So I really like this game

It was fun to be able to play it on my own with no help from Youtubers and stuff ^^

The game has 1 ending, though you can have 2 different kinds of game overs lol (I'll get to that later)

The mc (Bok-su) and her relationship with the bride (Da-Jeong) is sad , but not shocking lol. You can kind of tell from the promotional art (and the theme of atonement said in the itch.io description) that Da-Jeong and Bok-Su are not on good terms.

I like that Bok-su was able to get her revenge on Da-Jeong. Obviously her way of doing it is horrible, and the groom (Myeong-hoon) being a main part of her revenge is sad, because he had nothing to do with this.

However, I dont feel that bad for Da-Jeong at all. Yeah, two wrongs dont make a right, and people panic, but she essentially ruined Bok-Su's life and reputation to save her own ass, so I really can't bring myself to feel too bad for her.

Sure you can argue that the situations are different, with Bok-Su purposefully killing Myeong-Hoon meanwhile what Da-Jeong did was a mistake, but I personally am a firm believer of getting your lick back, so 🤗..

I also like how the deaths and reactions are the exact same lmao.

The patient Da-Jeong killed was a man, and his mother said something along the lines of like.. "You killed my son" (I dont exactly remember, depsite me literally just playing LMAOO) and Myeong-Hoons mom literally says the same thing/something adjacting to that too Da-Jeong.

Da-Jeong runs off and during her break down says "I didn't do it-", which is what Bok-Su says when shes retelling the story of what Da-Jeong did to her.

Bok-Su had to goal of getting her payback to make Da-Jeong atone and she accomplished it. And the crazy thing is, despite everything that happened, Da-Jeong never said sorry.

She never said sorry. Not when Bok-Su showed up to the wedding, not when the two of them where alone in the garden, and damn sure not when Da-Jeong had "enough" of Bok-Su being there.

She never said sorry, not even when she pointed the blame onto Bok-Su. In fact, Bok-Su repeats a line that Da-Jeong said to her when (I'm assuming so anyway) the incident happened. Da-Jeong told her that she didnt have anything to worry/be mad about.

The ending of the game, obviously, isnt really a happy ending. Bok-Su gets her revenge and makes Da-Jeong go through what she did but 10× worst. So sure its happy for her,but its still horrific lol

Which is why I love endings for the games that Studio Investigrave makes. With the exception of Cold Front, all of the endings across all the games arent truly happy ever after kind of endings.

With Dead Plate, Rody either has to kill Vincent after finding out his ex was killed and turned into food by him AND after he tried to do the same to Rody.

Yeah Rody makes it out alive, but theres still a horrible and traumatic incident that happened. He knows why Vince did it, and was able to get rid of him, but it doesn't erase the fact that Manon is still dead. (Or with the other ending he leaves the restaurant and never find Manon, because shes in the fridge "missing".)

With Elevator Hitch, the cycle repeats for Protag. When he finally gets the chance to leave the Elevator and the building, hes stopped by some..guy ?? (Who looks like an alternate lmao) and is convinced that he needs the job. The exit doors then open up into the elevator again. He never leaves that building, and is probably stuck in a time loop.

With Eloquent Countenance, Angelica either gets the ritual redone on her by the cult, or is stuck in the cult with the knowledge that shes not the only one in her body. But that she shares it with an angel pretending to be the dead wife of the cults pastor.

Yeah, she lives, but she has to wait until Forcas can fully save her from her possession by said angel. The ending, like Dead Plate and Married in Red, is horrific.

And then with the other ending of Cold Front , if you push Winnie off the stairs, he dies in the crash and Auggie takes his place. It's a happy ending for Auggie, sure, but he never gets the closure or the realization that Winnie was never the wicked and mean person he made him out to be in his head. Its disturbing how content he is with it, with the fact that his former best friend is dead and how he replaces him.

But yeah, erm... the game was fun, 10/10 ^^

As more women decide to not have children or reproduce, a popular talking point is that maIes will rape and kill us all for refusing them. For starters, this says it all about how everyone is fully aware of maIe evil & female oppression. If it was a tiny minority of maIes that are abusive as many pretend, then this wouldn't be the kneejerk response. The idea that maIes will protect us or not hurt us if we comply is a trap. They will hurt women & girls no matter what we do. This is said to shift the blame of their actions from them to women.

