the ADHD is really bad today but somehow I managed to get work done as well as personal art. Maybe I'm only stressin about it because I keep irregularly hopping between tasks and because I've somehow managed to convince myself once more that my degree of hyperfixation is Weird and Bad even though it really isn't???

Like I've spent four months artdumping in the LK fandom and I love doing it because I can draw pretty fast and I am getting so much dopamine and enjoyment from it and I can *feel* my skills get better, and people in the fandom like it, but then the Silly part of me creeps in and goes "People think you're WEIRD this is WEIRD and you are WEIRD and a CHILD"

I always get weirdly defensive without meaning to when someone hits me with a "You didn't know that????"

Like. EVIDENTLY NOT.

And it's always in relation to something about some celebrity or some life fact I've never come across in my day to day until now. Like today! I learned you get a new birth certificate when you legally change your name. I didn't know that, because I've never looked into getting my name changed and no one talked to me about the process. It's not willful ignorance, I just hadn't run into it yet. Please don't act like I'm stupid.

I should really do a proper ref sheet for Vera, but wings are hard. Literally they're a blob until Ghost starts really digging up the past and finds their memories, but they are restored to their butterfly form eventually.

Also need to design some butterfly witches. I have the man baddie Priscilla (Witch of Dreams, she/her and basically wants to take Radi's place but be more tyrannical. The gang says 'kindly fuck off.') but I also want to do Enki (Lifeblood witch and genderfluid, his pronouns change on how they feel that day) and Alexander (Lightning/Storms witch, he/him. Mostly there to give my headcanons on what happened with the Godseeker's first 2 gods.)

I also have a spider and a ladybug oc! They're two girls that travel and play music. The spider is a jumping spider that plays stringed instruments, while the ladybug is on percussion. They don't have names yet, but I'll work on them.

I also need to draw my Hollow design, and also get back to the p4 experience. One thing at a time though

The problem is I get so many new ideas for things to draw that I can't choose any, like even when I try to commit to just doing one thing I can't because I will STILL BE GETTING NEW IDEAS!! I get distracted in the middle of drawing by new ideas or I just can't even start because I can't decide what to do and i want to choose the one I'm most likely to stick with but I know I won't and hrhggaagrrrhhrrg

DP x DC Prompt: Villain

Danny is a villain, at least that's what the Ghost Investigation Ward and his parents managed to convince everybody. Sure, nobody knew Danny's true identity outside of his friends, sister, Vlad, and Elle. Vlad was excited when he heard that Danny - or rather Phantom - was quickly climbing the ranks of 'dangerous villains' and even managed to land himself on the Justice Leagues watch list. But, to his dismay Danny was still not actually a villain, no matter what everybody else wanted to believe.

It sucked too. Being listed as 'dangerous' by the Justice League. Any time a hero saw Phantom they would try to 'bring him in peacefully' but not actually listen to what Danny had to say. Green Lantern was definitely the worst of those types but Superman tended to not listen either often requesting that they 'take it some where private' but try to lead him towards the GIW. He didn't trust them.

Any of them.

Even the ones he hadn't met yet.

He finally got to prove that one day when the League was in trouble. They were losing badly and close to being defeated which would have been the destruction of the mortal realm - thanks for the heads up Clockwork (not) - so despite how 'villainous' he was made out to be, Danny made his way to help.

The Villain was ecstatic to see Phantom, and even offered to let him take a swing at the heroes while they were down. It would have been easy. It also would have made it easier for Danny in the long run, if the League was gone then the amount of people hunting him would be cut down considerably.

He thought about it - or pretend to think about it, because the truth was he was never going to hurt them. Still, he took a chance to walk up to Batman and whisper.

"When this is over, I expect the League to have a real conversation with me instead of trying to turn me over to a Government agency trying to start a cross-dimensional war under false information and faulty science." Danny said, then turned and showed his true colors.

No matter what happened. No matter what he went through. Danny was no villain, and even if nobody ever fully believed him, he wasn't going to turn his back on the world he loved.

Alright then! Spoiler time for the whole series because I'm gonna explain which are true!

True. Ryoji Mochizuki from Persona 3 is an entity that will bring about the end of humanity. He merges with the embodiment of death, and fans often say he is death (which he kinda is). He is Nyx, and he attends Gekkoukan High

True. Because rumors are becoming reality in Persona 2 Innocent Sin, and conspiracy theories are pretty much just rumors, anything from "Hitler is still alive and creating superweapons" to "the Mayans were an alien race that created civilization" comes true. Hitler works with Joker to gather dreams, charging the underground spaceship that will protect a single city while the rest of the world perishes.

True. It's technically a Junes, not a Walmart, but in Persona 4 the dimension full of shadows is accessed by phasing through a TV screen like a portal. The department store is where the heroes often do this trick; any tv would work.

True. In Persona 1, a fragment of classmate Maki Sonomura's personality manifests as Aki, a little girl that strongly resembles her. She triggers a boss fight using Tesso, a giant robotic rat (NOT a cat, sorry if that affected the votes! I misremembered!).

True. In Persona 5 Royal, therapist Takuto Maruki is tasked with treating Sumire Yoshizawa, a girl who has just lost her sister in a car accident. She says she wishes she were more like her sister, so Maruki grants this wish, bending reality so that she believes that she truly is her sister Kasumi.

True. Near the end of Persona 2 Eternal Punishment, the party faces their shadow selves, the aspects of their personalities that they hate and repress. The shadow of Katsuya Suou states that Katsuya hates his little brother for needing to be taken care of, which required him to abandon his dreams of becoming a patissier. This prompts Katsuya to pull out a loaded gun and aim it at his brother.

True. Ken Amada of Persona 3 lost his mother to a freak accident. Despite being 8-9 years old, this event left him with suicidal thoughts. Soon after, he realizes that he can't go through with it, at least not until he kills his mother's murderer. He is 10-11 when he finally confronts him.

False. As far as I know, there are no demons that live inside of telephones. The closest would be both Jokers from the Persona 2 duology, but they aren't inside the phones and aren't demons. I've been told that there's a movie some characters watch with a plot like this, but since that's not a real event in canon, I don't think that counts.

True. In Persona 5, the player can work several part-time jobs. One of them is in a bar called Crossroads, which, while not explicitly called a drag bar, is run by someone with an indeterminate gender. The protagonist can also assume he'll need to crossdress in order to work there

True. One of the boss fights of Persona 2 Eternal Punishment is with Ulala Serizawa, who becomes a Joker due to enacting the Joker curse on her roommate. This means that she called her own cellphone number, and gave the name of someone she wants to be murdered by a serial killer.

True. While on a camping trip in Persona 4, Yosuke Hanamura guilts his female friends into trying on the bikinis he brought for them. When he and his male friends gawk once they change, they are shoved into the river they're standing over. Soon after, a hungover teacher vomits upstream.

True. In a somewhat famous scene, secret assassin Goro Akechi accidentally reveals who he is pretty much the moment you meet him in Persona 5. This is because he replies to something said by Morgana, a catlike creature who can only be understood by someone that has traveled to the shadow dimension. The only reason he would've been to the dimension so early is if he were the murderer that had been at play for at least the past few months.
