Sweet Moments (ModernAU!Jayvik x Reader)

Oh thanks for reading the 2 am ramblings of a coping depresso espresso bean that is me. This is me trying to get back into writing fics so it might be meh...but anyways enjoy you Jayvik lovers! Please do comment and send an ask if you'd like to see more/ what you want me to try and write hehe 🫡(Will probably be starting to write the stuff in this post I made before lol)

From the perspective this is written, i think it should be quite ambiguous the gender of the reader...I think...It also ends kinda suggestively

For the AO3 readers

You know one might think that having two boyfriends is better than one, the more the merrier kinda thing you know? And yes, in your case, for the most part it is until you realize that having two scientific genius inventors for boyfriends comes with the fact that they take long nights in the lab, or perhaps in Jayce’s garage, building and fixing projects than they do in their own rooms.

But then, there comes the crash days. Where, after spending too many hours working, the boys end up crashing and falling asleep either at their work stations, or in the living room. It does end up giving funny moments that you managed to keep in your phone. A picture of Jayce asleep in front of the fridge, forehead stuck to the door and drool coming out of his mouth. Viktor asleep on the workbench in the garage holding onto a long cooled coffee in his mug.

But the cutest they’ve been are during the times they crash on the couch placed in the garage. Placed there by her own suggestion so they can remember to take a break every now and again, and for Viktor to have a comfortable place to rest at for his leg. You managed to catch them both asleep on the couch, Viktor on top of Jayce and after placing a blanket on them, you snapped the picture that to this day is your lock screen wallpaper.

Though lacking in knowledge of the sciency techy part of these two’s work, you are able to contribute in ways that the boys appreciate, even if they forget to say it. One of the biggest contributions being the treats you bake and bring for them.

Some of which you are carrying now, some muffins and cookies with sandwiches as well, you found that sandwiches would be the best choice as they won’t need heating up and the boys can just grab one quickly. 

”Darling, you know you don’t have to bring us food all the time” Viktor says.

”It’s alright Vitya, I love making them for you two, I don’t want you to die of starvation”

”HEY, we eat food-” Jayce chimes in from behind you.

With a quicK turn of the head and a slap to his bicep you interfere, “Talis, cereal and cup noodles are NOT a good source of daily nutrients for heaven’s sake”

Feigning being hurt Jayce clutches his arm and dramatically falls back, “OWwww how you wound meee oh nooo I might dieeeee” 

You roll your eyes and hear Viktor’s chuckle, “And don’t even get me started on you Viktor, you need to get some more rest, your eyebags grow everyday, I might come back and you’ve become a raccoon!”

”Alright alright mom, we’ll get some sleep and eat but first” Jayce grabs the container of food and sets it on the table, then picks you up at the same time, earning a yelp from you.

”JAYCE PUT ME DOWN!” You fight, thrashing against his arms.

”Nope!” He laughs, before heading towards the couch where Viktor watched, amused, “Bedroom?” Jayce asks, to which Viktor gets a glint in his eyes, “Why not it’s been a while hasn’t it?”

”Guys! I just made those cookies an hour ago!”

Viktor laughs and takes the container of goodies from the table, “Guess they’ll be coming with us then”

With that, Jayce and Viktor head to the door out of the garage and head upstairs to Jayce and Viktor’s shared bedroom, where Jayce lets Viktor get situated on the bed first and then places you gently on the bed.

“You take such good care of us darling, let us take care of you” Viktor whispers in your ear, before grabbing your chin and gently kissing you while Jayce peppers soft kisses on your neck.

”Now just relax darling, and let us do the rest of the work”

Riririnnn: Ah, yes, there indeed was a fight between Kurona and me. We were just watching a match of PxG when, "I used to have a crush on Rin," slipped from my mouth. I didn't know that Kurona was unaware of it.

