Wooooooooo yes! Thank you ahaha she is one of my favourite OCs.

She is an Orlan from Old Valia who is a natural cipher. She was an indentured servant paying off her parents debts in a very old house - the master of the house was a sea trader and his wife was her mistress. She was essentially a bit of a party trick, who would read minds for people as entertainment and take tips and do other things on the side to make more money, and was treated something like a pet poodle. She wanted to study, but it wasn’t really feasible for her in Vailia for a host of reasons, so she never grew her natural ability. She dreamed of being able to start her own life - a little house, a husband, a family. And that’s what she is aiming for at the start of the game. She hates being the watcher. All she wanted was a very simple dream, and every step she takes brings her further from it. But she tries to be positive about it. Got to stay positive!

She’s close to Kana, who teaches her music (she eventually multiclasses as a chanter), Hiravias (who she has a VERY misguided crush on at first as one of the only other Orlans she’s met that’s not a servant. Oooh, he’s so free and wild and sensual lmao. He thinks it’s hilarious and treats her more like a sister) and Aloth, eventually. She also adores Pallegina but it’s not mutual. She thinks Meroia is an idiot. In the second game she falls head over heels for Serafen (who of course can’t love her back, though they have a very torrid affair) and she eventually realises Aloth is in love with her, and reciprocates, though it’s a bit doomed with him having to take on more responsibilities… ahem…

She eventually learns that maybe romantic love isn’t the only love that matters. She has her adoptive daughter, and eventually goes back to join Serafen as like… platonic life partners? She never marries, and never really settles, but maybe that’s okay.

She is benevolent and diplomatic. And a little bit passionate, though also (and I wish this was an official disposition) terribly uptight. In her mind she is the protagonist of a romance novel lmao. But uh. The world has different plans for her.

Stanley stirred from his sleep when he felt the bed move. He opened his eyes and blinked slowly as they adjusted to the bright light. Morning already. No wonder he had the worst craving for a cigarette. A soft grunt got his attention and he turned to look at the man next to himself.

Xeno was fast asleep and taking up more than his fair share of space as he was partially sprawled across him. Stanley loved to tease him about how clingy he was in his sleep, but the truth of the matter was that he absolutely loved it. He’d never get enough of waking up to this kind of thing.

Stanley couldn’t help but smile as he admired the other man. His normally meticulous appearance was nowhere to be found. Bedhead had taken its place instead and he looked like a total disaster. It was the cutest thing Stanley had ever seen. 

He rolled onto his side, careful not to let the arm draped across him fall away. The dark scar on Xeno’s forehead had nearly as much character as the man himself did. It had grown on him for sure. After all, x marked the spot. 

As soon as the thought crossed his mind he gave into it. Stanley planted kiss after kiss upon that plentiful forehead. He smirked when the scientist awoke with a grunt.

Xeno swatted at him halfheartedly then mumbled, “Cut it out.”

“Mm, nope,” Stanley hummed, “You’re in my personal space so deal with the consequences.” He continued his affectionate assault, kissing all over the annoyed man’s face. It was too bad he wasn’t wearing lipstick yet. That’d really lead to a masterpiece this morning.

“Stan.” Xeno grunted between kisses. “Stanley.” He quickly put his hand over the blond’s mouth to thwart the next incoming one. “Marry me.”

“Huh?” Stanley blinked at him. Was the guy still half asleep or something?

“Well, as close to marriage as one can get when the concept has been totally eradicated from the world,” Xeno said mostly to himself. He let his hand fall away from the stunned blond. There wasn’t a shred of doubt in his voice as he declared, “I want to refer to you as my husband from now on.”

Stanley’s eyes widened. He truly was left speechless. As soon as he felt his cheeks start to burn he pulled Xeno closer to himself then buried his face in his neck.

“Something wrong?” Xeno asked as he rubbed his back.

“No,” Stanley shook his head. “You just never seemed interested in that kind of thing before.” Though, in all honesty, he hadn’t exactly dwelled on it either. The two of them simply always were and Stanley assumed they always would be. No certificate would ever change that.

Xeno twisted strands of soft locks around his fingers mindlessly and explained, “I mistakenly assumed that we had all the time in the world back then. I don’t want to risk missing out on this improbable second chance to let the world know you’re mine.” 

Stanley lifted his head and searched his eyes. No doubt. No hesitation. Xeno firmly believed everything he said. That diehard resolution of his was part of why he’d follow the guy to the end of the earth and back no matter what.

“So, what do you think?” Xeno asked.

“I think you need to ask me properly after you’ve had a cup of coffee,” Stanley replied with a wink. He pulled Xeno’s face to his chest. “But for now, I’m going to snuggle your brains out. It could take a while, prepare yourself.”

Xeno chuckled then nuzzled his chest. His hand slid to rest upon the curve of Stanley’s hip then he replied, “Very well, then. Proceed.”

