i know i said in a prev ask that canon (feels like the wrong word to use lol) fred/brock aren't having any kids but like. cmon. if fred could get brock pregnant theyre having as many as possible pls😭

some people were just made to be mothers and brock is one of those people. i have zero doubts about this. i think they have their first kid unintentionally while theyre both playing and the rest after they retire cuz yeah brock could make it back into nfl shape after one pregnancy but he is not doing that again💀they r having seven in total cuz fred heard about what felipe rios was up to and decided he wanted to try and catch up. and cuz brock just looks so pretty pregnant yk🥰

cuz this is omegaverse the first indication of pregnancy is probably a change in scent and fred can always catch it before brock does cuz he just Knows. although they were both surprised by the first one. it's a bit harder to notice the change in scent when brock's also covered with the entirety of the locker room's scent too vs when theyre both retired. and like fred is normally very ‼️about brock but he gets extra 👹when brock is pregnant cuz thats his babygirl carrying his child of course he's gonna go feral he gets soooooo protective of brock, not letting another alpha even get close, much less lay a hand on him. and brock is building so so so many nests during this time, like normally he would only nest when he's really upset or when fred is needing some comfort but now when he's pregnant he's feeling the urge to nest all the time

always bundled up in one of fred's hoodies that he swaps out for another when they start to lose his scent, covered in soft blankets, eyes all warm as he purrs up a storm and fred is thissssssss close to just jumping his bones or breaking down in tears. usually both. i also think he would have some. interesting cravings. lots of lengua tacos. he gets wet allllll the time now like literally when fred does anything. has to control himself when he's got the headset standing on the sideline not to jump all over fred right there when he makes a great tackle. he's also much more emotional than normally, like brock is usually a very even keeled person and bc he's an omega quarterback he's used to masking what he feels to not be labeled hysterical or anything. but when he's pregnant he cries so easily🥺and it's over silly things like fred forgetting to defrost the chicken or take out the trash lmaoooooo

MANNNNNNN what an eventful week it’s been! I had LOADS of fun at the enha concert and made tons of new friends. My outfit was inspired by 231117 heeseung. the iconic denim cowboy fit constantly lives in my mind rent free and I think about it once a day. I had a pink bikini top on underneath and a pretty butterfly necklace cuz I wanted to add a pink n’ girly twist to it 🥰 unfortunately I had to keep it buttoned up most of the time because it was FUCKING COOOOLLLLDDDD my god….

also……... I met this REEEAALLLLYYY GORGEOUS butch girl in line. I felt so blessed that day. gosh. I even got her discord yall!!!!!😌💅🏼 she was so cute and her outfit was inspired by bite me 🤤 tried soooooo hard not to drool when i looked at her 🥵 good lawd what a WOMAN! luckily I’ll be meeting her again for txt in a couple weeks!!!😚

I had two posters - one that said “i 💗 heeriah leerey” and the second that said “welcome back jay”. they were both made with glow in the dark glue. unfortunately I ruined my jay one cuz I realized it wasn’t fully dried 😭 WELP! did I still hold it up tho? u bet I did.

speaking of posters, I saw some pretty amazing ones. I laughed my ass off at whomever held up the “daddy’s home” poster. heck, I even saw one that said “love from india!!!” which….a round of applause to whomever that was🤌🏼

I also got to watch them throw first pitch at the mariners game and AAAAAAAA OMGGGG they’re literally the cutest!!! 🥺 I swear omg I gasped audibly when seeing their beauty so close. absolute devastation. to experience auburn haired heeseung in person is an honor and a privilege. they’re genuinely so ethereal irl. like wow…THEYRE REAL!?!????? and seeing jay so happy to be back home made me emotional 😢 he looked elated to finally be back home! he spoke of his love for the seattle cherries, his memories in the tacoma area, and the sentimentality he felt as he finally made his way back home. 🥺

I felt so much softness and love in my heart. the vibes were immaculate this week. it honestly felt….rejuvenating. THAT’S the impact their presence has on me. it felt like one big hug. kinda sad that it’s over but i know they’ll be back in the future…… so that’s that! 🥹💗