One crucial thing to understand is that maIes already mass rape and kill women & girls even when women partner + reproduce with them. Subconsciously we know this given the measures we take to navigate this world. Most times women are killed it's by maIes they know, in many cases it occurs when women want to leave or have left but it also occurs when women are in relationships because if maIes cant find a reason to hurt women they'll create one. They'll accuse women of cheating, bc food wasnt cooked properly, bc she got pregnant, etc. Speaking of which, murder is one of the leading causes of death for pregnant women & its typically done by their partner. MaIes rape women just after they've given birth. It can take months to years for womens bodies to heal but doctors say "6 weeks" as its unexpected that maIes will "wait" longer than that. So obeying doesnt stop maIe violence, it's just an excuse to justify their terrorism. There is no reforming the system nor is there getting by peacefully so long as we do what maIes want because their intention is destruction no matter what. MaIes lied & claimed women will be protected but it's slavery. MaIes dont protect women and neither does the system so dont buy their threat.

There are several cases where maIes have raped & killed women despite having a partner and children. Wayne couzens had a wife & kids yet still raped & killed Sarah Everard, lewis haines killed Lily Sullivan despite having a wife and child. The toybox killer, and ted bundy had partners yet they still raped & killed other women. Many maIes who rape prostituted women have wives & kids at home. This takes me to my next point: terrorists are never content. It doesnt matter how much you give bc all they want to do is take. They want to constantly reaffirm their beliefs, security, and entitlement to the world so they'll keep causing havoc no matter how much you obey. There's a reason why developed nations do not pay ransoms nor do they negotiate with terrorists in many cases because when you give into these peoples demands they do not go away. It may keep them at bay for a bit but they will only return with bigger demands and will be willing to cause more harm and damage. The same thing applies to maIes & their terrorism. Giving in wont stop their violence or change them. At first short term they're kept at bay (if theres other women they abuse in their vicinity) but long term it wont work. Women have loved, served, fucked, provided labour, reproduced with, and birthed maIes for millenias. Women have given everything to maIes and what did they get in return? More violence, more demands, more destruction we're all familiar with this. No amount of submission has changed maIes for the better.

What's actually dangerous is women trusting + living around maIes, we're expected to just rely on how they wont hurt women but believe me maIes gain a power trip from the strength differences between the sexes. Even if they dont actively hurt women, the threat lingering in the air alone is a power they enjoy. So dont be paralysed with fear or think our refusal to interact with maIes is a cause for their violence. I wont deny that it's scary but this isn't just about us. It's about the future, the world our offspring are coming to. Assuming maIes get everything they want, it'll never be enough they'll keep plundering for more so at some point we need to put our foot down regardless of the cost.

I want to conclude this by recommending reading this post. The key point is

Opting out is for the select few who want to do nothing with heterosexual nonsense even if the price of doing so is death because partaking in their drivel is death, physical and spiritual, and if they really did care about distancing themselves from it all that much they would know that death is the least you will be willing to put up with.

I've noticed that most women who bring up the possibility of maIe retaliation are still seeking relationships with maIes in their lives so this seems more like another excuse in the end. The concern for maIe retaliation is real, especially among newer separatists, 4B, wgtow etc but the seasoned ones realise it doesnt matter and if deəth is what it takes to not be associated with maIes and their systems then so be it. Hell even the average woman would take another option or death if they were pre-faced with a situation where they have to be around maIes but there's no other woman to occupy them. BUT IDM CUZ THE FIRST ONE IS ACTUALLY COOL but that also takes Fenrir away from meeting Topaz but for this one lets just believe he was never fired from the IPC ;3

As they’re out of Talia, they no longer have the obligation to stay with one another anymore. They don’t need each other to survive.

And you know Fenrir’s philosophy of “If I’m not wanted, let me be needed. If I’m not needed, use me until there’s nothing left.”

So, Fenrir was fully ready for Aventurine to just drop him off then and there and go dwindle with the IPC works. Yk they say when a blind man see he will throw his cane away. He learnt to read and everything, started using a lil phone so that they’d still be in contact and was just scared that he was going to be left alone now that they’re not forced to be together.

