When you think of depression what is the first thing you think of? I know it's a heavy topic but it sits very deep with myself as I have been living with and managing my depression for what feels like ages. Being told at 12 years of age that I will forever have this heavy blanket of emotions on me was a lot to handle. Now knowing anxiety is also there hand in hand with my depression I wonder how I am going to get up some days but I feel like I have failed everyone when I can't just simply do small tasks. I have love and support, I still have times where my soul feels dead. The inner most part of myself would like to not exist. I understand. I am here for anyone who may need an ear or shoulder to cry on.
