Lo’ak is very affectionate towards you, always wanting to show you how attracted he is to you and how much he admires you. Lo’ak loves to show physical affection, always kissing and hugging you. Other ways Lo’ak shows affection is giving you compliments, telling you that you’re beautiful or that he appreciates your role in his life. 

B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

Lo’ak makes a great best friend. Whenever you feel like hanging out or doing something, Lo’ak is always game. He is always there for you if you’re upset, lending you his hear to listen to your troubles. Lo’ak always looks out for you, making sure that you’re always safe and happy. Because you’re best friends, and know each other so well, Lo’ak knows how to cheer you up and make you laugh whenever you’re feeling low. 

You and Lo’ak became friends when your mutual friends introduced you to each other. Lo’ak considers himself a tough person, a warrior, so he puts on a tough front. However, with you, he’s the gentlest person you have ever met. You appreciate his demeanor towards you in comparison to his tough shell he shows to others.

Lo’ak loves hugs from you, finding great comfort when between your arms. It always seems like you’re hugging each other, although you definitely don’t complain. He hugs you when he greets you, when he has missed you, or even randomly when he just wants to be physically close to you. Lo’ak gets incredibly jealous. He tries to hide it, suppressing his feelings as much as he can, but you can always tell that he’s jealous. Whenever other males are around, or when Lo’ak catches them looking at you, he always feels the flame within him start to burn and he always likes to make his presence known to others that are eyeing you. He’ll put his arm around you, staking his responsibility to protect you out in the open for everyone to see.

Lo’ak loves physical affection, his favorite form being kisses, Lo’ak likes to gently kiss you, feeling as though the only affection you deserve is soft and sweet. He sees you as his baby, an angel, and he treats you as such through delicate kisses. Lo’ak likes to kiss you on your lips, your cheeks, and often in passing, he’ll kiss your forehead or temple. He never minds where you kiss him, as long as you do it frequently. Lo’ak’s favorite, however, is when you pepper his face with kisses causing you and him to laugh. 

L = Little ones (How are they around children?)

Lo’ak is great with children, his sister Tuk was one of his first times he was exposed to baby. Lo’ak always loves to play with the children in the clan, swinging them high into the air or making them laugh by tickling them. You always admire the way he always knows how to play with the children and is so kind and protective of them. 

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Mornings with Lo’ak are your favorite. He likes to have fun before he has to work or train throughout the rest of the day. Often, Lo’ak will bring you to his favorite spots throughout the Metkayina territory or takes you for a ride on his ilu. You often have a lot of fun, getting up early to pack as much activity in before your responsibilities roll in. Even though you are often tired, the promise to spend an early morning with Lo’ak, doing whatever he planned, always woke you up with excitement.

Lo’ak likes to push the limits, often convincing you to sneak out past curfew to go for a late-night swim or to explore the forest at night. You often comply, glad to take any opportunity to spend extra time with him but you never know what he’s going to get you into.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

Lo’ak was hesitant to reveal parts of himself to you, afraid his mistakes would cause you to turn your back on him. However, you made it very clear that you love and admire all aspects of him, even if he makes mistakes. Lo’ak often feels pressure as the son of Toruk Makto and the younger brother of Neteyam, and this weighs heavily on him. This relation to two great warriors often makes Lo’ak find flaws within himself, and he was afraid for you to see those too. After you reassured him, he revealed aspects of himself to you quickly, realizing that you were a great listener and a compassionate partner. This made it easy for him to feel safe while opening himself up to you. 

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Lo’ak has a quick temper, easing getting frustrated or upset. Although he is never angry at you, he has had difficulty controlling his emotions. He’s had trouble with his parents, his brother, and other boys in the Metkayina village. Lo’ak has a fiery personality, and he holds himself to a high standard due to his parents being great warriors. He easily gets frustrated when he isn’t meeting his own standards and sometimes can take it out on out on other people. Lo’ak is also very protective, always defending people he loves and cares about. This can cause him to get in fights or strained relationships with others in the village. However, Lo’ak always means well, his temper just sometimes getting the best of him.

Lo’ak is very good at remembering things about you, often showing you how he remembers by picking your favorite flowers or bringing you baskets of your favorite fruit. Lo’ak sees showcasing how he remembers details about you is a way to show how he cares about you, so he listens closely when you have conversations, plotting ways to impress you or spoil you. 

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

Your favorite moment with Lo’ak is the late evening you spent on the beach with him. It was one of the first times you spent alone with each other. It was the perfect setting for a date, the air warm, the waves providing subtle, soothing background noise, and the stars twinkled brightly in the sky. You both laid on your backs, your head on Lo’ak chest and his strong arm around your shoulders. Although you weren’t doing anything specific, only conversing off and on, you were happy to be spending alone time with Lo’ak and just taking in the beautiful scenery.  

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)

Lo’ak is very protective of those that he loves, never afraid to come to their defense. Lo’ak will do whatever it takes to defend you, even getting into physical altercations to protect and defend you. Even though he often plays the role of the protector, you have stood up for him on several occasions from other boys in the Metkayina village. You make it clear that you are just as much of a protector as he is, making your dedication and loyalty clear. 

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Lo’ak puts a lot of effort into planning dates or thinking of gifts to give you. You are a highlight in his life, and he often wants to spoil you to show that he thinks of you and constantly wants to put effort into your relationship. Lo’ak often gives you gifts; he likes to collect stones he thinks that are pretty or requests Kiri to help him makes bracelets he thinks you’ll love to wear. Lo’ak spares no effort or time thinking of ways to treat you well and show how he cares through gift giving and acts of service. 

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Although you don’t see Lo’ak having any bad habits, you recognize that his short temper often impacts the relationship he develops with himself, and sometimes others, and he is equally hard on himself. You try to have conversations with him to discuss how he is a na’vi and even the best na’vi have flaws. You try to soothe his restlessness and help him have a calmer demeanor with others. However, you have to admit that you admire his fiery spirit and are amused by some of the spats he has with annoying Metkayina boys. 

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Lo’ak is not a vain person, only caring what you think about him. Before he sees you, he always makes sure to check his reflection to make sure he looks his best, but he is never concerned with how others view his complexion. He loves when you tell him he looks pretty or handsome, his cheeks always heating up from the compliments. 

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Most certainly, Lo’ak would feel incomplete without you. He recognizes that you are his anchor, often deploying reason and calmness in the most chaotic moments of his life. He sees you as an important facet in his life, never imagining going through life without you. Lo’ak finds you a stable partner and a part of his being. 

X = Xray (How well do they read you?)

Lo’ak reads you quite well, knowing when you are sad or frustrated. He always makes sure to ask you clearly if you’re okay and what you’re thinking or feeling but he also is able to read your physical cues. When he notices you’re sad, he tries to figure out how to make you feel better and lift your spirits.

Lo’ak is an adventures person. He could never be surrounded around people, or have a partner, who don’t have a sense for adventure or exploring. When you first started dating, Lo’ak admired the way you were always up for anything, joining any of his adventures or trouble making.

Lo’ak’s sleep schedule is often infrequent, sometimes being up late at night hanging out with friends or sneaking out his home to see you. Occasionally, Lo’ak will sleep in in attempt to recover from his late nights out. Other times, Lo’ak gets up early, waking when the sun is rising and getting an early start to the day. Lo’ak sleeps best when he has you next to him, your body next to him comforting him and keeping him safe. You giggle sometimes, listening to his soft snores in the middle of the night.