But no, Aventurine stayed, and they are still good friends. Family almost. (I know i say oc x canon and i dabble in a little romantic content at times, but if Fenrir was canon i would want them to be canonically found family. Romance is my crazy 4am yearnmaxxing thoughts.))

Fenrir was first taken aback and was distancing himself a bit, but soon warmed up to the thought that he can be loved without an external force. He can be loved without obligation. Same way with Aventurine during his time in Talia. During Talia, Aventurine did notice that Fenrir did go against his own virtues of “survival of the fittest” for him, not out of obligations, just that he cared. (Im so sick). They will learn love comes unconditionally, although it was a bit alien to them at first and kinda hated it, they won’t deny that it felt nice to be loved like that.

Fenrir knew Aventurine worked late hours sometimes. You know, Fenrir is an obsessive freak at times, he will know your schedule and pattern - that’s the case with Aventurine. As they are good friends, found family, yadayada, Fenrir often lend a hand with the house chores whenever he drop Aventurine off. Cleaning the house, doing the laundry, if there’s still time he’ll even cook dinner.

And it’s not like Aventurine need Fenrir to do this either. He doesn’t need Fenrir to give him a ride home, he has a personal driver for that neither does he need Fenrir to do the house chores, he’d probably have some automatic robots stuff from Dr Ratio or he bought it themselves. He let Fenrir do these things because he let Fenrir love him / he allowed himself to be loved :3

I've seen a lot of posts talking about how excited they are for Rox to be fired from the team, but also talking about how much they don't like Qwel for 1. defending him and also 2. some things stated in a doc about Qwel. I'll see if I can link the Qwel Doc, and you can read it over yourself of course, but I'm just going to give my own two cents as a grooming victim, a transmasc nonbinary individual, and as someone who read over the document.

I agree, Qwel should apologize for defending him for so long, however it is mentioned by both Qwel and inside the document that new information came out. It's not like Qwel had a sudden change of heart about what we already knew, but something else came out that we don't know about yet. However, please do remember that Rox was grooming not only people, but also their entire staff team, which very likely includes Qwel. You can be groomed as an adult, and while you should understand and apologize that what you did in that situation was wrong, she was very likely being manipulated.

EDIT: added this screenshot. Rox was indeed manipulating Qwel and lying to her for years. Also an apology, a short one but still an apology.

The Qwel document is very old, and the creator of the document themselves have put multiple notices and, at this point, completely moved the old doc around, in order for people to understand that it is old and not professionally created. That doesn't make the points in the document moot, but it does mean even the creator doesn't believe they're as important as people are making them out to be, and the creator also no longer, and has no longer, wanted to be involved in any of this.

This point is when I tackle the contents of the Qwel doc itself. I wish to note that while my tone may become less professional and potentially aggressive, I do not mean any harm to anyone involved in the doc or people who believe in the doc wholeheartedly. I am simply putting in my two cents. I will also be using the same codenames for people as they do in the document as well as color-coding them, for ease of reading. I will also be calling the creator A, again for ease of reading. Please, click the Read More link to read the rest of my thoughts.

EDIT: Also added more screenshots of Qwel being manipulated and lied to by Rox at the bottom. I believe Rox was grooming Qwel in order to keep the relationship they had and power he had in Blushcrush. This isn't about Rox, but Qwel, so I won't deep dive into that, but that is my belief from what we know.

The Qwel document is, at the very least, almost five years old now. I don't have concrete dates for anything else in this document besides the first event, so I have to assume everything else came out at around the same time. Qwel was, in these screenshots, fifteen years old. A lot can change in four/five years, including the way you respond to others, speak to others, and think of issues such as race and gender/sexuality. Even A themselves state to 'excuse the way they word things, as they didn't fully understand the LGBTQ+ community.'

A stated 'Qwel said I was acting like a creep for being friendly and clingy to Dark Pit' but has no examples, written or screenshots, of how exactly they were treating Dark Pit besides talking about them while they wasn't around, DMing them often enough to make them anxious, and become overwhelming for the people around them including Dark Pit. I don't want to shift the blame onto A, but talking about how 'cool' someone is and that alone doesn't seem like the same thing as what Qwel was describing in their talk. A also, in the screenshots, agrees that everything Qwel said was true to a point. This conversation doesn't seem like Qwel is trying to be manipulative or 'pushing A to admit their feelings,' as Qwel really only says 'hey what's going on with you two' and lets A explain themselves. Qwel had also spoken to Dark Pit beforehand about their crush, so A's behavior was obvious enough in that regard.

