At twenty-seven, I’ve spent my career as an astrophysicist trying to find answers. Running out of resources and support, I’m offered a full ride to a private university. My acceptance leads me into a land of magic, mythology, and danger. Paired with supernatural beings I never knew existed; I’m forced to play a political game of power. There are those who don’t believe I belong, and they have no problem removing me by any means necessary. Forced to trust in the Slovakian Dragon, Scottish Fin Folk, and Pegasus brought in to increase the school’s magic. Struggling under the weight of classes, animosity from fellow students, and secrets revealed, I refuse to lose sight of my goals. I will find out what happened to my friend, or die trying.
