AI Sales Enablement: Enhancing the Customer Experience
In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force, revolutionizing various industries, including sales and marketing. AI sales enablement, in particular, has become a powerful tool for organizations to optimize their sales processes and enhance customer experiences. By leveraging AI technologies, businesses can gather valuable insights, personalize interactions, and streamline sales efforts. This blog post explores AI sales enablement from a customer perspective, highlighting the benefits it brings to customers and how it shapes the modern buying journey.
1. Personalized Interactions:
One of the significant advantages AI sales enablement offers from a customer perspective is the ability to provide personalized interactions throughout the buying journey. Traditional sales methods often rely on generic approaches, where customers receive similar pitches and offers regardless of their unique needs. However, AI-powered solutions can analyze vast amounts of customer data, enabling organizations to understand individual preferences, pain points, and buying patterns.
With AI, businesses can deliver highly tailored recommendations, product suggestions, and offers based on each customer's specific requirements. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, AI sales enablement tools can learn from previous interactions and continuously refine their recommendations. This personalized approach fosters a deeper connection between customers and businesses, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Enhanced Customer Insights
AI sales enablement solutions also empower organizations to gain comprehensive insights into their customers, enabling them to understand their preferences and behavior better. By analyzing vast amounts of customer data, AI algorithms can identify trends, patterns, and correlations that might go unnoticed
These insights enable businesses to segment their customer base effectively, identifying different customer personas and targeting them with customized marketing strategies. With AI-powered analytics, organizations can determine the best time to engage with customers, the most effective channels for communication, and the type of content that resonates most with their target audience. As a result, businesses can allocate their resources more efficiently, ensuring that their sales efforts are focused on the right customers with the highest potential for conversion.
3. Streamlined Buying Journey
The modern customer expects a seamless and convenient buying experience. AI sales enablement tools can significantly contribute to streamlining the buying journey, making it easier and more efficient for customers to make informed purchasing decisions. By implementing AI chatbots, businesses can provide round-the-clock assistance, answering customer queries and guiding them through the sales process.
AI-powered chatbots can handle routine inquiries, provide product recommendations, and even assist with complex decision-making. These virtual assistants simulate human-like interactions, creating a more engaging and personalized experience for customers. Moreover, AI algorithms can analyze customer behavior in real-time, enabling organizations to proactively address potential issues, anticipate customer needs, and provide timely support.
4. Improved Customer Satisfaction and Retention
Ultimately, AI sales enablement solutions contribute to improved customer satisfaction and increased retention rates. By personalizing interactions, providing valuable insights, and streamlining the buying journey, businesses can cater to customer needs more effectively. Satisfied customers are more likely to become loyal advocates, promoting the brand through positive word-of-mouth and repeat purchases.
AI-powered solutions also enable businesses to anticipate and address customer pain points proactively. By leveraging sentiment analysis and customer feedback, organizations can identify areas of improvement and fine-tune their sales strategies accordingly. This continuous feedback loop ensures that customers feel valued, leading to higher levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
AI sales enablement has revolutionized the way businesses interact with customers, focusing on personalized experiences, insightful analytics, and streamlined processes. From the customer perspective, AI-driven sales enablement tools offer personalized interactions, enhanced customer insights, a streamlined buying journey, and improved satisfaction and retention. By leveraging the power of AI, organizations can create meaningful connections with their customers, understand their needs on a deeper level, and deliver a seamless buying experience that exceeds expectations.
As AI technologies continue to advance, the future of sales enablement holds even greater potential for customer-centricity. Voice-activated AI assistants, for instance, are becoming more prevalent, allowing customers to interact with brands through natural language conversations. This technology enables customers to ask questions, seek recommendations, and receive real-time assistance, creating a more interactive and personalized experience.
Furthermore, AI-powered predictive analytics can anticipate customer needs before they even arise. By analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer behavior, businesses can proactively suggest products or services that align with customers' preferences. This proactive approach not only saves time but also demonstrates a deep understanding of the customer, enhancing their overall satisfaction.
AI sales enablement also has the capacity to improve the post-sales experience. Chatbots and virtual assistants can provide ongoing support, offering product tutorials, troubleshooting assistance, and order tracking information. These AI-driven solutions ensure that customers receive prompt and accurate responses, reducing the need for lengthy wait times and frustration. As a result, customers feel valued and supported, fostering long-term loyalty.
