now again i have no problem w people talking about this if its their own interpretation or au, ive said many times that on its own i think if you do it well you can make a good angst fic, however what i want people to understand is that that take came from someones analysis, and while i do have small problems w it (the 'apartnership shows them being bad for eachother' section in perticular) its just generally not a bad thing however w alot of these analysis' ppl listen to it and it goes through a game of telephone, its what happened to chloe like even before i remember if ppl mentioned her name some guy in his 40s would run to the comments to make 4 posts about how much she sucks and half the time the ppl didnt watch the show itself

i also think its making people blur the line between their own interpretation and what the actual writing intent is "omg coswan got marriage counseling in anw after slowly falling out thats cute" a fun headcanon but people speak of it like it was fully intentional, from the pitchbible coswan were always ment to love eachother wholey, its just the fact that they brought in more writers who made more "i hate my wife" jokes and it went downhill from here, but also because the og fop didnt have its own connected storyline and character arcs, and i highly doubt they planned the 50 years wish in 2002, along with the fact that the ANW writers picking up the pieces and just going off their old writing if that makes sense

god no, we arnt diagnosed at all. we arnt out at all to anyone irl let alone anyone whos working eith our mental health. I dont think its wise for us to try and get diagnosed concidering how we are still grappling with it and how difficult it is tk get diagnosed. I dont want our right taken away and have to deal eith the lains of the mental health system anymore than we already do.

trying our hardest to exist, dissociating a lot, taking our medications the best we can and lots of dissociation. latrly been going to therapy more often and sometimes experiencing seitches but latrly its been inactive and just me(🗡) fronting for the most part

not exavtly childhood but more teen / young teen, having tons of alt accounts and stumbling upon accounts we dont remember at all. changing usernames and personas and havung ocs that have "pocesssion" related things. the ocs werent negatively pocessed for the most psrt it was usually like guardians that eould sometimes take over the body if the oc to protect them.

i am going to simultaneously read your response + ramble my own thoughts ++ inform you that i read the books after s1 came out and The Viscount Who Loved Me is tied for my favorite of the series. The enemies-to-lovers was absolutely delicious (i do have words on how this was handled in the series 😠)

ok first and foremost i am OBSESSED with how they made the sheffield nee sharma's of indian descent. so much better than the book because of the heritage and no need for kate's traumatic backstory similar to anthonys anymore. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

SHE PLAYED THIS CHARACTER SO WELL. Kate is an absolute entitled bitch in the book and series kate? just a woman wanting the best for her sister and not putting up with societys bullshit. actually let us talk more about that garden sex scene because HOLY HELL. Anthony Bridgerton in the book would NEVER. Never ever make their first (and few after) all about Kate. The Anthony of the book was very set in his 'wed bed bred' ways and not falling in love with his wife. In the books the bee scene is ICONIC. It came too soon in the series because in the books Ant actually freaks the fuck out and tries to suck the sting out of Kate's tit and Violet and Mary catch them. So she's compromised and they have a swift wedding. The rest of the book is him is being grumpy and gold to his viscountess and not falling in love with her.

Anthony never proposed to Edwina in the book either. That wedding arc was TOO MUCH. I hated it. Book Kate and Edwina have SUCH a strong relationship that Edwina actually was steering the Kathony ship even when he was still set on courting Edwina. Yelling at Kate and being angry was waaay too ooc for our diamond.

the series robbed us of even more BEAUTIFUL build up and hate sex and trying not to love the sex with them sex and the 'i don't need no one' sex and kathony being absolute SLUTS for one another.

THEIR CHEMISTRY IS SO SO GOOD IN THE SHOW. Brilliant. Wonderful. Would watch another season dedicated to them.