WHAT MADE ME SO FRUSTRATED WAS HOW HE WANTED TO STAY IN HER BED AFTER SEX AND SHE WANTED TO CUDDLE BUT THEY DIDNT SAY ANYTHING AND ASSUMED THE OTHER DIDNT WANT IT

The topic of mates was RUSHED. Like I mean really rushed. First they argue, he says shackled and then the next time they get to speak (after the forced Blood Rite and labor scene) they accept it? I dont know, it didn’t sit with me.

I wish Nesta would elaborate on why she didn’t believe in Mates even more and Cassian would actually listen for once. Again, rushed.

The ending was fast paced in my opinion. We could’ve really had more to go off of, I needed more domestic Nessian.

ON THE TOPIC OF NESTA, GWYN, EMERIE

I am obsessed with Gwyn, Emerie and their friendship with Nesta.

I love how Gwyn and Nesta started, both gritting their teeth and still appreciating that aspect of each other.

How Nesta raced to help her with a book even when their first encounter wasn’t the friendliest.

Gwyn being persistent in paying back her small debt. I love her.

When Gwyn applied to defense lessons after Nesta defended them from the scholar priestess.

Emerie, my homegirl. I love her to death. The way she easily befriends Nesta, how Nesta stands up for her when her cousin comes to bother her.

I don’t know if it was just me, but Emerie and Mor might possibly be something. Either good friends or interested lovers.

Can we talk about how they fucked when Feyre was in her Illyrian form and didn’t think the thing through?

Rhys, I can’t stand the guy. First he wants to make a bargain with his mate that they die together and then he wants to keep it from her that she can die when giving birth to their kid.

I think what pissed me off the most was when he was trying to help Cassian get Nesta out of a nightmare/power “episode” and had to experience what she did with the Cauldron and seeing Elain and Cassian hurt. He said he knew she was feeling something but seeing and feeling it yourself was different. Yeah, what else did you think smartass.

Rhys has a habit of keeping important shit secret, Amren is no better either. I think that’s what pissed me off the most. They sometimes kept the too important shit away.

As much as Nesta grew, so did Feyre. They both developed pretty good in my mind, I don’t hate her as much as I despise Rhys sometimes. All and all I love how she and Nesta ended up.

Amren....I get her point about Nesta using and abusing their friendship. At the same time, sometimes she was too harsh.

Elain, darling old cottage core aesthetic Elain. I found her to be a little insufferable sometimes. How she showed up unexpectedly at the Library to talk to Nesta and they got into an argument was funny to me since Nesta pulled out some stuff on her.

The way she called Elain a pretty thing with no ambition at 11, no wonder Nesta and Elain have no proper knowledge of survival like Feyre did. She was set on making sure Nesta married someone who would treat her well, Elain married someone rich since her beauty was beyond all three of them.

I felt bad since she didn’t care for Feyre and only their father doted on Elain and Feyre. Nesta was kept all to her mother to feed off Mrs Archeron’s narcissism.

I found it funny Elain mentioned how at 15, Nesta even had their dad fearing her. Like it’s your daughter, wdym you fear her

The backstory on how Nesta treated him and how she feels now looking back. It was saddening and I unfortunately know the regret of not doing somethings. It must eat her alive.

They’re both ambitious, and when they care for someone they will do whatever they can to protect them. Both Flynn and Zen have sad pasts who make them who they are now, aaandddd! They also have different names! Just wanted to point that out lmao.

If he were to be another one I’d say Pirince Naveen, from Princess and the Frog. They’re both super playful, and want to have fun, and they also really care deeply for people close to them!

And to add another one: Aurora! Both of them are elegant and hopeless romantics!

Yoosung:

Our sweet child Yoosung is Anna from Frozen!

Both of them are sweethearts, and they really want to find someone they can spend the rest of their lives with! At the same time, even though they may be a bit naïve, they’re both pretty brave! I mean (spoiler for Yoosung’s Route) the poor boi literally got his eye hurt for MC, and no matter what he insisted on going to Mint Eye with Seven. Both of them also really care about family, and they’re super loyal to them and everyone around them.

First of all, they’re both so similar with the work a little harder theme, like honestly that’s all they ever do! They’re both super workaholic, which may sometimes get in the way for spending time with family and friends. Both Tiana and Jaehee are super intelligent and strong women! And they’re always there to help their friends. Honestly Jaehee and Tiana are queens 👑

And they both are passionate with something to do with food! Jaehee with her coffee shop and Tiana with her restaurant, so I think they’re just super similar.

Jumin:

Alright listen! So when I was doing this I mostly do it on similarities on personality and such, and for Jumin both Belle and Jasmine seem the most similar

First of all, Jasmine! Both Jumin and Jasmine are in a role where they have to be the perfect heir. While Jasmine rebels against it in various ways, Jumin is more subtle about it. Whenever his father tries a new business idea because of a woman he met, Jumin firmly tells his father no. Even when Sarah Choi or whatever her name is (fuck herrrr lmao) is supposed to get married to him, Jumin yeets her and goes nope. They both care deeply about what they’re supposed to be ruling (?) over, Jumin with his company and Jasmine with her kingdom. And lastly, they both care deeply for their friends and family, and would do anything for them!