Dark Pit has anxiety, very bad anxiety, and that's stated multiple times throughout this part of the document. Dark Pit also has a fear of confrontation, to the point where they are scared of asking A to stop DMing them and 'being seen as mean.' Dark Pit and Qwel spoke together before Qwel spoke to A, so it's likely that Dark Pit was the one to tell Qwel to let A know that they weren't interested in a relationship. Qwel did say, jokingly, 'no one else is as strong a speaker as I am,' so that could be implying that Dark Pit asked her to tell him.

I don't think we have enough information about Sheik to say why exactly Qwel told Sheik about what happened, if she knew A didn't like them, or what, so while I can't say anything about this, I will repeat that Sheik apologized and that they are on better terms currently. I don't know why Qwel is acting like she doesn't know this person if they were/are truthfully 'best friends,' but we have no screenshots showing any of this and it could be that Qwel forgot about them. Also, I believe being fifteen is an alright excuse for mediating something that you arguably shouldn't have been involved in. You were young and dumb, and it's been five years. You make bad decisions when you're fifteen.

If A's actions were making Dark Pit and other users uncomfortable, and A wasn't understanding that in order to make it stop, then I can see why fifteen-year-old Qwel thought the best thing to do was make them talk to each other about their problems. A also states that Qwel got in between their relationship earlier, but then states that Qwel was forcing them to confront each other alone. The paragraph that A states Qwel 'made them believe they were a bad friend and forced them to apologize to her' has no dates, screenshots, or anything in detail to explain any of these claims. Qwel, very likely, did not mean to implant anxiety within their head about their friendships. While perhaps she did, we can't say as there are no screenshots or anything besides A's own words.

This next part is set in 2022. We do not know how much A and Mii Brawler spoke over the others in the voice chat, so I cannot say much about that situation. I will agree that calling someone autistic as an insult is not right. If this did happen, as Mii Brawler doesn't remember and there is a chance that A misheard, that was not right of Qwel. There is no proof of this occurring and only one person involved remembers it happening at all.

The following paragraph and screenshot are matters between Qwel and A and what I take as a misunderstanding. Qwel thought they gladly accepted the testing job, A only did for the money. Qwel thought they were still actively talking to each other, A says they only texted about work and the such. There is no proof to any of these claims besides the single screenshot of Qwel saying her own opinion on the matter. Qwel not trying to argue against the claims of being 'two-faced' doesn't really mean anything, I believe. It's an opinion, the document was small at the time and didn't really say much about that, there were more pressing matters to discuss. Not mentioning it does not mean she accepted the title.

This is when we get into the claims of racism/transphobia. Note that the Japanese GF and Mii Brawler are the same color, not the same person. I just ran out of colors to use.

I do not know if the Korean GF and the Japanese GF are the same person, considering Qwel mentions her GF being 'part Japanese,' so I will make two different assumptions depending on if they are or aren't. We do not know why Qwel decided to make a Japanese-themed stage for her girlfriend, how much her girlfriend was aware of it or gave ideas or what-have-you. However, if the Korean GF and the Japanese GF are the same person, this has no racial implications. And even if they aren't, you are allowed to enjoy the aesthetics of another race without it being racist. If the Korean GF likes Japanese aesthetics and themes, that is not racist. The 'waifu' line definitely sounds bad out of context, but there is a chance it was simply a joke. The entire tone of the screenshot seems kind of non-serious, with the 'crazy shit yo' and such. You can definitely argue that it's a joke in bad taste, for sure, but it doesn't seem like Qwel genuinely believed/believes her GF is actually a real anime girl or anything like that. Qwel is a lesbian. A lesbian, by definition, is a woman (or woman-aligned individual) who is exclusively interested in relationships with other women or women-aligned individuals. (This is a very complex conversation about gender and sexuality but I am trying to keep it simple to follow, please don't argue with me about this /gen.) If Qwel's partner at the time came out as nonbinary, and either of them didn't feel comfortable in the relationship due to Qwel's being a lesbian, that is not transphobic. We also don't know why they broke up, if that was even the reason at all. We don't know why Qwel unfriended Sheik, if that was related to their being nonbinary or not. These could be completely unrelated events. Qwel saying she 'doesn't understand nonbinary people' and not wanting to talk about it is also not proof of her being transphobic. The transgender umbrella, the transgender experience, and everything surrounding being transgender can be confusing, especially to cisgender people who aren't educated or didn't know much about it at the time. Every person's experience and view of it is different, as well. Being confused and not understanding something as vast as being transgender does not automatically make you transphobic.

