady#steal our moments: perhaps it's about a fleeting or secret relationship#the first verse is that the girl is full of life (house full could mean fulfilling life) but she is lonely and sierra lived alone in london#the singer and her share dreams and memories and then she plays her game of make believe could indicate that both of them are actors#every night and every day this is what we do: that's their work. they're on stage together every day every night. and ofc spending time tgt#and then the reff is about the singer doesn't want keep living like this bcs it makes him guilty maybe? he's tearing his soul apart#the singer can't stop thinking about her so he prays that things work on in the correct way even though they can't do anything about it now#so yea :D#fish noodle couple

ADELPHI.
Here Mr. Albert Smith presents us with "The Tarantula; or, the Spider-King." The piece opens with a scene, representing the Realm of Reptiles, in which Spiderion, the King of the Spiders, and other unearthly objects, are brought into notice, so as to constitute a Monster Meeting, which is terminated in a skilful manner by its transformations into a cloud. In a subsequent scene, the height of the ridiculous is attained in a "coaching incident," in which a car is introduced, drawn by horses made of boys, two to each horse. Luigi (Miss Woolgar) is the victim of the tarantula receiving what is supposed to be a fatal bite, and, on the strength of this belief, Luigi's betrothed, Loretta (Madame Celeste) is affianced to Dr. Omeopatico (Mr. Wright), but Luigi's recovery slightly deranges this secondary arrangement, and restores the status quo. In the course of the piece, "the village in flames" furnishes opportunity for a very brilliant and effective scene. The illustration is a most effective tableau of the principal characters.

Stranded
Seconds tick down at crossings, marking time and if you take the time to look after a stranger’s baby while their mother collects some food, then take a moment, the only moment that you have, to hold the infant in your eyes, to wish him love and health. Take a breath amongst the hubbub and the clamouring to pray his life goes well, that circumstances hold him and that years from now he’s not…