However, it's important to note that while AI sales enablement brings numerous benefits, it should complement rather than replace human interactions. The human touch is still vital in building trust, empathy, and understanding. Therefore, organizations should strike a balance between AI-driven automation and human expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In conclusion, AI sales enablement has transformed the customer experience by personalizing interactions, providing deep insights, streamlining the buying journey, and improving satisfaction and retention rates. From tailored recommendations to proactive support, AI technologies empower businesses to meet and exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint. By embracing AI sales enablement from a customer perspective, organizations can forge stronger connections, drive customer loyalty, and stay ahead in the competitive marketplace of the future.

12 Brutal Truths About Closing Deals in the AI Automation Industry
As the owner of an AI automation agency for the past 9 months, I’ve learned that selling AI solutions requires a different approach than traditional sales. I’ve compiled these no-nonsense techniques that have consistently delivered results.
1. The 90/10 Rule of AI Sales
In the AI automation business, 90% of our time is spent building rapport and demonstrating value through discovery calls, proof of concepts, and technical discussions. Only 10% is spent finalizing contracts and collecting payment. Master both parts. The technical demonstrations build trust, but you still need to defend your pricing and close effectively when it matters.
2. The Price Reality Check
Today’s AI solutions cost substantially more than even a few years ago. What used to be a $15,000 automation implementation now costs $30,000-$35,000. Many clients aren’t prepared for this reality, and most salespeople aren’t prepared to take them there. You must learn to justify higher price points confidently or you’ll leave money on the table every time.
3. Money Justification Over Negotiation
Stop negotiating. Start justifying. When a client says your AI implementation is “$10,000 higher than expected,” don’t immediately offer discounts. Instead, break down the value in concrete terms: “This solution will save your team 40 hours per week at your average hourly rate of $75. That’s $3,000 weekly or $156,000 annually. Your investment is recouped in less than three months.”
4. Consequence Questions Drive Urgency
Ask prospects about the consequences of not implementing AI automation: “What happens if you continue with manual processes for another year?” or “How much will inefficiencies cost if nothing changes?” These questions force clients to confront the status quo cost — often much higher than they realize.
5. Identity-Based Selling
People act according to who they believe they are. When selling AI solutions, tap into identity: “Forward-thinking companies in your industry are automating these processes” or “Innovative CTOs like yourself are leading this transformation.” When clients identify as tech innovators, they’ll act accordingly. One hesitant prospect closed immediately after I framed the decision as “what technology leaders would do.”
6. Know Your Customer’s Style
Recognize and adapt to the four customer types:
Dominant: Provide bottom-line results and ROI calculations with minimal fluff
Social: Emphasize how AI automation will make them look innovative to peers
Paced: Give them information without pressure and respect their timeline
Precise: Deliver detailed technical specifications and implementation roadmaps
I lost deals initially by giving technical specs to dominant buyers who only wanted bottom-line impact. Now I tailor my approach immediately.
7. Reading Body Language in Video Calls
Even in remote sales, body language matters:
Folded arms during your demo indicates skepticism — revisit your value proposition
Leaning forward shows interest — time to discuss implementation details
Looking away suggests hesitation — address unspoken concerns directly
Nodding with direct eye contact signals readiness — move toward closing
8. The Income Reality
In the AI automation sales business:
Average performers make $50,000-$100,000 selling basic automation packages
True professionals earn $100,000-$450,000 by mastering technical knowledge, consultative selling, and consistently closing larger, more complex implementations
The difference isn’t luck — it’s discipline, continuous learning, and raising standards. I track every sales activity, conversation point, and objection to constantly refine my approach.
9. Expand Rather Than Change Identity
Don’t try to make clients completely change their identity. Instead, expand it: “You’ve always been focused on operational excellence. AI automation is simply the next evolution of that commitment.” This approach faces less resistance than suggesting they’ve been doing everything wrong.
10. Handle Objections as Opportunities
When a prospect says, “We don’t have the technical team to maintain an AI system,” don’t hear rejection. Instead, hear: “Show me why your managed service makes this feasible for us.” Turn every objection into a question you can answer. This shift in perspective transforms the conversation from confrontational to collaborative.