I imagine the development of there relationship was Slow at first. Immovable object (Ray, who has harbored catholic levels of guilt since he was six years old and doesnt think he deserves affection from the people he hurt) vs unstoppable force (Don, who is obsessed with him)

Furthered by the fact that neither of these fuckers know how to talk ab their feelings. They spend months post escape being totally convinced the other hates them. Its like mutual pining but theyre both being hunted for sport so they dont really have time to talk it out

Don had years to stew over his crush on ray so hes (read: a little) more functional ab it. Ray, on the other hand, never really had time for crushes, and is hit with these very distressing newfound feelings like a ton of bricks and is an absolute disaster about it

The start of their relationship is pretty tentative, seeing as neither of them know wtf theyre doing, which leads to ice cream dates that consist of them staring at each other in silence for twenty consecutive minutes because theyre both waiting for the other to speak first

They both make up for their incompetence in verbal communication in different ways. Don is very tactile and shows affection via small bits of physical contact. Ray is more of an acts of service kind if guy, and likes to give Don random little gifts out of the blue

Once they get over the initial awkwardness tho, they are the clingiest motherfuckers alive. If they are not holding hands 24/7 they will cry and scream and wail

anyways so yuta feels bad for hinata and tells him he doesnt have to eat the food if it's too spicy and hinata's just like "no!!! ill eat it because yuta-kun made it!!" and refuses to eat something else instead. because he cant turn down yuta's homecooked meal

on the other hand, hinata always puts in waaaay too much sweet stuff when he makes anything that calls for sugar/maple syrup/honey/etc. even if it's supposed to be savory, it ends up a bit sweeter than it should be because hinata figures just a liiiiitle more sugar won't hurt 😂

also the reason why hinata struggles so much with spicy food now is cause he no longer has a spice tolerance built up from when he used to like spicy stuff. since it's been years and stuff

on a related note, i also LOVE thinking about them cooking together, whether it's when theyre older or even in canon

theyd navigate so smoothly around eachother in the kitchen and split up tasks without even needing to say anything; like hinata chopping the vegetables while yuta prepares the oven, etc. they'd just be talking about something completely unrelated the whole time

semi-related to another thought i had: i think when they were younger and cooked for eachother, because theres no way their dad was cooking for them, they'd sometimes fuck up and knick themselves on the knives/burn themselves on the stove/etc.

and hinata would always bandage yuta's cuts first and make sure he ran any burns under water immediately and then he'd kiss yuta's wounds to "make them better"

he'd try to do it when they're older too. and yuta would be soooooo embarrassed and tell him to stop, and it'd only make hinata want to do it more

suguru freezes, the cigarette he was nursing just moments before you walked in has slipped between his fingers, dissipating into ash beneath his feet.

your gaze lingers on a downturned picture frame on his coffee table, the rubber stand at the back is just as stable as it was the day you bought the frame for him — maybe shame finally caught up to suguru.

"you're persistent." he murmurs beneath his breath. and his gaze follows yours, he has to hold back the urge to turn the photo frame upright, he's never been the type to mistreat gifts. especially a gift from you.

it's been a long time.

and yet, it's like nothing has changed. but everything has at the same time.

"i locked the door," suguru mumbles and despite himself he crosses the threshold to meet you halfway, no more than a few feet between you two. "i broke the lock." you reply with a shrug, and the two of your mirror each other's grin.

"you should really tell your landlord about that," you say, and the distance between you and suguru grows smaller and smaller. "wouldn't want anyone comin' to snatch you in the middle of the night..." your words trail off, and he towers over you.

he's taller than he was before. he looks like he hasn't slept — or maybe it's the cigarettes, you don't know. you wonder if he's changed much on the inside. does he still like sour candy? does he still keep that one stretched out hair tie in his pocket?

"isn't that what you came to do?"

suguru's voice comes out in a whisper, and you can taste him. he's so close you can feel his cursed energy thrumming in your veins.