The final paragraphs of this document are used as summarization, while also stating things that A said were probably accidental (the racism claim) as fact. I'm not going to tackle these, I've been working on this for hours and I don't even know if I will be able to get this to actually post. Please take care, take care of yourselves, and keep an open mind. Make sure to think over what you're given, and don't just repeat what you hear other people say.

EDIT: Qwel being manipulated by Rox. Btw, the definition of grooming is "when someone builds a relationship, trust and emotional connection with a child or young person so they can manipulate, exploit and abuse them." Adults can be groomed, as well. Just to make this clear.

sorry this is quite meandering. i dont have a clear cut answer of a specific turning point, its just been a journey of learning ive been on as ive come of age. as for how to go about doing it yourself, id say to stay curious, but also stay skeptical. learn about the patterns that repeat in history- the way outsiders are blamed for problems, the way the world tends towards complicated answers, the fact that things are more often implicit than intentional- and be wary of them when you are confronted with an answer. remember that 'common sense' is not an edict passed on by god, its the culmination of a lot of decisions, some made with ulterior moments, so interrogate who benefits from you believing certain things that 'everyone knows'. and try to get some bearing on the theory behind certain philosophies and modes of thought. it could be a video essay, if you just need to get your foot in the door. my mentor is wary of documentaries and video essays because he thinks they can lie to you easily, but a book can do that too, especially if you think it cant! still, the audiovisual language is very easy to take at face value, and its more difficult to assess the legitimacy of a youtube video or documentary than it is with a book thats been cited by other authors a lot.

anyway, my own journey. i did in fact say my ideology is founded on empathy first and foremost. i was already pretty left leaning (but without a framework, just very 'live and let live') at that point but one of my teachers in secondary school (who ive known since my sister went to that same secondary school over 10 years prior) (hes the guy i call math dad occasionally) used the times allotted for christian education and christian family life education which were basically free periods during which were supervised by our homeroom teachers (though its not really supposed to be that) to teach the basics of anarchist philosophy (like what can or should be considered violence) to our class, and i was really engaged in that framework. there were only two people in the class who were interested in that myself included so he eventually stopped but hes always been something of a guide to my beliefs, and this introduced me to anarchism as a philosophy.

i have to say what radicalized me beyond just my love of my fellow human was curiosity. i wanted to know why the caribbean is poor. i wanted to know why certain people are mistreated. i wanted to understand racism. and it was a gradual process for me but eventually i learned that pretty much all real bigotries are systemic, but i didnt fully understand why those systems were in place until i started to understand the 'flaws' inherent to capitalism, or rather, the way its supposed to work. all these systemic injustices are in service of capitalism.

i was still quite imperial centric until fairly recently in my life though, id say like the past 5-7 years ive become more and more critical of modern empire and more disillusioned with its manifestation worldwide and as you might imagine especially in the caribbean. i hate tourism now, while it tends to be something both major parties invest in to some degree (its the liberal position). while im a little less superficially patriotic than the average st lucian, im very invested in our politics, though i find it difficult to navigate as a lay person for a myriad of reasons that frustrate me. as much as i have opinions on politics and policy, im not an economist or political scientist or commentator and have auditory processing issues that make it just hard enough to sit and watch parliamentary debates and things like that that i dont.

So lets start with this: Hori hates his mc. This is not exaggerating of a fan. This is a fact now.