Jujutsustraycats : Ah, the legend is partially true. I am not the best at my mother tongue, surprisingly. Therefore, I only write poetry in English. However, that is not to say I haven't expressed broken lines of poetic inclination to him in my native language. After all, the idea's in my head, I just need to express it somehow– (*chuckles nervously, avoiding karasu's eyes*) 

We usually converse in Japanese or English I do plan to learn Japanese, has asked me before what I mean, and I always brush it off as something casual or talking to myself :x

rapunzel likes all candy, she will eat anything and everything, but she secretly likes the fruity candies more than like chocolate ans what not, but shhhh everything is still apatizeing to her(except lemon stuff, like dont give her a lemon head man). eugene likes chocolate and so does cass, i think ever since i got introduced to cass i js thought she liked chocolate, specifically dark chocolate js bcus shes not much of a sweets person yk?(she usually takes the dark chocolate hersheys & dark chocolate milkyways if no one wants them) but eugene likes all chocolates, milky ways? yes. snickers? yes. heck even an almond joy he'll eat.

lance is like raps, he'll eat whatever(usually he just eats what the girls dont want LMAO) but smth about me makes me think his fav is jelly beans... angry and catalina are both similar, but i think catalina doesnt like nuts in her candy(i dont either, i know im insane u can hate me already), but kiera probably likes snickers, though i think she likes baby ruths more. catalina is a big fan of reeses tho, like yes peanut butter & chocolate yum yum yum.

varian likes the fruity candy cuz he is one /JOKE

but fr varian is one of those people who gets a whole carrot or smth and is like "omg thank you!!" and eats it like a chocolate bar, i do too so its okay. but his fav candy is skittles, like actually he will gobble down a whole bag like no ones business(he also likes gummies, of any sort really, oh and jolly ranchers)

and hugo doesnt get candy he gets mf rocks like charlie brown(respectfully, hugo probably likes kitkats and sweetarts)

So I’m definitely the wrong person to ask this actually. I’m not really a big fan of candy tbh. I like it sometimes, but I usually prefer savory snacks. Honestly what you said is pretty much canon to me. I love these.

But I’ll try my best.

Punzie Wunzie- Like you said, prefers fruity candies to chocolate. Probably likes skittles and Starbursts, stuff like that. I feel like she’d like gummies. Esp the orange ones with sugar on them.

Gene- Chocolate all the way. And not the cheap crap, the really fancy stuff, like truffles.

Lance- Same as Eugene but I think he likes Hershey chocolate and generally just candy bars. Probably likes sour and spicy candies as well. And yes absolutely he loves jelly beans. Same with Cat and Varian.

Var Bear- I think he’ll eat anything tbh but he canonically likes chocolate, so he steals Eugene’s truffles and Lance’s candy bars. And I can see him liking hard candies and suckers, because you can eat them while working.

Cassie Wassie- Again like you said, dark chocolate. She doesn’t strike me as much of a candy person. I can see her liking candy with nuts (despite being a lesbian)

Thing 1 & The Other 1- I feel like Cat prefers savory foods because wolf hehe. So yes peanut butter candies all the way. Same with Kiera, idk she just doesn’t strike me as that much of a candy person either so I think she’d eat ab anything as well. Like they like candy well enough they just don’t really have favorites. Maybe they both like sour/spicy candy.

everyone else- Quirin and Arianna like those old person candies that just materialize in your house when you turn 60. Adira also prefers fancy chocolates. Frederic, I don’t know let’s say circus peanuts. Hector doesn’t care why are you asking him this. Edmund hasn’t had candy in years, honestly he’d be happy just eating a bag of straight sugar.

My favorite is probably milky ways. Because they’re good and I gotta stick with my astronomy aesthetic I’ve got going on. Also Skittles slap.

Random Dandy's World headcanons I have

Rodger and Teagan are Toodles' parents. However, she's adopted, which is why she often refers to them by name. (teacase aaaaaahhh)

Sprout is chubby bc yes.

Finn has a really low pain tolerance. He would cry over stubbing his toe.

Shrimpo is secretly extremely protective over Toodles. If anyone harmed her, he'd kick their ass.

Glisten is a gay uncle figure to Toodles. So is Boxten. (jewelrybox go wee)

Sprout and Cosmo have a crush on each other, and while they never made it official, they act like a couple. (fruitcake go brrr)

Shelly = Vee's pookie (hehe shellvision)

Shrimpo is extremely touch-starved, but he refuses to ask for hugs, cuddles, headpats, nose boops, kisses, etc and he hides when he has mental breakdowns or panic attacks. (angst hehe)

Tisha has OCD. If anything is out of order, she HAS to fix it.

Toodles = AUTISM

Coal is spayed, but neither she nor Pebble know that and they want to have puppies. (no, they're not related in any way. If you headcanon that they are, that's fine, but keep in mind that in my AU, they're not)

Sprout has a fluffy leaf tail that wags when he's happy. He doesn't even bother to deny it.

