Hello I think i have something to say☝🏼

Im very fortunate in that my adhd demand avoidance led me to pretty much entirely reject fatphobia and the NEED for makeup. I never rlly wore much, but around high school I started wearing dark, thick, alternative eyeliner of varying degrees and shapes. I love it, is part of how i express myself and it's something people recognize me by. It makes me happy!!

I like it but I never NEED it. I feel weird when I forget it in the same way someone who wears a hat everyday and they forgets it might feel, more like an "Aw man :/" rather than "I am incorrect and can't be perceived."

NOW this is NOT to say I'm better than anyone, but is to say that your life quality will be enhanced when you can see makeup as an accessory and expression tool and not a rule. Yk?

i think makeup can be artistic expression i also think sometimes people are lying about it being about artistic expression and would in fact be a lot happier if they had never been told they had to wear it

Btw I will never get over the look on Vi’s face before she kissed Cait in the jail cell. She is so used to losing everyone and failing at her goals and being met with opposition at every turn, and here is someone who she loves saying “I opened a path for you on purpose to let you do what you needed to” in a moment where she’s already feeling immense grief and loneliness. That kiss was so passionate and the force behind it was the force of someone so cold and lonely who is FINALLY feeling warmth and comfort when she needed it most.