1) Ochako when meeting Izu and "befriend" him calls him deku. Now. I count her some slack as she thought it was dekiru. But she heard BK not only trying to kill Izu...but calling him deku...and she thought nothing of it. NO, EVEN WHEN I WAS IZUOCHA FAN I DIDNT LIKE IZU AGREED WITH THE NAME DEKU BC OF HER. HE KNOWS HER FOR A DAY AND EVEN IF SHE IS FULL OF GOOD INTENTIONS...IZU SHOULD HATE THE NAME.

2) She calls him plain. Now sure it may not be out of malice (not how many actions of class A1 towards Izu fall into this category) but is an odd comment to make. No, she doesnt need to go "oh my god he is so hot🤤" but call him plain seems....mean. yes Izu was called much worse but here the thing, it doesnt make her comment better.

3) In Sports Festival. "You wont fight quirkless right?" No. I dont believe in quirkless discrimantion but its a bad line here. Does Ochako thinks Izu's quirk is storng and he should use more? Even if his bones break? She never show much consideration on this aspect of his quirk (to be fair, no one in UA does expect blame him) but is a bad comment to make and shows to me how Izu doesn't trust or cant trust fully on her. If he did...he could have shared more of his past. Note how he never talks about his past to anyone.

4) Ochako then gets quirkless fightinf style. This is on Hori to shit on Izu as "girlboss" moment for Ochako...is unwarranted. She never express desire to want to fight quirkless ...Izu would benefit more if he was there...why not make them intern together? Could Ochako have asked if Izu could join? Not blaming her for this...maybe Gunhead would have said no. But is a waste of bonding moment for them.

5) Ochako decides to remain silent on her feelings bc.....it may prevent her from being a hero. Again, this is only with Izu. If a girl was in love with Shoto...it wouldn't be a problem even if the girl is poor.

6) On the fall out of bk vs Izu. She does treat as he is in the wrong (same for Iida. Again....this asshole tried to kill a man) and to me, it cements how Izu may not fully trust her with his pain or just convinced 100% his pain is non important

7) dark Izu era. She doesnt look happy to see him and doesnt respect his wishes at all. She is being guided by bk who is having the time of his life. No one looks happy to see Izu. And they force him to return.

8) She says to Toga, who she had no contact until now, she will be her blood bank. Izu? She doesnt even know the name of his mother.

Izuocha to me is dead even as friendship. Ochako did nothing and what she did for Izu was not great.

Humphrey: same sort of thing his thing with his wife happen but not catholic plot because different era but he gets blamed for it and runs out he runs to the doc and it’s spotted by a pirate going by who is robin, robin decides to help he but Humphrey is injured he has a scar on the back of his neck from this and now has a peg leg but robin helped him and he survived (peg leg and scar trying to represent how it is for him with the head cut off)

Mary: Accused of killing her husband and stealing from the town she’s thrown in jail and is going to be executed but her “friend” Annie breaks her out so they run away and find there way onto robins ship then later when we have more ghosts Annie and her get married !!! It’s one of them gay marriage on pirate ship things yes

Kitty: Polly (if you remember she was mentioned in Kittys death episode) is convinced Eleanore is going to murder kitty for the inheritance to tells kitty this kitty dose not believe her until kitty gets bitten by a non deadly spider and gets lightly poisoned from this Polly thinks this was Eleanore so when kitty wakes she tells her they need to go immediately kittys listens because she’s not fully in her mind and gose with her Polly sees robins boat passing and asked them to take kitty, kitty confused gose on the boat and Polly runs back (yeah i didn’t know how to do that one because kitty would not believe her sister wanted to kill her also ik Eleanore did not kill Kitty but in this it’s what Polly though)

Thomas: Similar thing to kitty he finds out about Francis wanting to kill him and foraging the letters so tried to get out because he was scared he would try again he made his way to the ship with or without Isabell you can chose if you want canon as we can be or happy ness

Fanny: I dont know she finds her husband cheating znd it breaks her mask a following the "ladylike" rules and so she decided fuck it I'm a pirate now I'm going to steal from stupid rich men who think I'm not clever and are less then them because of my gender but she's still quite strict bc can't take her character

The captian: Part of the navy yes ik he dose not like the navy but you understand why yes? So anyway part of navy his love havers leaves for some big battle or something he think he died but he did not but then there gay love is reveled and they run away and join the crew where they have a gaygay homosexual gay pirate wedding like Annie and Mary did to they find them married and stop hiding snd get married themselves I refuse to stick to Canon for the gays so sorry