While Cosmo is really good at baking, he CANNOT cook actual food for the life of him. Give him a microwave pizza and he'll find a way to set it on fire. He always has to ask either Ginger or Sprout to cook for him, or he just gets take-out. How many wrong ways can you use a microwave? Cosmo's done them all.

Boxten struggles with social interactions. He never talks to anyone he doesn't know unless he absolutely has to.

Boxten has glasses. Even though he's supposed to wear them all the time, he usually only wears them when he has to read something because he thinks they make him look like a geek. (insecurity alert)

Scraps and Goob are Boxten's cousins.

Dandy has attachment issues. He gets anxious when a friend stops talking to him for too long (aka a day 💀)

Toodles is really stupidly strong despite her age.

Shrimpo claims that he hates cats, but he secretly owns one.

Boxten knows Japanese. He learned it from his oldest brother.

Boxten is also the youngest of nine brothers and sisters.

Tisha is the type of person to run herself ragged just to keep things clean and in order.

Finn is nineteen years old and he's still afraid of the dark.

Boxten can't handle chocolate very well. Ironically, he still enjoys eating it. (me lmao)

When Connie and Looey have sleepovers, Looey tries to kick Connie off the bed in his sleep.

Coal is extremely lazy. She'll stay in one spot for hours.

Pebble sees himself as being the same as wolves. The only real difference is that he has Dandy to feed him.

When Toodles is picked up, she'll screech like a pterodactyl. She hates being picked up, unless it's Rodger or Teagan.

Rodger was thought to be mute as a child due to not having a mouth, but he slowly taught himself how to talk. Due to this, his grammar isn't the best.

Dazzle is slightly shorter than Razzle, so the two of them walk a bit funny, but it doesn't cause them pain and that's all that matters.

Despite not being in Brightney's book club, Razzle does enjoy reading, but he's not the biggest fan of Dazzle's reading tastes, so it usually puts him to sleep.

Gigi teases Cosmo and Ginger by saying they're dating. (They're not though, this isn't- well, I am in Alabama, but you know what I mean!)

Rodger calls Toodles 'sunshine' bc yes.

Shrimpo is a big back. Not as much as Toodles, but he could be in his bedroom with 30 bags of chips all to himself at any time-

Toodles has a little fluffy tail and paw beans on her hands and feet because yes.

Looey's tail usually never stops wagging, so if it does, something is very wrong.

Finn used to cut his shoulders and thighs when he was younger, but he doesn't do it anymore and he's nothing but happy now. He doesn't even bother to hide his scars, since Gigi told him it's a sign he went through something tough, survived it, and came back stronger.

Rodger has a country accent bc yes.

Shrimpo likes dandelions. Even though they're technically weeds, he thinks they're beautiful and they calm him down during his mental breakdowns.

Looey identifies as non-binary. While he's okay with he/him, he prefers they/them pronouns.

Boxten likes sitting in boxes. He finds it comfortable.

Boxten and Poppy have been best friends since they were practically babies. They're inseparable.

Toodles likes to sing in the shower.

Astro writes in his diary with a glittery gel pen.

Cosmo owns and wears Hello Kitty socks, though he's embarrassed about it.

Looey tackles and wrestles people to show affection.

Connie makes Your Mom jokes.

Dazzle is really scared of dogs.

Rodger has fallen asleep when working several times. Like Tisha, he tends to run himself ragged.

Sprout won't pass up the opportunity to spend time with Cosmo, and even hides when he's sick to do it. as soon as Cosmo finds out, he's the one to take care of him until he gets better.

If you don't like the ships that I mentioned, that's totally okay! Just don't be rude about it and if you feel like they get too shoved in your face, let me know nicely and I'll take a break from posting anything ship related. ^^

How did casino eggman celebrate Dr.Eggman's birthday today?

Casino Egg loves getting to spend a day with modern Egg on his birthday! He likes how, of all the places in the universe the infamous modern Dr. Eggman could be, he's with him. He'd say that to flatter modern Eggman in itself, saying "aren't I lucky?" for it and it gets him giggling and saying "yes you are!"

