We all want more asexual representation. And unfortunately, during the beginning stages of this wave, we're going to see a lot of explanations and focus on the differences between asexuals and allosexuals.

I know it's kinda selfish, but can I have more asexual charactes that aren't aromantic? One who stands up and says that you can love without sex, and that they deserve love without having to engaging in something they prefer not to?

Also a aromantic character that isn't asexual? One who doesn't feel guilt about needing and wanting people, but not seeking a romantic relationship with them? One that is open and proud, and in no way ashamed for their lack of love and need of sex?

Please?

Edit: I realize some aroace people got frustrated at this post due to having next to no representation already, and I admit it was blind of me to phrase it how I did.

I was (unfairly) annoyed when I made this post because I kept seeing people write ace characters I really like to be aro as well. (Which is more then fine to do btw!)

Ace of the Week #4: Kim Minho

Two things that are commonly mixed up among allosexuals and baby aces is sexual attraction (what the defining trait of asexuality is) and sex drive (also known as libido, the biological urge to have sex).

Sexual Attraction is the targeted desire to engage in sexual activity with a particular person. This is a spectrum, and the one in which perhaps most of the asexual microlabels fall.

Libido is not targeted at anyone or anything. It's just the urge to feel sexual pleasure or release. This is the spectrum that also may get confused in the attempts at medicalizing and "treating" asexuality, because having low libido is often considered a disorder or a side effect of medications.

Sex favorability, another spectrum, is your personal stance on engaging in sex.

Sex positivity, the final spectrum discussed here, is your overall stance on sexual activity - whether by you or by anyone else.

^Just a quick correction about "Sex Positivity," a more accurate definition would be that people are free to have and enjoy as much consensual sex as they like (as said by CheCheDaWaff on Reddit).

Someone needs to do a thing about Phoenix Wright becoming a Tumblr celebrity/meme in universe, getting treated in a similar way to how we treat Hbomberguy irl. Also, that description of his relationship with the Prosecution really doesn't do any justice. Apparently, Phoenix only started practicing law so he could meet this man in court again.

Who gave this indestructible homosexual a law degree? He clearly has too much power.