Now with Belle, Jumin loves reading. That’s a thing they have in common, and the both of them are super smart, and love learning about new things. Like Belle, he doesn’t have many friends, and is pretty confident, Iike our boy Jumin ;)

Saeyoung:

But not the animated one, it’s the one we all had a crush on when it was like 2003, this Peter Pan:

It’s absolutely perfect. Both him and Peter are super playful, they like joking around and just you know, living the high life.

But at the same time they’re both scared of their feelings. At one point, when Peter Pan and Wendy are dancing (best scene ever btw) Wendy asks Peter about his feelings, and Peter yells that no, he doesn’t care about anyone’s feelings and that he has none. He tells her that in the end everything was pretend and he doesn’t want to grow up, or admit his feelings for Wendy.

It’s like when Saeyoung was pushing away the MC, so they wouldn’t catch feelings for him. He wants to ignore his emotions and he feels they are useless. Also the gif above it’s perfect for my sweet child it’s adorable lmao.

There’s also Aladdin, because they’re both playful but they can be serious at times!

V:

Now for our boy V! I choose Tarzan and Elsa! Now you may be wondering, Amanda, what the hell?

Well let me explain!

First of all Elsa! (Ignoring the whole Let It Go part of course lmao) Both Elsa and Jihyun have had super traumatic experiences. V with Rika, and Elsa with literally almost killing her sister. Due to that, they both isolate from their friends and loved ones, to protect them. Elsa to protect them from her power, and V does it to protect them from Rika and Mint Eye. They both only want the best for their loved ones, and they don’t care if they have to sacrifice themselves. Jihyun and Elsa are scared of hurting those around them, Jihyun doesn’t want anyone in the RFA to be involved with Rika, to get hurt. That’s why I think Elsa and V are just super similar. They both repress how much they’re suffering on the inside, and they are always the ones acting as a shield for the rest. (Also it’s part of perfect because Yoosung is Anna holy crap Frozen/Mystic Messenger au????)

Now for Tarzan, of course it’s not everything that’s similar, but one thing they have in common is that they care deeply for family, no matter what. Even when Tarzan is being shunned by gorilla dad (or Yoosung -oh damn-) because he says that he’s not part of the family, Tarzan still does whatever he can to protect them.

Saeran:

Now, since our boy is actually like 6 boys (Unknown, Ray, Suit, Saeran GE, Saeran SE, and Saran Judge and Forgive)

So I did the ones in another story and Saeran post SE!

Ray: So! Our boy Ray reminds me so much of Rapunzel from Tangled! Both Ray and Rapunzel are both being kept in a tower (Ray’s tower being Mint Eye.) They’re both smart and creative, and well, they’re loyal (except to Saeyoung lmao.) I feel like Ray is also pretty artistic (he made the cute little emojis for himself and everything, just adorableeeee.) I honestly totally forgot about a Disney character that doesn’t want to be abandoned (maybe Jessie?) because Ray is scared of other people leaving him.

Now Suit! He was my favorite to do :P

He is The Beast! First of all, they’re both hot headed and they’re mad all the time, but beneath all that, they’re both hurting and lonely. Honestly I need a freaking AU of Suit Saeran as the beast, they’re just so similar! Even though they may seem distant and grumpy, they care about the MC in the same way. When the beast saw that Belle was actually pretty sad and everything, he got her a room (I mean he did feel pretty sad you could see it in his little face :( ) and Saeran actually tries to postpone the MC’s Mint Eye ceremony because he actually cares a lot about them (awww)

And for GE Saeran: I just see him as Pocahontas. They’re both mature, kind and loving, but they still have a playful side to them. Also they both love nature, and they are pretty smart. Good Ending Saeran just reminds me so much of Pocahontas honestly, because Saeran can be serious when he needs to, but he is also pretty mischievous and playful (I love the call where he’s like “HA got you to say what I wanted lmao”)

And now, SE Saeran: He reminds me of Kristoff.

At the beginning of the film, Kristoff is actually pretty selfish, and is uninterested on Anna’s stuff lmao. He’s a loner, and pretty cold (you know that’s what ice does to you pft) but he actually cares deeply about his family and friends, and he does have an actual fun side to him! Saeran in the SE is a loner too, he mostly shuts himself off and doesn’t really like to socialize (me thoooo) but even though he acts distant and like he doesn’t give a fuck, Saeran actually does give a fuck. He secretly cares about MC, his brother and maybe even the RFA members, even if he doesn’t show it. He is also pretty cold, and fiesty.

Since Hamilton is on Disney+ now, technically they’re all Disney characters so here are the RFA members as Hamilton characters, like imagine if they were to do the musical this would be the roles they’d get (also I won’t elaborate on my choices pft) oh and for the MC’s here’s a little guide just in case lmao