He wants modern to stay with him in his mansion instead of him at modern's base, so he invites him over and he comes because he always likes to spend time at his impressive huge and beautiful place. He does so the night before because he has big plans and wants their celebration to last all day long.

Modern Egg wakes up to Casino Egg cuddling him from behind and kissing his cheek as he says good morning to the handsome birthday boy. It immediately puts a big smile on his face to be met with the sight and embrace of a very handsome man as a spitting image of him and be complimented sweetly.

There's a surprise for him that Casino Egg called for but has to wait a bit more for it to be ready, so they snuggle for a little longer during the wait. But his first surprise of the day actually comes when Casino Egg suddenly disappears under the covers and gives him something that I can't detail on main XD

That puts him a very good mood already but it's even further improved when he's surprised with a big breakfast in bed. Lots of strawberries added to the waffles and pancakes dessert for a Casino Egg touch. The food is delicious and high quality, expertly prepared by his very expensive and skilled chefs.

When they get to his lounge room he's presented with a bunch of gifts! Mostly consisting of clothing, jewelry, and money. The clothes were designed by Casino Egg as he's a skilled clothes designer with his own fashion lines. They're exclusive designed just for him and are high quality and very expensive to make.

Modern feels very special to be gifted with these unique designs and tries on one of the outfits, a black button up shirt and red jacket and pants that looks very smart on him and some golden jewelry with red gems to compliment it. It actually has him looking quite a lot like Casino Egg with his usual style!

When he comes out of the closest to show him how he looks, Casino Egg is in love with it and says they suit him really well and looks extra handsome in them but he's excited to get him out of them later on too hehe. But before then they're set to have a fun day out so everyone can see how great he looks!

They go out for a dinner, nothing that sets a super romantic mood because Casino Egg knows it isn't modern Egg's thing but it is a very expensive luxurious dining experience and modern always loves being spoiled with delicious food. He encourages him to order everything he wants as a special birthday feast.

Modern Egg is very satisfied with a pleasantly full tummy and Casino Egg enjoys seeing how happy he looks. When they get back they go into Casino Egg's cozy gaming area where he gets to cuddle with him on his giant bean bag with lots of pillows and blankets to get comfy and rest after his big meal.

They play the games he was gifted and Casino Egg doesn't know a lot about 3D ones so modern enjoys showing him how to play and he admires his passion for it. Modern finds it amusing when Casino Egg tries and struggles and he says he's very cheeky but he'll let him get away with it on his birthday XD

Casino Egg makes sure modern Egg is comfortable, pampered, and pleasured throughout the day in total luxury and he constantly feels totally blissed out. He makes it calm and relaxing for him when they're chilling but also exciting and makes sure he has fun when they're active, and of course they get intimate plenty too

He loves spoiling him with sweet treats like baked goods, expensive boxes of chocolate and candies and gifts and keeps asking if there's anything he'd like to buy and lets him order anything and everything he wants. It's just as thrilling for him to spoil him and spend tons on the special beautiful birthday boy.

A few hours later Casino Egg takes him modern out to one of his bars in the city in his pink limo because he says he wants to show off how beautiful his boyfriend is and for everyone to see how great he looks in his new outfit. They make quite the entrance and modern loves the attention when he's in the spotlight!

They sit in the special reserved cozy and quieter corner and Casino Egg encourages him to try a bunch of the best delicious drinks. It quickly has them feeling jolly and silly and they laugh and have a ton of fun. Casino Egg is very flirty and keeps making modern blush and giggle with his sweet compliments and charm.

Casino Egg wants to cuddle close and kiss lots but modern gets a bit flustered as he's actually the more submissive one in the relationship and it's a big secret so he prefers to let everyone think they're just friends that kiss a little sometimes. He's hesitant to let the public see how he makes him swoon.

When Casino Egg notices how modern hesitates he teases "no way, you're not getting shy, are you?" and modern also doesn't want people to think his ever confident ass can get like that too! So he quickly denies it and Casino Egg makes him prove it by letting them get a bit closer and more cuddly and affectionate.

But modern Egg is much less worried about it the drunker he gets and forgets where they are when lost in the moment. Little kisses on the cheek turns into making out with tongue in the corner but in view for anyone to look over but it feels too good for him to care anymore. They look like very close friends now hehe

Modern often feels very snuggly and more affectionate than usual after a few drinks and forgets to hide it in public because Casino Egg is so alluring he gets carried away. He hugs him tight and loves it when Casino Egg pushes his face down into his beautiful titties, he's so soft and warm and strawberry scented.

