I was so happy when Jeffiot brought out JVSCP as some of my favourite videos of his were the SCP readings (especially the ones that made him cry - I will never be the same again!) do u have any tips for sleeping/dealing with insomnia?

• ASMR! watch it an hour before ur bedtime, get sleepy. my favorites are Goodnight Moon, ASMattR and PJ Dreams ASMR 💛💫

• meditation! not necessarily before sleeping, but at some point during the day. get a more understanding and accepting relationship with your thoughts/feelings

• put your phone on airplane mode or completely away if you have a separate alarm (if you need it) and read an hour before bed, makes you sleepy and reading is kinda like focused meditation. make it a warm, adventurous book if you’d like

• if you have worries set a time every two days (or less or more, just an example) where you write down all your problems and then from each one thing you can do right then towards the direction of solving it; then do it no matter how small). when we face our concerns our minds quiet down because we’re no longer facing away from them, and when we take just the smallest bit of action in the right direction even more peace comes over us

• affirm urself “i’m gonna sleep like a baby tonight”

So I too unironically love ASMR, but I clicked on the "BinauraI Kylo Ren" ASMR and just laughed to the point of almost crying when he got to the "Ssnoke snnnoooke snoke snoke" part. Quality Content you linked there. lol

I fucken love ASMattR! I was really hesitant to click on the Binaural Kylo video because it would be so cringey if it was bad, but it’s... legitimately a good Kylo Ren impression? I’m not sure whether or not it’s relaxing but I love it.