11. The Power of Psychological Reciprocity
When clients raise concerns, give genuine value and understanding first. Listen intently, acknowledge their perspective, and respond thoughtfully. This creates an unconscious obligation to reciprocate by considering your perspective. I never rush to counter objections — instead, I explore them deeply before responding, which dramatically improves reception to my solutions.
12. Maintain Emotional Distance
Never become emotionally attached to closing a specific deal. AI automation sales cycles are long and complex. Rejection is information, not failure.
The AI automation industry is transforming rapidly. The agencies that thrive won’t just have the best technology — they’ll have sales professionals who can effectively communicate value, handle sophisticated objections, and close deals at appropriate price points. Master these techniques, and you’ll stand apart in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
By the way, if you like these kinds of insights and want to dive deeper into my background, my experience, or want to connect with me, you can find me on Instagram at “@tek.alb” and Twitter/X at “@AlbertTekith”.

Do Sales Professionals Really Blow?
How can sales professionals help their clients to succeed?
Earlier today, David Shillingord shared the following post on LinkedIn. When talking about AI in supply chains it is critical to be precise and not speak in general terms. Jim Hayden, Chief Data Scientist at Everstream Analytics, is one of the best in the business and very good at explaining how Artificial and Human intelligence are both critical in enabling companies to turn supply chain…

the most frustrating thing about AI Art from a Discourse perspective is that the actual violation involved is pretty nebulous
like, the guys "laundering" specific artists' styles through AI models to mimic them for profit know exactly what they're doing, and it's extremely gross
but we cannot establish "my work was scraped from the public internet and used as part of a dataset for teaching a program what a painting of a tree looks like, without anyone asking or paying me" as, legally, Theft with a capital T. not only is this DMCA Logic which would be a nightmare for 99% of artists if enforced to its conclusion, it's not the right word for what's happening
the actual Violation here is that previously, "I can post my artwork to share with others for free, with minimal risk" was a safe assumption, which created a pretty generous culture of sharing artwork online. most (noteworthy) potential abuses of this digital commons were straightforwardly plagiarism in a way anyone could understand
but the way that generative AI uses its training data is significantly more complicated - there is a clear violation of trust involved, and often malicious intent, but most of the common arguments used to describe this fall short and end up in worse territory
by which I mean, it's hard to put forward an actual moral/legal solution unless you're willing to argue:
Potential sales "lost" count as Theft (so you should in fact stop sharing your Netflix password)
No amount of alteration makes it acceptable to use someone else's art in the production of other art without permission and/or compensation (this would kill entire artistic mediums and benefit nobody but Disney)
Art Styles should be considered Intellectual Property in an enforceable way (impossibly bad, are you kidding me)
it's extremely annoying to talk about, because you'll see people straight up gloating about their Intent To Plagiarize, but it's hard to stick them with any specific crime beyond Generally Scummy Behavior unless you want to create some truly horrible precedents and usher in The Thousand Year Reign of Intellectual Property Law
#hoped I was mostly done discoursing about this deeply annoying subject#but twitter's butlerian jihad is starting to pick up more and more steam on here

AI-Enhanced Sales Approach

First, I want to address the rumors that I used AI to paint A Thousand Skies. Here is a condensed version of the 10 part video recording of how I painted everything. I normally reserve the full hours long video recordings for my patrons but here they are in case there is still any doubt https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1d-3hxjZWROiZPaI8XeU93cKBBKB1Gz9Z?usp=drive_link
All of my past paintings have full video recordings for my Patrons, going back to 2018 when I first got a Patreon.
Long time followers will also know that I care deeply about the environment, not only in the themes of my art but also in my actions to the best of my ability and knowledge. So much so that every year since 2016, I’ve donated 100% of my Black Friday sales to environmental charities, and you can see all the receipts of the organizations I donated to here https://www.yuumeiart.com/blog
I realized a comment I’ve made at 2am and while sleep deprived was confusing. I want to clear up the misunderstandings from yesterday's post where I said AI isn’t that bad for the environment. I thought I was specifically answering the question of how much energy it takes to generate 1 AI image on my own computer without any servers, but I realize now that people were talking about how much energy it takes to train AIs by big companies. This was not what I was trying to refer to in my comment, but I recognize it is one of many legitimate concerns with the way current generative AI is developed.