When it suddenly hits modern Egg and he realizes he's giving himself away to everyone there, he blushes hard and panics but Casino Egg puts his hand on his head to keep him there. He says there's no need to be embarrassed, anyone here would just be super jealous and wish they were in his position right now! XD

That does help a lot but he's a lot more confident in showing his affection when they get back to the mansion and hang out at Casino Egg's beautiful garden full of beautiful flowers and hedges and they're all alone together again. They hold hands as they walk together and talk and admire the scenery.

They're both a bit drunk wobbling as they walk and almost fall into the hedges or flower beds. Casino Egg says "hey it might be your bday but you're not flattening my flowers with your heavy ass" and modern says he can talk as he's almost doing the same and is heavier so he'd do more damage and they playfully bicker lol

They reach the center of the big glorious garden with the bench and water fountain and the sky is beautiful and starry and they admire it together but not as much as they admire each other. It sets the mood for them as their sweet kisses turn into deeper passionate ones and they start feeling each other up

When they get excited Casino Egg says they should take this inside to be more comfortable. When they get to his bedroom he reveals that he has a few more gifts for him and he opens them to find that they're very naughty and Casino Egg plans on them trying them out tonight. They're in for a very fun time! ;)

But unfortunately I can't get into the details of that on main hehe

Casino Egg makes sure he puts his best effort into making it a fun and exciting day for his beloved bf modern Eggman for the first birthday they spend alone together and it's certainly ends up being a very special memorable one 💜

hiya mod 👋👋 i just wanna say your lance backstory is SO lit and i’m totally putting that in my headcanon basket!!!!! there is no need to be ashamed you are a LEGEND in my mind for giving him such an epic and sordid tale of origin 🛐🛐🛐

also i personally feel like i am Connecting The Two Dots now that you have planted that seed into my mind bc i always had this headcanon that lance was one of those characters who grew up to be really strong and badass as an adult, but was kind of a weak, sickly little dratini as a child 🥺 i just really love the trope in fiction of “entire village collectively raises a baby” and with that awesome origin story in mind it feels complete because being a war orphan born in a wildfire would naturally leave a kid with some health complications!! (also lance would be the cutest little smol bean as a kid i just know he would)

First off, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I just let my mind go CRAZY and spilled all of that out there hehe.

Secondly, YES YOU GET IT! After Lance is born the entire of Blackthorn including Clair's mother (who I didn't mention in the backstory but is very important in Lance's life, almost like a foster mother) takes him in and raises him. Everything he knows is from them.

He does grow up with a case of what I like to call "Viridan Sickness" It's when he's exposed to not enough sunlight or too much cold air, his body shuts down and can become very ill due to the build-up of smog that congested his lungs and his Viridian Powers enhancing his cells to try to fight back the illness can cause strain on his body.

Blackthorn was concerned that he may not make it past 10 years old, but they did everything they could to make sure he lived a sound life as his parents would've desired. He was very weak physically and mentally since he didn't have many friends to hang around as a child, but Clair's mother made sure to keep him company and happy until Clair was finally born. She loves seeing Lance smile. It reminds her a lot of her late brother.

But as we all know, he's perfectly okay, healthy, and strong as the Lance we all know and love today. Viridian sickness only comes rare to him now.

HELLO! hi hi hi uh. hellow sienna :3 yes of course. i will choose a VERY MINIMAL AMOUNT OF OCS just the ones i’m always ranting about. ALSO I KNOW YOU SAID BRIEF BUT. I AM VERY BAD AT THAT SO HERE’S WHATEVER THIS IS:

1. GEMMA. (Gemma the ??? technically)

Gemma is a green… bird. We do not know what kind of bird she is. She’s Bean’s mom and she runs the criminal underworld of hybrid mobians, trafficking, and mobian puppy mills. She’s not particularly mean or violent though, the joke being that she’s also omnipotent and can break the fourth wall, just with the dark twist that she’s always known everything ever and knows she’s an OC and that I’m even talking about her right now, hence why doing the immoral shit that she does is not ultimately a bad thing since no one she hurts is real. ALSO, she’s based off of Gemma Teller-Morrow from Sons of Anarchy so if you ever draw her, try to make her look like a bird version or Katey Segal :)

