So!! Originally I thought it up just as an excuse to draw human(ish) Seb kissing and cuddling a robot in dire need of it, but then I Thought some more and it transformed into a hurt/comfort/healing au?? The healing being from the shared trauma they endured back at the Blacksite (working through it via various measures and expanding their relationship as a whole), while simultaneously learning how to function in a modern world they are very much unfamiliar with

The general premise is Sebastian gains most of his human form back, with Painter to help assist him in recovery, like physical therapy and reintroducing him to society XD Sebastian having a difficult time processing emotions now that he's free and it all has time to sink in, etc etc~ The same goes for Painter, however, and they're just gonna have to work it out together cuz they got BAGGAGE no therapist is qualified for. Our dear Painter has their fair share of shit too, such as the sapiency debate most people have an aversion to (because how could an object process thoughts and emotions in a meaningful way?? Unheard of! /sar)

And the rest is just domestic silliness because they're allowed some happiness 😁 and because I'm under the firm belief Sebastian would become a house wife if someone let him /hj

guys. i'm making an rpg.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

so i bought rpg maker vx ace* and ive been coming up with a plot and characters!!!!! and im gonna make a video game!!!! aaaa!!!

its a meta little cyberpunk rpg starring you, the protagonist in someone else's body, and your allies V, Xenon, and Kori (names subject to change). infodump and some doodles under the cut read for a fun time :3

*edit: ill actually be doing it in rpg maker mv! vx is a little limited for the scope of what i want to do with this project

welcome to under the cut. here's thirty billion information for you. :D

essentially, the plot revolves around V and the player finding people who have been wronged by the Narrator, who bends the story to his own will to create a plot he enjoys, and how they want to shape their own destinies. your goal is to defeat the group of cybernetic monsters that he created as villains.

YOUR PARTY CONSISTS OF

- Sylvie (she/they): that's you! everyone calls you "Player," though. your body used to belong to V's childhood friend before the Narrator decided they were the perfect base for a protagonist. general all rounder in combat, with a basic sword for a weapon. you want to find out more about the Narrator's goals and what happened to V's friend. also, why are you "Sylvie?"

- V (she/her): a firey girl who can hear the Narrator speaking. she teaches the player how the world works, and is the first person they meet. uses two daggers in combat, efficient and quick fighter. immediately tells the player she plans not to befriend them. wants to fight the Narrator for taking her childhood friend away from her for the sake of a story.

- Xenon (he/they): wears a completely black mask with a white X on it to hide their identity. miraculously, this works despite their neon green hair. graffiti artist. medic in combat with both single and multi target heal skills. fights w/ a paintball gun. grew up in a cult that thinks death is such a natural part of life that it should never be prevented. became a medic as a type of rebellion against his cult.

- Kori (she/her): TINY GAL. HUGE HAMMER. VERY YELLOW. self explanatory combat - high attack, big damage, hits hard. not much else. she's actually super sweet, but the giant electric hammer she carries around makes her seem way scarier than she is. really really wants to be helpful. she lives in a town based around fighting and fight clubs, so she had to learn to defend herself to survive.

did the first one today, so its most accurate :3 its mostly for funnies tho so that isnt what he'd wear in canon LOL maybe on a weekend or something. also 0 is so white thats on purpose i think it would be funny if he was scarily pale. second is because i saw a post abt "ur f/o as a vampire" and i HAD to draw something for it

with the most fuckass silly socks ever because i do that too. and probably some more tech-specific items like tools or whatever instead of the vials, as well as a messenger bag like the one here (but he wouldn't have the bag all the time, just for work or something like that)

I DONT REALLY HAVE TOO MANY SPECIFICS RN LOL BUT YA THATS WHAT IVE GOT. i wanna have some parallels to the tons of stickers that sequitur has as a tank so i was thinking pins/patches on its bag, but i dont have any specific pins in mind- ill get to that later LOL

AAAA I HAVE BARELY STARTED STUDYING AT ALL AAAAAAAAAAAA but like most of it is old chapters that ive forgotten hopefully i manage..

and yeah ill def take proper breaks AS LONG AS U DO TOO.

and did u know theres this little thing called an infinity cube? Ill send a pic later but u can basically keep turning it forever! So like i keep doing it subconsciously,wnd it atleast helps stop my brain from wandering to fiction most of yhe times 😄 u could try it out too, its pretty cheap on amazon

although that break system feels VERY rewarding i just take like five minute breaks every two hours bc im not allowed more :( i will attempt this method tho, it seems helpful :D

but like since i like doodling, i reward myself with one or two doodles after i finish a chapter hehe