Pat: I can't think of a way he would ever choose to leave his family so making alot of stuff up so same sort of carry on happens a child injures him badly and he passes out close to shore the kids are lids and afraid so they run off then Pat is found by the crew and they try to help him but the police ofthe time see and try kill them all so then they run with Pat and get away but then police are looking for then so they can't go back there so Pat cant go back bc he will be killed

Julian: Gets drunk ends up on the ship

Mike and Alison don't have anywhere to live they end up on a ship

Dude same! I will fully admit Laurence shouldn’t have killed all those people at the wedding. I will absolutely agree that he should face repercussions for that. What I WON’T say is that Laurence is a bad person for it. Laurence is not a somehow fundamentally bad person for responding violently after being held prisoner and being forced to watch the woman he loves be forced into a marriage all while knowing he is going to die if he does not do something.

There is a huge difference between “this person did something bad because they could/they were cranky” and “this person did something bad because they were under extreme duress and didn’t have another feasible way out”, even ignoring EVERYTHING with shadow knights and all that. Saying what someone did was UNDERSTANDABLE is not the same as JUSTIFIED. Mass murder is bad! Mass murder is very very bad! But with his characterization, I fully believe that if Laurence knew of another way to get out he would have taken it.

Laurence did not choose to do that because he wanted to kill all those werewolves, because he was throwing a fit that the lady he loved was marrying another person, because he was a little upset. He did not do it because he is evil or a villain in some way. He did it because he was going to die and he likely did not see any other choice.

Laurence doesn't get a free pass from repercussions because of any reason you can think of(ie. is a shadow knight, is in love with aphmau or whatever). But he might never face them unless it is brought on by aphmau/Katelyn because even though i just finished watching MCD season 3, the werewolves shifted the blame for the mass murder/genocide onto aphmau instead of Laurence. So probably by this point unless someone was there, the blame is no longer on Laurence(at least as far as were aware since season 3 kinda got put on hiatus) so we'll never know if Laurence will face repercussions from the werewolf tribe directly.

I genuinely semi get annoyed with people that dont like laurence and this is their main reason, but are die hard aphmau defenders when imo the murder she did at skystead was kinda worse again imo. Aphmau was in no danger other then being held hostage. Lo might’ve been also threatened to be executed but I think they were just also held hostage as well, you can correct me if I’m wrong. But aphmau barely knew Lo, she imo has very little reason to murder for them. I think she was possessed by Irene as well, but I’m not sure. But even then that’s not a good excuse.

Laurence killed because he didn’t want to die, and aphmau killed because she was possessed by Irene(?????)/ wanted to stop an arranged marriage. Their a bit similar situations but still very different but you can’t defend aphmau and hate Laurence for what he did at the werewolf wedding at the same time.

you know for years when I was younger, I was convinced they were genuinely just really good friends and accepted the vday vid as April fools. And when a shadow order cat comes through… she desperately tries to prove her worth one last time(he goads her on to chase them back to their own territory). But she didn’t see the stampede/wild animal/ cliff/ etc.

But thistle doesn’t care. She redeemed herself, in his eyes. So he takes her body back to camp, and lies on how a shadow Order cat tricked her into running into the accident. Bluefur is distraught and suspicious, but she has no proof.

Until White(Storm) steps forward. Barely a ‘paw, he just witnessed his father cause his mothers death. And (if you want to keep spottedleaf’s heart canon) talks about what he did to Spottedleaf. Spottedleaf testifies for this, backing up his claims.

Star sunfall doesn’t give him the option for exile. Rosetail, bluefur, and 2 other cats who are close to Whitestorm and snowfur or Spottedleaf offer to take care of him. They drag him out of camp hissing and screaming, while the nursery moms spit in his face. He reaches out to Tiger(claw), begging him for help.

He snarls, scratches him across his face, and turns around before going to comfort spotted and white.

TLDR: Tigerclaw might be an *sshole, but he does not f/ with canon thistleclaw from spottedleaf’s heart.

So Snowstorm has a litter with Thistleclaw at around 1-2 cycles old, but her first litter all die tragically. This understandably traumatizes her and leaves her in a depressive state for a while, Thistle finds this weak and is not supportive at all. He just makes her feel like she is being dramatic, bec "kits die, that's a part of life".