2. BRANDO. (Brando the Hawk lol)

Jet’s Dad. Looks like Jet but if he was an alcoholic who somehow manages a receding hairline. Hansu once drew him with a monocle and top hat as a joke but I found it so hilarious we might just keep it. He sounds like James Lance (actor) if his voice was more broken and growly and mumbly, and if he was human he’d have Lance’s hair as well. (He misses his wife, Sienna)

3. ADAM!!! (Adam the Albatross)

Adam is Storm’s dad and he looks like him but instead of being round and fluffy strong, he’s abtastically ripped. You see how I draw mobians you know what’s up LOL. anyways, he was a teen dad and did a really good job, and he works at Prison Island. Well, he did, now it’s blown up, so he works at the inland prison instead. He’s a bit of a manchild and his girlfriend is Jewel’s mom Opal (hehe Lea’s OC) because he sorta has a milf problem. He’s like if Jesse Pinkman was an adult instead of an oversized teenager, yet is still quite childish (in a cute way! he eats dino nuggets for dinner). Think “drawing Storm but for a thirsttrap” and you’ve nailed him

4, CAREY AND DARLA!!! (Carey the Jackdaw & Darla the Swallow)

You really think I’m gonna just include one??? These are Wave’s parents and I’m in love with their designs. Carey is a jackdaw with vitiligo which means he gets patches of white feathers in certain places due to black pigment being a recessive genetic trait due to the Salem trials (long story, you asked for the short version lol). He dyes his front feathers red to be like Party Poison from Danger Days, and often wears a pair of working denim jeans that are kinda stained with oil and paint but that makes them look cooler. He’s Eggman level smart and super witty, but extremely humble and only wants to use his knowledge to help other people. It’s a jackdaw thing. He loves shiny stuff (read: he loves machinery) and also adores his wife. Such a wife guy but in the genuinely good and wholesome way. SPEAKING OF, DARLA IS A BUBBLEGUM PUNK TO ME! She was part of all the mobian riots in the 80’s and operated an illegal shelter for homeless youth via her massive roller rink that’s dead centre in her city that she refuses to sell for luxury condos or parking lots. That is HER block of land and she’s not moving it, so she helps keep kids (especially mobian youth who are disproportionately affected) off the street. She loves wearing full denim and is an array of blue colours. Also, despite her husband being super fucking tall, she’s also pretty tall for a lady! Very round too though, like a feathery ball, very cute and round and pudgy I love her.

the character everyone gets wrong

Hmmm, I don't think I really have a character that comes to mind that I can confidently say "Yeah, everyone gets this one wrong". I think it's more that there are characters that fandom strips down to a singular trait and then a lot of iterations within fanworks then become an exaggeration of that one trait until the character is a hyperbole of themselves...which probably sounds like I am saying "yeah they all get this one wrong" but I'm really not. See, using that for comedic effect is great and all, and I sometimes really enjoy it, and a caricature is not necessarily wrong...it's just exaggerated. I tend to try to stay away from the word "wrong" when dealing with fandom interpretations because things are so subjective.

I do have a few characters that come to mind, though, for how often they are written as a caricature or one-dimensional or boiled down to one trait. This isn't accusatory or anything, just my observations: Deku (Izuku Midoriya) from BNHA - The amount of times I've seen him written as "uwu poor bean" or "innocent" or "too precious for this world".... like. Y'all. He canonically breaks his own bones to save other people again and again and again. But then it swings the other way with people writing him as a "badass who does no wrong". I promise you this boy messes up and when he does, he messes up Royally. Also, he is not suave At All in the source material, lol, he just has a few badass lines and faces danger even when he's terrified, but there are plenty of times he makes mistakes, can't talk to girls, embarrasses himself, and is even paralyzed with fear. Overall, he's a pretty well-rounded character. That being said, whatever you wanna write, go for it.

