Loik Radzhabov stops Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady in the 3rd round.

Fun lightweight scrap to open up the UFC card. I know Al-Selwady from him beating George Hardwick on the contender series and thought he looked pretty good there. Got flashes of that here. Very Massaranduba type game. Radzhabov stayed on the front foot all fight. Managed to hurt Al-Selwady early on, dropping him and almost stopping him from mount. Al-Selwady recovered and spent much of the next 6 minutes doing some cool stuff. Lots of overhands on Radzhabov who was coming forward head up in the air just walking at times cause he seemed fatigued. Got caught with one going for a flying knee but didn't connect cleanly enough to put him down. Al-Selwady eventually took him down as he started to actually walk forward tired.

But it was all for naught. Radzhabov's pressure proves too much. Al-Selwady throws a kick as Radzhabov tries to close in and ends up being forced backwards, having to throw a punch to defend himself. Radz catches him with a right hook around the guard and the fight is over. Ref definitely slow on the trigger as Radz rained down strikes.