I want to reiterate that I did use AI for a gag scene in my comic—the character, Vance, was objectifying women by seeing them as anime cat girls and pasting them over AI backgrounds. I thought that such a character having AI goggles was making a point. I recognize that regardless of the context, the use of AI carries other ramifications. I will be taking all of this into consideration with my future artwork.
I know AI art is a very heated issue with very real concerns attached to its use. I don’t expect people to change their minds. I will continue to make art as I always have for the past 2 decades before AI existed, and continue to make available to my patrons full video recordings of the paintings I’ve made and will make. Thank you.

I keep seeing posts talking about the WGA/Sag-Aftra strike, which yes, good, but in all this "support writers" sentiment I'm seeing no one talk about book writers, which I think is something people should know more about right now.
We are at an all-time high for book bans, namely targeting queer & PoC-authored books. This means that a lot of schools and libraries are no longer stocking diverse YA books, and if you're not in publishing, you may not realize this but school & libraries are by far one of the biggest markets for diverse YA books.
This means that in 2023, YA book sales are down. This is also in part because Barnes & Noble (the largest physical book retailer in the U.S.) is no longer really stocking YA hardcovers. This means that marginalized authors and debut authors are struggling to sell books.
But it's a LOT worse than that. In the past couple of years, marginalized authors are *really* struggling to get new book deals. Most books are acquired by a publisher about 2 years before they release to the public, so this isn't all that noticeable yet, but a LOT of marginalized authors I've spoken to (myself included) have been unable to sell a new YA book since 2020. So while I had a book out last year, even if I sell one right now, you won't see it until 2025-2026. That's three to four years without a new release or the income I get from publishing those books.
On top of that, Big 5 publishers have started closing imprints (namely their diverse imprints) and have started telling their marginalized YA authors to just go. I've had multiple authors tell me their publisher basically said, "eh, we don't care to put in the work for you anymore. You can just go somewhere else". Of the authors who *are* getting offered new contracts, we're being offered pay far below the cost of living and we're being handed contracts that split our payments 4 or 5 ways and require we sign over our work to be used to train AI so they can replace us a few years down the road.
Authors are freelancers who own our IPs, which means we can't unionize the way Hollywood writers can, and despite authors showing up in droves to support HarperCollins employees when they went on strike for fair wages, we're being hung out to dry when it comes to our own rights.
If you enjoy diverse books, especially diverse YA, please understand that many of the authors you loved over the past 3-5 years are being forced out of the industry. We're being exploited, and we have no way to defend ourselves. Our books sales are drying up thanks to anti-queer legislation, our rights are being eaten up by AI, and our publishers are degrading us while profiting of us and refusing to share those profits with us.
Within the publishing industry, we've all been watching this decline happen over the last decade, but outside of it, I know most people have no idea what's going on so please spread the word. And if you care about diverse books especially in YA, please support marginalized authors in any way you can. The industry needs to be reminded that it needs us before we're all eliminated from it.

Raising the Mast
Viktor x f!Reader | 1.1k | 18+ You give Viktor a ride home from an event, knowing from experience that he won't be able to keep his hands off you for long. 🚫 I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY WORK BEING USED TO TRAIN AI 🚫
The carriage back to the Academy was pleasant enough, the cobblestones only causing a minor bump here and there as you traversed through the wealthiest district of Piltover.
“I can’t say I’m familiar with the sensation. The call for adventure,” Councilor Shoola carried your polite conversation. “However my wife is a different story. She goes sailing every weekend. I tried to join her once but got terribly seasick. Never again.”
You gave a soft laugh in response, your posture relaxed and open. The same could not be said for the man sitting next to the Councilor, his body turned to the window, cane cradled between his legs.
“I was lucky to never have gotten seasick during my sailing days. However, I’m not the most graceful sailor. One day when raising the sails a gust of wind caught me off guard and I got knocked overboard by the mast.”
Shoola cackled at that.
Viktor cast a side-glance at you, and you would’ve thought he was judging you if not for the amused smirk he was trying to hide.
“You must meet my wife. Perhaps tea, sometime soon? We’d love to host you.”
You smiled. “That sounds nice.”
The carriage pulled to a stop, and Shoola glanced out the window. The carriage stood outside of a mansion made of luxurious marble pillars framed by golden gates.
“This is me,” she said, standing. “It was lovely catching up with you, (Y/n).” She side-stepped the man beside her as she reached for the door. “Viktor,” she said by way of farewell.