Grimmjow from Bleach: Yeah, I love the "Grimmjow is a Giant Cat" joke, and I've written it myself. But sometimes even for me it's too much. He's more than just 'a cat' (and really, all cats have a unique personality). He's an amalgamation of souls with murderous intent and a goal of being King. He wants to be the Strongest. He canonically tries to murder Rukia and Ichigo both. He gets loses an arm. He has this weird list of checks and balances where he doesn't harm Orihime because she restored his arm, even though harming Orihime would definitely get to Ichigo and draw him into a fight to the death. He does a 180 in TTYBW and is fighting on the same side as Ichigo, in a 'enemy of my enemy is my friend' sort of deal, because his home is threatened. He ATE his followers/friends to even become an arrancar in the first place. There is more to him than 'hehe, oversized cat', and I feel like sometimes even I need a reminder of that. (and I really love his character)

Endeavor from BNHA: Oh no, I get it. This man does horrible things. I just kinda get tired of fics where he's characterized as remorseless (he's not; that is shown very clearly, even if he still has a long way to go to even begin apologizing/making up for how he's been) or even considered Worse than All for One. You know, All for One, the Villain who is so terrifying even other villains are afraid of him. The dude who manipulated a child and raised him into someone who would attack other children, the dude who wants to squash the very symbol of hope for everyone. Endeavor is a shitty dad, and he does shitty things, but he is not so one-sided. Yeah, he's very self-centered and insecure, doesn't make him evil. He's aggressive and doesn't pay attention to collateral damage. Still doesn't make him evil. Dangerous? yes. Abusive? yup. I guess I just hate when people see him act one way and instantly decide there's no way to redeem him. He would have to do a lot of inner work, but he has the potential to, and I think a lot of fandom consistently strips him of that potential because they'd rather see in black and white and label people as 'good' or 'bad' with no going back or forth, than to think that maybe humans are more complex and so maybe the characters in the shows they love are more complex as well. Idk. I kind of rambled a bit on this one. I don't mind talking about him. He's interesting to me, and I think he reflects some people I have known in my life, which is maybe why I have such an interest in him being able to change.

6. which ship fans are the most annoying?

So I don't actually think there's a particular ship out there with fans who are more annoying than other ships, but I think there is potential for fans of any ship to be annoying. Basically, the annoying stuff is not connected to the ship, but to fan behaviour. Really, I think the most annoying types of ship fans are the ones who will send death threats and anonymous hate to people who either dislike the ship they enjoy or who like a ship they don't enjoy. Imagine sending death threats and hate mail over people that don't even exist...Imagine sending hate mail or threats at all...like damn. Some people really need to grow up. But as I said, these fans can be (and are) present in any and all fandoms, for any and all ships. Maybe there's more for a lot of the mainstream stuff, but that's just because there's more people following that stuff in general.

Honestly there are two things in me 'n wife's Sonic RP that I absolutely adore (and that are absolutely self-indulgent lol).

Like, following the plot we make up as we go, Shadow has actually p much befriended everyone in Sonic's main friend group (a lot of stuff happened, as well as a bit of reevaluation of personal beliefs and values on Shadow's part). And the aforementioned two things are as follows: - when he stops by Emerald Town, he often spends time with Tails discussing Various Sciencey Shit and at times even helping the fox with his personal projects. Shadow may not be that ace in computers and all but imo he is capable of at least basic mechanic stuff (like I'm fairly sure he does all the maintenance for his air shoes - gotta keep 'em working properly!), plus I'm p sure he also has some knowledge on other various topics (biology, botany, physics, maybe something else). So yeah, Nerd Stuff-based friendship and shenanigans; - when Knuckles visits and they happen to meet up in some way, they either: a) have a good ol' one-on-one sparring session where they duke it out without holding back (they both are very strong physically, Knuckles even more so but heck - Shadow loves to test his limits); b) talk about historical and cultural stuff (my wife has a strong opinion - and I agree - that as a treasure hunter Knuckles know plenty of that stuff (myths and legends and all that) as well as some of the ancient languages; my opinion is that Shadow knows VERY LITTLE of actual Mobian history and culture since he was raised in, y'know, human space colony so he almost CRAVES learning more about it all; Knuckles is of course surprised at first, but actually happy to share his knowledge - Shadow appears to be a great listener); c) just do nothing and vibe, not talking and observing their surroundings (yeah like in that Twitter Takeover haha; they really are cut from the same cloth if you look closely, two awkward socially inept beans).

P.S. And yes, of course Shadow also spends some time with Amy, too. I imagine they either go to some public events together (music concerts, yeah, like that Hot Honey one, of course) or have tea parties with Cream. Cute stuff. (because - again - Shadow is A Girls Guy, hehe)