Even after Snow starts to heal and move on, she is never the same and is very hesitant about having kits for the next few cycles, which also pisses Thistle off because he wants to continue his bloodline, and make tiny Thistles that he can mold.

Eventually Snow agrees to have another litter when she's around 5 cycles old and they have Tigerclaw and Whitestorm!

then your idea for Thistle getting Snow killed due to a argument happens. Snow and Thistle's relationship has been strained and filled with spats since their first litter died, but Snow stayed with Thistle because he's a manipulative asshole who always gaslit her into staying with him.

Snow and Thistle have another big argument like how you describe, resulting in Snow dying.

I dont think Spottedleaf would have even been born at the time (she's like 15 moons younger than White and Tiger), so ig Spottedleaf's heart isn't happening, which im chill with lol. Instead thistle just sucks bec he's an abusive asshole and terrible dad.

Anyways, I dont want Thistle to be executed/exiled, purely bec of the plot where Blue gives up her kits so she can be deputy instead of Thistle, sooo... Maybe other cats besides Bluefrost don't fully realize how bad Thistle and Snow's relationship was, and they just thought it was a bit strained due to the trauma of loosing their kits, and cats still think Thistle is a chill if not a bit battle hungry.

I like the idea that Blue had her kits around the time that Snow dies and for her, her world is falling apart, her sister is dead, she's the only one who seems to be suspicious of Thistleclaw, Star Sunfall is getting old and could die soon, AND his second/mate Tawnyspots is retiring. Blue knows that Thistle cannot be Second, and she seems to be the only one who fully knows how terrible he is, and nobody believes her bec they think she and Thistle have just never gotten along. So Blue gives up her kits so Sunfall would make her his Second.

I like the idea that later on, Blue, Whitestorm and possibly some other cats plan a ambush to take out Thistle, and they blame it on a fox or something.

AHJDFHB I GET U .tbh when i first heard the coffee theory i was omg !! but upon thinking about it more ive grown to be like. Welll that is actually erasing everything properly complex about him. i get why people like it so much though TBH but its frustrating to see how disconnected the theory began to feel from aziraphale's character. like i do believe the coffee had something to do with things (not in the extent the coffee theory seems to suggest) because its good omens, every scene/little thing has some purpose to it even if it feels like it doesnt.

i think most people drift to the coffee theory because they need something to blame or a solid reason why aziraphale did what he did. i dont know if they fully realize there already IS a reason, crowley even says it himself, that heaven (and hell) is toxic for the both of them. I think a lot of them gravitate towards the coffee theory is because his actions at the end of the season are so different to how he acted throughout the entirety of s2. why would he willingly leave crowley when he was heart-eyeing him all season? when he set up an entire dance then pulled crowley into it with him. the whole "our car" (and even "our bookshop") and i GET that, thats what i was thinking when i first learned about the coffee theory, but his actions do fit him... it is something he would do. i mean how he acts all of s1 supports that, and even though its been a few years between s1 and s2, there is no way over that time aziraphale /completely/ got over heaven and its influence over him. and well... it didnt. we see that.

i have the same sort of feelings on this towards the liar theory (somewhat. idk i dont really know that much about it) and the every post saying aziraphale wants crowley as an angel back/loved him as an angel. because for the second bit, that isnt at ALL what he's saying when he's telling crowley he can become an angel again. aziraphale constantly is saying how nice crowley is and we know he thinks crowley is better than heaven. if metatron is offering to give crowley's angel status back then surely that means heaven realized they made a mistake making crowley fall - that surely they realize how good crowley is. and if thats true, if they did realize they made a mistake, then surely aziraphale /can/ fix heaven. surely he can make it good enough for crowley, because crowley is too good for heaven.

Ahhhhh Ateez was insane 😭😭 there were so many sweet atinys around us and I got the cutest freebies <3 we tried to get merch beforehand but it was SO much more crowded this time around so a lot of it was sold out which was such a bummer ☹️ I did manage to get a Seonghwa picket but I’m gonna try to get there a little earlier for tomorrow’s show for a tshirt 🫶 fingers crossed they have them in stock this time !