The carriage shook slightly as she stepped out, and the driver closed the door behind her. There was a terse silence until it started rolling again.
Viktor continued watching the streets pass from the window. You slid your foot forward, nudging his.
“Did you have a good night?”
Viktor looked at you with barely concealed fatigue. “Of course not.” Despite his cold response, he lifted his foot, capturing yours underneath. You bit back a smile.
“What, you don’t enjoy hearing rich people talk about their breweries and boats?”
It had been a party celebrating the launch of a new beer brand. Viktor had been Jayce’s plus one, and you were always a permanent fixture on any guest list thanks to your status.
Viktor sat up, emphatically gesturing with his cane. “I would have enjoyed it more if it had ended with the securing of another Hextech investment.”
You leaned forward, “And how would you have swung this one, had you gotten it? ‘Yes, see here, the new HexScythe, made for ploughing the fields at an exceptionally accelerated rate-” You giggled as Viktor reached out, trying to cover your mouth with his hand and cease your accent-heavy impression of him. “-proven to increase wheat yield tenfold for all your beer brewing needs.”
“I do not sound like that,” he muttered.
“You’re right,” you replied breathlessly, seizing his wrist, “I give a much better sales pitch than you.”
Viktor’s eyes darkened with a challenge. He spun his wrist, instead capturing yours, bringing the back of your hand to his lips.
“Perhaps this is true,” he spoke low, placing a gentle kiss, “Or perhaps it is not the words that matter, but the person who speaks them.” Your body gave an involuntary shiver as Viktor looked at you from underneath his eyelashes and turned your hand over. “I’m certain you could have just about anyone eating from the palm of your hand.”
He sunk his teeth into the soft swell of your palm. This dance of modesty became shorter each time.
Viktor flipped his cane, slotting the handle behind your back and tugging you to the edge of your seat, capturing your lips in an open-mouthed kiss. He kissed with a ferocity that hinted he’d been waiting for this all night.
Pushing his knee between your thighs, he moved closer, dropping his cane to place a firm hand behind your neck, urging you towards him with a gentle pull.
You parted for a second to move on top of him, and in the same moment a helpful bump in the road had you landing in his lap, your legs spread atop him.
Viktor wasted no time in chasing your lips again, his mouth hot and just as greedy as his hands.
One of which slid up your back, fingers reaching into your hair before sharply tugging your head back, affording him the perfect expanse of your delicious throat. Viktor bit down on your hammering pulse, like flicking a switch that had your muscles tensing.
His skillful hands played your body like a symphony, directing with rough touches down your waist, thumbs digging into the divots of your hips, encouraging you to move against him.
You obliged, earning a moan stifled against your neck. You ground your hips in a fluid motion, ignoring how his leg brace dug into the back of your thigh.
Viktor ceased his incessant biting to watch you for a moment. You pressed a steadying hand to his chest, feeling the erratic thumping of his heart beneath. His gaze was wicked as he devoured you with his eyes.
It made you shiver.
He grabbed hold of your chin, pulling your face down to his, your noses bumping and laboured breaths mingling.
“Next time, let’s skip the parties, hm?” He suggested before kissing you once more. “It will save us from waiting to reach the part we both enjoy most.”
“And lose the opportunity to flirt with you in front of all my rich peers?” you grinned, eating the sounds your rolling hips elicited. “Are you kidding?”
Viktor huffed a laugh, his eyes unfocused and his cheeks flushed. “That part is pretty satisfying. If only for the soul.”
You nipped at his jaw, nuzzling under his ear. Viktor groaned as the fabric between you grew uncomfortably warm, his short nails digging into your waist, pulling you down against him as he chased more friction.
“You trying to tell me this isn’t good for your soul?” You teased.
Viktor panted, “Quite the contrary. Hmph.” His head fell back, eyes cast down at your exposed thighs as your skirt rode up. He pushed the hem further up, the touch leaving goosebumps on your legs. “I think my mast has pushed you overboard, hm?” he commented, rubbing his thumb along the damp spot between your legs.
You bit your lip as his touch started circling that sweet spot, losing your rhythm as he bent forward, sinking his teeth into your collarbone.
“Please,” you begged, pushing him away from your sufficiently-marked neck, “No nautical-themed innuendos tonight.”
Viktor laughed.
“No promises.”
